Second, I had to use the restroom, the toilet was really dirty, there a circle of dark brown close to black, the water the sink was barely on and the soap was refilled with water. My sister and I both called to see if they could take us right away. They said yes. We hot there and waited not even 5 MI uses and they took us both at the same time. We both got pedicures. My sister had a young women and I a young man doing the procedure. We sat in the massage chair as they clipped our nails, scrubbed our feet and legs, massaged our feet and legs and used hot stones on our feet and leg. And then polished my toes with the color i picked out. It was all so wonderful. Then as my toes were drying under the air table i receive a neck and shoulder massage. Again it was so nice. Literally the WORST PEDICURE I have ever got. I asked for a gel French tip, she told me it would be $15 up charge for gel and $5 more for the french tip. So I was like whatever cool. Sit down she ask me what pedicure. I choose the. "8 minute hot stone" for $38, expecting the hot stone portion to last for 8 minutes ... apparently I was wrong. she started the hot stones at 6:06 and by 6:07 she finished both feet. I said why did I only get the hot stones for 30 on each foot when I am paying for the hot stone massage, she then tried explained "hot stone" is only for "one minute" and the massage is for "8" when all she did was rub lotion in my calfs for 7 minutes I guess you can say. Also don't get me started on the "foot file" she used to "buff" my feet bc there was no grit what so ever and did NOT remove the slightest bit of dead skin. Now on to the polish. She would be embarrassed bc I could have done a better job myself lining the white tips up. She free handed them and didnt clean the edges, my toe nails look jacked up. I am disgusted with how horrible and how expensive the service was ($60 in total with no tip) when I wanna go get my toes repainted right now and it been less than one hour I do not suggest going here for any services unless you wanna be over charged she shotty work. read more

The man who did my fill was very meticulous. I thought he might speed through it so he could go home at close, but it ended up taking just over an hour. He did beautiful work, no complaints. Go here is if you want to pay $60 for 15 minute pedicure and terrible service from the guy in the photo. We had an appointment and this was my first time going here. The man in the photo gives off the shittiest energy. I told him I wanted a pedicure and wanted to see what they offered. He seems annoyed and his demeanor was very off. Like he didn't want to do anything. And that's what he did or should I say didn't do. I told him I wanted just the basic pedicure with gel polish, (It was my first time and my last time I will ever step foot in this shop) $38.00 plus $15.00. He kept trying to upsell me on the most expensive pedicure and upgrade with a manicure. I told him I wanted to see how this place was like first to see if I would come back. After I said that he literally handled my feet so rough. First, he took the nail drill and went over all my toe nails. Normally when that is done is bc they are trying to get get old gel polish off, I had nothing on my toes. Then we soaked my feet for maybe a minute. He started clipping my toes and jabbed my large toe with a cuticle clipper. Then he proceeded to cut my toe nails so short. After that was over he pressed really hard down on my heels and feet with the callus removal tool causing my feet to become so raw, red and warm to the touch. This all in 5 minutes. Next he massaged my legs for a minute each then proceeded to paint my toes. By now it's been 10 minutes. After he painted my toes he grabbed a few hot stones and massaged my leg for about a minute. As he was taking the cotton off my toes, he throws, not tosses or place but throws them into the pedicure bowl with some sort of attitude. I didn't know the service was done because he did not say one thing to me. Instead he started to lift my feet up and aggressively removed the towel from where my feet were. As I was sitting there with my feet in the air he started to clean the pedicure station and looked at me like I was suppose to know he was finished. I'm sitting here like, WTH just happened. Am I already done. Yep. Sure was. He comes over with the bill with this annoyed energy. $38. Plus 15. $53 for a 15 minute foot wash and paint job a monkey could do. I handed him $60. He gives me $7 in cash back. I almost didn't leave him a tip bc of how pissed I was but being in the beauty service myself I knew I had to. So I gave him $5.00. The look of disgust this man gave me after I gave him $5.00 was unbelievable. Like I think he thought he was worth more andI should have give him more. He literally walked over to where he was sitting, grabbed his phone and started watching his Vietnamese soap opera like it was way more important than providing service to a customer. I don't care if this is your dad, uncle, brother or some random guy that has a service contract to work for this nail salon. Do better or get out of the industry. The way I was treated by him really assured me why I stopped going to these quantity over quality nail shops. Let's hope this guy has his nail tech license because the way he preformed my pedicure seems like he had no idea what he was doing. I rather invest my money into 1 person who values their craft instead of a modern day nail sweat shop. Long story short. Don't get your nails done by this man. read more

