As I was going to Mothers Market in Laguna Woods I noticed this cool boutique like Flower Shop and tomorrow is Wife's and my anniversary so I stopped in just to check it out. I immediately loved the set up and the way the store was laid out. Nice music playing and it just had the best vibe I've ever felt at any store. It was pretty amazing and right away I had to get a flower arrangement. The staff was super friendly and they took the time out to really understand my needs and what I was looking for. WOW I don't even know where to begin on telling you how much I love this shop. I walked in there for the first time on a Saturday (which I am sure is one of if not the busiest day of the week) and I was looking for a giant bouquet for a friend who had just had a miscarriage that morning. Not only were they incredibly nice they were so compassionate and truly seemed to care. They even through in something extra special to her from them. I had previously gone into two other shops who did not have carnations (my friend's favorite flower) on hand and they both said that it would take about 3 - 4 hours to make a bouquet. Flowerful took the time to pick out EXACTLY what I wanted and made it even prettier than I could have imagined right there on the spot. I actually started crying when I saw it because I knew it would make my friend smile and sure enough, when I gave them to her she smiled and literally said they were the prettiest bouquet she has ever received. Lastly, the pricing shocked me as I had fully planned to spend way more than they charged. I will only buy flowers from here from now on and I will recommend them to everyone I know.
