Came here because a family member had called us to come have breakfast here. First of all the place was busy and packed. Service was slow waiting for almost 20mins to order. When we did finally order and get our food it wasn't good my mom busiest and gravy tasted ugly. My chicken melt was awful. All it was was boiled chicken with dressing onions and mushrooms. The chicken was ugly. Boiled chicken is tasteless. My cousin's bacon came out burnt. The manger was nice and gave us a discount on the check. I don't think I'll ever come back here again. read more

Very good food, wide selection, great service, and reasonable prices. The burger specials are pretty good, and while I have not yet tried the Mexican food, what has come by my table looks pretty good. The burger special with bacon, avocado and fries is really good and comes with a beverage. I can't wait to try the breakfast selections. read more

Tried three times. Not going back. Too many misses on getting the order right. Menu says one thing but when I had to ask for the side that it came with, they said "oh, you want a side of ______? Sure, I can get that if you want a side of _______." Not many people there at the time, but it took way too long to get the food. Sometimes greasy, very uneven service. Went back again and this time the service was not to good. It seems when we went and it was during rush time the service was on point. This time it was pretty much empty and it took them way longer to bring the food and when we ordered a side of avocado I had to ask a second time for it after 5 min of waiting. Kinda drop the ball this time. Hope it was just one of those days. Food is still good. There was about 7 employees as well and about 5 tables with people. Smh read more

The service was great. Very busy. The omelet I ordered was bacon and cheese. Only thing is, it was American cheese. Not a fan of that. Only ate a little. The service is great, and the food is outstanding. We go their for breakfast and each time it's been outstanding. Never had lunch so we don't know how good lunch is. But if it's as good as the breakfast then we are in for a treat. Price is right, and the staff is friendly. Not a big location, and seating is limited, but not once did we have to wait for a table. We went here for the first time today and were impressed with the quality of the food. I had a club sandwich that could have easily fed two people and my husband had the ruben. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is clean and casual. We will definitely be back because they have menudo on Sat and Sun. They also open at 6am for breakfast. Service needs improvement: A few suggestions; When proving menu make some suggestions about best offers, ask if there are questions, when delivering food ask if anything is needed, offer regular size of cups for water, keep restroom stocked soap and paper towels are a must when you've only been opened for an hour. We had breakfast at this location on 6/18/18 with about 10 other people. This is the worst place we (my husband and I) have ever eaten. The breakfast was cold, the eggs was burnt, the potatoes was like eating a plate of grease with the taste of cardboard. The chicken breast was as old as the building itself. The female server lacked personality and seemed irritated because of the large party. We asked about ,military, senior and AARP discount(where most places offer these). We were told they were working on the military discount. I wonder how long that's been in the works. We will not be visiting this place again. read more

I was extremely impressed by this little diner. I love trying new places but this one has been my favorite so far. The food was extremely well done, my only criticism being that it was a bit under seasoned but nothing a bit of salt and pepper could fix :) excellent customer service and large portions for their prices. Well since I get there recommendations from yelp, I think why not. Here's why not, I'm not a guinea pig and I prefer to find restaurants on my own. That said, I stopped in here the other day with father and sister. It was 2 pm well after lunch and definitely pass breakfast rushes. So since this is a family owned restaurant I thought that they would have been more attentive. My sister order a cold pastrami sandwich and dad a Ruben, I got the medium bowl of menudo. The Menudo was good, tripe cooked well and dad liked his Ruben. My sister got the short end of the stick, they gave her a hot sandwich,and she doesn't like hot sandwiches, but since we waited almost 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a bowl of soup she said it was ok to keep it. The other thing that struck me wrong is the prices.... 9.95 a sandwich then another 1.55 if you wanted fries. Fries are like rice and beans, shouldn't be extra, and if so they need to learn to season a frie when it's done, you can't season food at the table,nor should you have to. So needless to say I won't be back. read more

This is the third time here, each visit is more disappointing then the previous visit. We arrived a t 7 a.m. on Mother's Day. There were no other customers. The server took her time to get drink order, coffee order was first, left got the coffee, brought it , ten took order for other drinks. After about 10 minutes she brought drinks back. By this time we have been there 25 minutes. Took another 15 minutes to take order. After another 30 minutes our food started to come out, 2 plates at first shot, after about 10 minutes 2 more plates came out. There were only three other customers in the restaurant who already had their food. Finally all 7 of us were served. Food was mediocre at best my Huevos Rancheros contained 4 small pieces of pork. Daughter in law's biscuits and gravy were forgotten. Asked for to go containers, after another wait my daughter went to counter to get the containers. Terrible service all the way around. Reluctantly I left a tip, a dime face down. Will not be back again. read more

I just came back from this place on Sunday April 2nd. I did not know they were affiliated with baseline Burger. Same menu same recipe its not a bad place to eat ,good service only problem I had was my chili verde omelette was very small compared to baseline burger, also they insulted me by asking me if I would like to have some onions and bell peppers on my home fries, I said yes not knowing they would charge $.95 for one teaspoon of onions and a couple little bell pepper. To me that is greedy management at best. things like that when you're already charging $11 for an omelette should be free. I'm not a cheap person but I will not be back because of that, to me that was a total insult. My suggestion if you want this food go to baseline burgers have the original much better or go two miles over to goodies restaurant and have an awesome meal.. read more

Met a friend there for the Taco Tuesday .99 special. Much to my surprise when I received the bill, they were 1.49 each plus rice and beans, my special was 7.49. Not really a great price for mediocre food. Rice had lots of crunch bits in it. Beans were good, Taco well good but not great. Server never came back to our table but to deliver the bill. Lost me as a customer. My better food around Colton. I did try on another occasion the chile verde. I did not like it at all. I read another review that it was the best they ever tasted. So I guess it it true, beauty (or taste in this case) is in the eyes of the beholder. read more
