There's not really seating here -- no tables and just a couple of uncomfortably high barstools, so this is the kind of spot you pop into to get your goods and then walk over to the nearby park. The sourdough samples were very tasty. All the baked items here seem to have a nice moisture level and developed flavor. We'll be back to try out some of their savory items next time!

Wildly know for the super cute jar cakes, GK Pastry is so much more than that. Here you can find both savory and sweet focaccias, artisan sourdough breads, and an assortment of pastries. A few things I have tried: * Olive & Parmesan Sourdough * Pesto & Mozzarella Focaccia * Shiitake Mushroom and Gruyere Cheese Focaccia * Artichoke & Goat Cheese Focaccia * Beef Samsa Everything is so damn good!! Let me emphasize on "EVERYTHING". This joint is a sourdough carb lovers dream!! GK prides themselves on using only the freshest, organic, & natural ingredients. And if that already wasn't enough, there is so much quality and love behind each and every product made. Pricing is high but it is 100% justified. 5/5 stars, I'd enjoy these baked goods on the daily if that was remotely possible! This place comes highly recommended and if these high remarks don't do it for you... I'm sure the generous samples will! You're welcome in advance!

Little Sky Bakery opened at 11:00am, despite the hours listed online. And there was hardly a wait near opening time, as well as friendly service at the counter. Plus, the place offers such a diverse menu of pastries, sandwiches, and desserts, it was hard to make my selection. I ended up getting the shrimp egg and chive pocket (heated), peanut butter mound cookie, and seasonal mini banana bread (made with bananas, blueberries, walnuts, chocolate chips, and raisins). The shrimp egg and chive pocket was okay. Filled with tasty ingredients but the wrap wasn't very appealing to me. This had the taste of a giant asian dumpling, but dryer. Thankfully, the other items were outstanding. That banana bread had so much yumminess packed into a cute little loaf. Lots of blueberries and banana flavor, just a few walnuts, raisins, and chocolate chips in the mix. It was like banana nut bread and a blueberry muffin all in one... with chocolate! Even the raisins couldn't ruin this for me. The peanut butter cookie was even better. Again, light on the chocolate chips, but that natural peanut butter flavor and perfect chewy consistency made this addicting.

A gentleman in front of me got a half a loaf of their cinnamon raisin bread, actually 2 -half loaves- one for his mother-in-law, and then one for his own mom who was visiting over the holiday weekend!! Hee. Even though everything was outside, I noticed as another Baker runner came over with fresh pastries. They were very concerned about making sure everything was fully wrapped up before transferring it to the next container! I really appreciated the fact they were worried about bugs, even though I did not see any in this outdoor, pop-up bakery!! The extra Care really meant something to me! As the lady served each person, she also switched out gloves and properly took them off and disposed of them! She also did so as she went to touch their credit card with her own hand and did not cross contaminate her glove to the credit card. The extra care and consideration means a lot since I'm somewhat of a germophobe! Lol. I ended up getting some sourdough bread as well as an oatmeal cookie for my niece. The lady at the register was incredibly patient with me since I could not figure out what I wanted whatsoever! Lol, My niece loved her oatmeal cookie and my aunt loved the bread! I will definitely be back here again!! Especially since we got lunch across the street at blue sky! Plus the combo with Philz coffee being right next-door is a perfect set up for this little pop-up!!

I was standing at the glass for a while before being acknowledged. Someone finally came over, and I asked if the Ube Black Sesame cookie was vegan since the display writing was a bit smudged. The staff member confirmed, so I got that cookie and a Gingersnapperdoodle since I loved it before. I also asked about the Brownie, but did not receive a very helpful reply. My question: Is the brownie very rich? The response: It's like any other brownie. I'm not a fan of chocolate items that are super rich, and some brownies are fudgy, but some are more mild. I'd expect someone working there to be a bit more helpful and descriptive. I ended up not getting a brownie. Lowering my rating because the service was subpar, and the Ube flavor was nonexistent in the Ube Black Sesame cookie. The Gingersnapperdoodle was still yummy like before, but had a more sandy texture than last time.

Their 100% pistachio cake is amazing - not too sweet and the pistachio flavor really comes through but doesn't overpower. Very creamy texture that isn't too heavy and has a fun, crunchy outer shell. The matcha raspberry is also nice and balanced - matcha flavor complements well with the raspberry gel / jam inside and is mellowed out by the cream. Inside is very chic and great place to chat and catch up over a cup of coffee and even get some work done - water station and wifi is inside.

It's simple but easily messed up by most places that have them. Flaky, ham was thin and broke apart easily, the cheese and inner soft portion mixed together was superb. I sat quietly and munched! I overheard regulars saying it was unusually quiet and not the norm? Regardless it was peaceful! Shades triangles above the picnic table, the side under the tree was occupied but I was happy where I was. We didn't go overly sweet because it was the morning, but I would love to come back in the afternoon to have a nice sweet treat and a cappuccino. For my family of three we definitely got over excited in order too much, but each bite was delicious. We got a leek quiche, a banana latte, spinach, artichoke danish, mango croissant, almond croissant, and a ham and cheese croissant. I was trying to increase the protein to not spike my blood sugar. Lol. I'd have to say the mango and the almond croissant were probably my favorite. The strong second would definitely be the artichoke and spinach croissant danish thing. Sorry, I forgot what they called it. They offered to heat it up a bit and I definitely recommend this. They did the perfect temperature for the perfect timing. Just enough to make the outside flaky and the inside warm and soft. The pieces that had cheeses were so much better warmed up. They definitely know what they're doing there. Seating was great. I'd love the decor. You can also order off of a menu, but we were too enamored with the actual pastries to even glance at it. I took photos but made sure to not take photos of the staff. I let the staff know that I wouldn't include their faces without their permission. they were very friendly and very appreciative. My family loved your little shop and we will definitely be back when we're in the area.