The salon was clean and the staff was friendly. I had a nice gentleman that took on the challenge of my feet. I got the #2 off the list of services. First time doing powder nails and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've always admired the look of powder, but thought you had to have long beautiful nails for it to turn out good. I took a break from gel this month to give my nails a breather, but they were so weak that they were chipping daily and any growth I had would break off. I went to the nail salon with the intention of getting acrylics to cover up my short ugly nails but my friend suggested I try powder and they were doing a $30 promotion (if you pay with cash). The manicurist was very fast and gentle and I enjoyed the experience. She cut all my nails short and even, so they would have a new chance at life, and I feel a lot more confident now with how they look, and with how well my nails will grow. read more

It was good! I went with my boyfriend to get pedicures very last minute (literally an hour before closing) and they were able to fit us in. They were very kind the whole time. The polish set was pretty average, it's definitely better than something I could do at home, but also not anything particularly special. It still looks really cute! They definitely could have been a bit more thurough about the filing/cutting of my nails as well as the calf massage/hot stone especially for $38, but I had a good time nonetheless. Dont get me wrong they offer a lot more than the average salon, it just felt very short. And while it is somewhat pricey the place is very beautiful and clean, it feels luxurious, AND they gave me 5 $10 off coupons! They also give you a mini shoulder massage at the end which is really nice. All in all it was definitely worth it for me, I will be going again for sure. read more

These A**HOLES! I called and made an appointment for a full set with dip powder. The day before my appointment I called again just to double check this was a service they provided. I get there a guy greets me I tell him I have an appointment, he has me go with this guy. We go to a station and he proceeds to take my dip polish off. He asks me what color do I want. I show him something from Pinterest I want (4 different dip colors) he immediately says that will be a lot of money like $15 extra. I reply "no problem". He begins talking to the guy at the front station in his native language and I could sense something was wrong so I asked if there was a problem. He begins to tell me 4 colors $15, manicure $35, if you want more colors it will be $50 extra dollars. I reply that is not an issue for me, he begins to file my nails and I remind him I want a full set with tips. He drops his drill, calls they guy at the first station over, they begin talking amongst themselves, then they call a third guy over to tell me I should not want tips, use my natural nails. I advised him I want tips, he goes on to say with tips and the colors I want it will be a lot of money and he's sorry but they cannot do my nails. I was embarrassed and upset, this was a Sunday not many shops were open, and he waited until after my polish was off to tell me this. To say it would be a lot of money and would be a lot of problems is not a good way to build your business. Due to these prejudice FU*KERS I was able to go Young Nails & Spa 2 and get EXACTLY what these idiot didn't know how to give me. I asked for the gel colors and was told to pick a color and have a seat. Another patron was picking a color and she told me to pick a color from this one basket. A gentleman then called me back. However the 3 stars I'm giving is strictly for cleanliness and the decor was nice and simple. I walked in around 3:45 today Friday & selected a hot stone gel pedicure. After they repeatedly told me the price and that gel $15 extra as if I can't read they sat me done. The young lady didn't ask me if the temperature of my water was okay; I soaked my feet for less than 30 seconds before she pulled them out and starting drilling off my previous gel. Pedicures are my way treat myself every couple of week after working 90+ hours. My whole pedicure was rushed. No pampering at all. Which I don't understand the rush because I was the only one in the pedicure chairs. My nails were not filed evenly & when I asked her to fix my big to so they were the same she got an attitude because her little timer had went off and I guess my time was up...the "callus removal" that was included was less than 2 mins & overall I am just annoyed I wasted my treat on this place. read more
