I was looking for a spot to have breakfast or munch with in the area and found this place on Yelp. I was looking for a place that had a bar and good food and this spot nailed it. It was close to noon on a Sunday when my brother and I walked in. We were told we could sit anywhere and we chose a booth facing the bar. Our server Victoria was super friendly and efficient. We were able to order breakfast even though it was a few minutes past noon. While we waited our drinks were delivered and a member of the manager team stopped by to introduce himself and check on us. Which we thought was top notch fir him to do. Our food was delivered by another member of the team and he also introduced himself to us. Our breakfast plates were huge and I definitely felt we got our moneys worth (which I rarely say nowadays). Food was excellent and perfectly prepared to our specifications. We didn't have drinks this time because we were getting in the road back to California after our meal. I highly recommend this location and it's great staff. Timbers Bar & Grill is a 24/7 restaurant, bar, and gaming type of place with several locations in Vegas. The Las Vegas Review Journal awarded them best bar food several years in a row. It looks similar inside to many of the other 24/7 type places with a large bar and gaming in the middle of the place. They also have a mix of booths, traditional tables, and smaller tables with high back chairs. I noticed that they also offer various food specials. I tried the grilled fish tacos. I do have to say that these tacos were packed with the most fish that I ever had in a taco and they sure looked attractive. The waitress was also nice enough to let me have both green and red salsa with them. The tacos are great if you prefer your tacos with less seasoning. These lack the chipotle that you usually taste on fish tacos. My husband went with a cheeseburger. He always wants his cheeseburger medium-rare and asked the server if they can cook medium-rare burgers. She suggested to order the burger rare and then he should get a medium-rare burger. Soon he gets his burger and it is medium-well. It would have been a really great burger if it was cooked less because it was a ground brisket burger. At this time there is only one server on and she just got slammed with about 6 tables so she isn't able to check on us. My husband eats the burger. Enjoys the onion rings because they are good. At the end she comes back and he tells her about the burger. She apologies and soon a manager comes out, apologies and says he took the burger off our check. That was extra kind he really didn't have to do that. The server and the manager were as nice as can be. You will love this place if you prefer milder, less seasoned tacos, and medium-well burgers. Three stars is still a positive review on Yelp and translates to A-OK. read more

We visited on Friday, for lunch, with a party of two and it was a nice experience. We arrived and sat ourselves in a comfortable booth. It was labeled as non smoking, but was about 5 feet from the bar, where smoking is allowed. The waitress stopped by and took orders, their margaritas are tall and strong. We started with the Cheesy Bacon Potato Skins as an appetizer. They were well prepared and tasty. We then went with the Ultimate Grilled Cheese and the Bozeman Beef Sandwich. Both were nice proportions and delicious. The service was excellent. Erika was polite, friendly, prompt and professional. Give her a raise! Overall a great place for a bite and a drink. read more

We had Ray as our bartender and he made the entire visit great. He was friendly and attentive. While there's many tables, we always like to sit right at the bar. As a non-smoker, it was not smokey on this particular evening. However, it's going to depend on who is in there. I can't say if all the other bartenders are as good as Ray, but he tells me he is the Wed-Friday evening bartender. If you see him - it'll be a good experience! We were here to just get a snack and chose the sliders. The portion is really good - four sliders, great for sharing between two people. A solid 4 star! It would be 5 star, but the smoking at the bar with slot machines. It's hard not have the smoke waft toward the tables of customers that order food. The food is really good! The menu is really good! The service is really good! We normally order the fish and chips. The chips are homemade and they make their own sauce to go with their homemade chips. Delicious! Great little local bar and casino. The food was tasty and I honestly wasn't expecting to love everything I ate. We came to Vegas for a kickball tournament and my family suggested we stop in to Timbers. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The waitress was on top of our order and refills. I loved the onion rings and I am sad to say I didn't get a pic of the Cobb Salad but it's huge and very tasty. Next time I will ask to hold the onions on the Cobb salad there were just a bit too many for my liking. The wife and I split the Cobb salad and a western bbq burger. The western bbq burger was large and I would have taken it home if we didn't split it. We got it done medium and it was the perfect pink inside and the bbq and bacon on top, hit the spots The wife said the wings were very tender and the meat fell off the bone. The only down fall, Vegas allows smoking in the bars and I don't enjoy the smell of cigarettes with my food but that's nothing against Timbers. read more

