Came to Flor's Diner on 5/12 morning. Ordered biscuits & gravy and egg whites with hashbrowns. Food is about 5 out of 5 and the server/host is great. Very welcoming. Best music while I visited. The whole Thriller album by Michael Jackson played and I loved it. Highly recommend it to each and everyone of you. read more

My go to place for Taco Tuesday. It was .99 for hard shell shredded beef, chicken or ground beef. It was pretty popular among locals and word spread. They are very good, but for .99 cents each they were extremely delicious. The shredded beef has good flavor and the texture is good. Called to place a large order of them and was informed that the price went up. They are now $1.49 each. I could understand if this place had been open for years and because of the times were forced to raise they're prices. I get that. But I think it's only been a few months open and the Taco Tuesday was a hit!So because of that you raise the price? The 2 stars are only because of that. Haven't tried the other food. read more

The review is for breakfast only: As of this review I have yet to have a bad meal here. I have tried a few of their dishes and the one that I always go back to no matter how much I want to try something else is the Chile Verde omelet. It has become my go to. The pork is tender and flavorful, they are not stingy with portions either. Do yourself a favor and order the biscuits and gravy instead of the toast, one of the best B&G I have ever had. Carolyn's in Redlands used to be my go to breakfast spot but since Flor's has opened I have not had to make the trek out there anymore. Do not be put off by the location, you owe it to yourself to give it a chance. Also, if you want Menudo on the weekends you need to get there early because it will sell out fast. Kids portions are also big one pancake per child is more than enough, I made the mistake of not asking about portion size and ended up with way more pancakes than we needed. read more

We came for breakfast this morning and were not disappointed. I had the polish sausage breakfast with 3 eggs and hashbrowns with biscuits and gravy. my husband had the bean and cheese burrito with mexican style rice. Everything was delicious and to say the helpings were big is an understatement. We had to take 2 boxes home. my son had the kids breakfast with chocolate chip pancakes,eggs and 2 pieces of bacon. Just tried this new Colton spot. Goody's in Colton has been dethroned, as has The Farmhouse in Banning. Flor's Diner makes the absolute best chicken fried steak breakfast in the land. Best hash browns I have ever eaten. These people know what "crispy" potatoes means, as well as perfectly cooked eggs. Biscuits and gravy ohmyjeezusgawdawmighty. Endless coffee refills. Today was my first time trying this restaurant and I was really excited because my parents rave about it as well as everyone else in the community. I can't usually go because they are only open during the hours I work, but today I had a few hours off so I thought why not grab lunch on my way back to work. I placed a phone order for tacos. When I went to pick them up I noticed these delicious looking full tacos the chef had placed on the counter to be delivered to an awaiting customer. I got home and my tacos were practically empty and looked like something I'd get at the local Del Taco. I was extremely disappointed. As a first time customer this was a horrible first impression and I'm not sure I'd ever go back. I get the impression if you take food to go they skimp on your order, because like I said the customers eating there were being served delicious looking tacos. After eating 3 tacos each my kids and I were still hungry. I'm glad I didn't pay more than 99 cents, because they really weren't worth that. The picture I took makes them look slightly better than they actually were. Ps to the jerk who wanted to attack me because of my comment I deleted your response. Never once did I say anything about meat. I took a picture of the best looking taco. The others had about 4 pieces of lettuce and 2-3 strings of cheese. I couldn't tell the difference between the ones I ordered with lettuce and cheese and the ones I ordered without. My whole point isn't to "ruin" a family business, but to point out what customers were being served in the restaurant appeared to be a much greater quality than what I received to go. All customers regardless of take out or dine in should receive the same thing. read more
