She repeated my order details, offered suggestions, and made my order very easy. I don't have photos of my flower order and chances are I will not see what the order looks like as I am not attending the funeral myself, but with customer service this good, I am sure the follow through is great too. When questioned about the discrepancy, they state their flowers are beautiful and no refunds or credits. Once the flowers arrived , they look nothing like the photo. My mom complained, and then I received a phone call from the florist in Allen that they would redo the arrangement and bring it to me the next day. The arrangement brought to me the next day was even worse. It was smaller. It had just a few flowers, missing lots of greenery missing the wicker basket and has some random pink bow. I immediately called my mom and she said this is even worse, which I agree if one 800 flowers in Allen Texas cannot reproduce what is on their website. Who wants to pay for something they didn't order. They should close down. Once the lady called from the florists she should have mentioned she didn't know how to do arrangements and that would Explain it. Kroger or Tom Thumb arrangements are better. I rate this experience as a ZERO. For the third attempt. This floral shop still could not delivery a quality floral arrangement. They did not listen to the customer. The original arrangement was just plants missing flowers. All they had to do was replicate and add flowers, instead the arrangements kept getting worse and smaller. I didn't think you need to have degree to do floral arrangement, I don't think you even need to read or speak English. Just look at the photo. If this shop needs help, I will be more than happy to come and work for FREE.