Went out to a halfway point for a beer with a friend and just randomly picked about this Timbers. Its not as good as the one on St Rose, but its perfectly fine. I was pleased with the experience. Upon entering, I was greeted by 3 different staff members. Every staff member seemed very friendly and on their game for a Friday night at 8pm. We were attended to by different staff members, and even the manager came over and asked if he could do anything. For a Timbers style bar, I was impressed. I dont want to sound over selling, but the staff service was better than most strip restaurants or bars. 10/10. This Timbers has something very unique the other ones dont: They have 2 chair and table booths with very nicely upholstered chairs. Whomever came up with this idea is a genius, because it made a random Timbers seem a little more classy for a sports bar. The only entertainment comes from an array of tv's. There were very few people there, and forget about single women. I didnt come for women, just to catch up with my friend. The noise level was super low, so I enjoyed it. We ordered 2 tall Blue Moons with were literally delivered within 30 seconds. They were ice cold and had perfect carbonation. The food for waaaaaay off strip prices were somewhat higher than I expected. We got the Timbers Kettle Chips. The portion was freaking huge! They were cooked so perfect, not like stale bar treats. It came with an onion dip that far exceeded what I expected. I was figuring ketchup. Well, they did bring out the condiments, but the dip was great! Its no romantic hideaway or poppin' scene to get girls, but if you want absolutely 10/10 service, a quiet and slow atmosphere, cold beer, and a place to chill, this is the place. My husband and I come to this Timber's all the time. It's our neighborhood Timber's, and I have never taken the time to write its well deserved review. We have been coming here for years and never once have we ever had a bad meal or bad service. We are always greeted with a warm welcome and smiles. We appreciate the time and care that goes into preparing our food and it's always consistently delicious. Tonight my husband had their fish and chips with homemade potato chips that are absolutely amazing. I had my cheeseburger and french fries that I love ever so much. First off sorry for the pictures. These plates where full when they brought them out, but we where with a group and when I thought of pictures everyone had already started to dig in. First off the onion rings where amazing. They didn't feel too greasy and when you bit into them the onion was extremely hot. They also had a great flavor unlike typical bar food. The wings we ordered crispy with the honey garlic sauce. The wings where also very hot at service which I love. The flavor was there and not too much. The house chips are amazing and I recommend them. They even serve them with an onion dip! For bar food and quick service I would definitely recommend Timbers. read more

The service was great. The restaurant vibe was awesome. Loved the chairs and low lights. The food was so bad I can't even give this a two star. Their version of a French dip had no meat it was cheese on bread. There seriously was noooo meat. Cheese mushroom and onion. I told them and they didn't seem to care. This is definitely a neighborhood, locals spot. Everyone seems to know each other, and it's real chill vibe. Seems to be a bit of an older crowd, but I haven't checked the spot out later at night or over the weekend. I mainly come here to grab a meal -- the food is phenomenal. I can vouch for the chicken tacos and the Big Bear Breakfast. They have some talent in the kitchen, because wow the grub is bomb. And be sure to bring a serious hunger, because the Big Bear comes on basically a platter serving tray. I was extremely hungry for breakfast and only ate maybe half of that beast. We are new to the area and this has become our "neighborhood bar". Great food and great service. Well, I'll be honest the only server we really love is Mandy. She has continually been amazing and has made us return over and over. She remembers who you are, she is very friendly and is always smiling. We are normally there for dining but we have sat at the bar and bartenders were all amazing and attentive. The rewards program is also a great reason to come.
