Just this summer alone, I've had to repair and replace nine separate sections of the drip line due to leaks. At this point, I've replaced roughly 50% of the entire system myself. What concerns me most is that every leak has occurred in the same type of tubing, which is visibly worn and deteriorated. I even cleaned sections of the removed tubing to make sure dirt wasn't making it look worse--the material is simply degraded. For comparison, I installed another drip irrigation system line in 2021 using different materials. Despite being about two years older than the system installed by Outside Living Concepts, it has experienced only a single leak. I understand the project is now outside of its warranty period, but I don't believe a drip irrigation system should experience this level of failure after only a few years. The amount of time, labor, and money I've had to invest to continually dig up and replace the system has been extremely frustrating. What has been equally disappointing is the follow-through. After discussing the issue, the project manager told me they would send a crew out to repair the next leak. Just two days later, another leak occurred. I immediately reached out, but now two weeks have passed without anyone coming out or any meaningful follow-up. I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. I had hoped for better quality and, when problems arose, better customer support. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Outside Living Concepts.

We also did not have an unlimited budget. Tara was so professional and PATIENT. I was probably super annoying, changed the design and my mind about 20 times, and yet she still called me, spent time creating great pictures of what we wanted, and always answered emails. I had a landscaping project completed by this company a few years ago but am just now writing this…read morereview because I felt an obligation to warn people about their business practices. Each time I walk outside my front door, I am reminded of how much money I spent in getting my front yard landscaped only to have been ripped off by what I thought was a reputable company. I would submit pictures, but I'm actually too embarrassed to even share them online. For all the time and money I invested, I should've been proud of this small project. I expressed my disappointment at the time everything was installed, but they could've cared less. Today, the plants that survived are not healthy and neither are the trees. I would NEVER recommend this landscaping company to anyone IF they want a professional job. I question whether this company actually employs licensed landscaper architects or your run-of-the- mill high school student. If you would like a mediocre landscape job, then Sunburst will not disappoint you.
