The coffee here is good, skip iced drinks. They fill the cup to the brim with ice and then pour over a tiny bit of coffee/tea that amounts to two or three sips. This coffee spot is small and can get loud. Service tends to be a little on the rude side, especially after they eyeball the tip you leave/don't leave. Whatever you do, do not ask for "light ice" because you're met with comical but unreasonable hostility. With better employees, this would easily be a highly recommended spot. read more

We went here several times since it was attached to the hotel we were staying at. We loved the drinks we got so that brought us back every morning. I got chai tea latte and my friend got a dirty chai. The barista made them nicely with a little foam art when the line wasn't long. And they were quick. Surprisingly good coffee! It looks almost like one of those counters for coffee you'd see in a supermarket, so I was a little skeptical from the ambiance. However, the coffee still proved to be strong and well-made. I've heard that their breakfast burritos are really good, but I didn't get to try them. Stopped here for breakfast while in town for the weekend. Let me start here: this place rocks. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Drink prices are very clearly displayed. There are some outdoor tables and indoor counter seats, which look out the windows (or, sit at the bar and chat with the baristas!). The green chile enchilada (eggs, potato, cheese, etc) was huge and delicious (they'll warm it up for you). Cold brew was solid, not bitter at all. I love that Fluid is right by the light rail stop. They've got good coffee (Novo) when I don't have time to walk over to Little Owl or Novo. There are some food options that are better than your average coffee shop. Some bonus points for using truly compostable cups/lids, offering metal spoons to stir your coffee before you go. They appreciate when you use a reusable mug. Convenient, tasty coffee from a place that tries to reduce waste. That's my kind of coffee shop. read more

Super nice customer service and they really helped me decide on which cold brew to get as they had a couple of different options and it was a super cute place. I also brought in my two little dogs and they were super nice about it not asking like most annoying places if they are service dogs which they are anyways but they were super nice and we're asking about them and showing me pictures of their dogs great experience overall! read more

Ordered an extra hot mocha and had one of the pastries. Coffee was excellent and extra hot as requested. Pastry was also delicious. The staff were friendly and outgoing and interacted with all the customers. Lots of variety for breakfast burritos but I did not try any during this visit. Really great coffee bar in downtown Denver. I had a hot oat mocha and it was probably the best one I've ever had. They also have breakfast burritos and sandwiches; I had a sandwich which was good although the eggs are the pre-made squares and got a little hard when heated up. I ordered the vanilla oat milk iced latte. their coffee had the right amount of espresso and the vanilla syrup they used was not overly fake sweet tasting. I went here this morning on my walk into work and they made me a wonderful iced vanilla latte. They staff was super polite and when I ordered a vanilla latte they even asked if I wanted it iced or hot which baristas never ask that so I was impressed. The breakfast burritos looked delicious and they had discounted pastries for only $1 that were a day old. I'll for sure go back here. I got a nice, simple Latte to warm me up on a chilly Sunday morning. It's a small and quiet cafe-- great for people watching, reading a book or just chilling with a friend. I was in Denver for a conference, staying at an Airbnb around the corner from Fluid. I am SO MAD AT MYSELF for always walking down Pearl when Fluid was RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER.
