Great wings and dips! So flavorful, juicy, crispy and meaty!! Excellent spices on the plain ones. The employee took his time to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. Did not rush me at all. And it was done in 10 minutes and perfect!! And the take out wa packaged great and stayed nice and hot.

I love Detroit-style deep-dish pizza, and Fly Bye does it really well. In Detroit, it is baked in seasoned blue steel pans, creating a crispy bottom, a bubbly top, and caramelized edges. It was first introduced in the '40s and has been popular ever since. I took advantage of their Flybye10 promotion to get $10 off $20. I ordered the special, the Burrata Margherita. It was savory; the crust was light and airy but still had some crunch from the caramelized edges--really, very good. They also offer a $10 lunch special: a slice and a small Caesar salad. They have multiple locations and are part of the Fox Restaurant Concepts group.

Got their Detroit style supreme pizza it was good but they burnt it. The wings are good. Also their ceaser salad. Ordering online is hard cause the promo codes don't go thru.

Is this another one of those places that someone talked about so it becomes a fad?! So we tried this place for lunch. The inside was decorated pretty cool but it was small. More seating outside than inside it seemed. The pizza was ok but a little dry, as expected from Detroit style, so use a little extra sauce. I can safely say I've had better. The chicken strips were pretty good but, I mean, they're chicken strips! How ya gonna mess that up. I didn't try the salad because, well, it was salad. Wasn't in the mood for that. The "LARGE" pizzas were a little small but I guess they were adequate given the super thick crust. I WILL say at least it was kind of light so that was a plus. The staff was trying hard and they were nice enough but (excuse my language) what a shit show this was! I received an email message that my order was ready for pickup but they had no Rhyme or reason as to where to order and where to pickup so I waited a few minutes in the one line they had but eventually asked someone where I pick up. Problem was, so much for the "it's ready" message because they still had to put it together. When I arrived there was a couple that just wanted a refund because they couldn't wait any longer and by the time I got my order, there was another couple that wanted a refund as well. I think they need to discuss their organization because even the trendy folks will get tired of the wait. I've decided to give 3 stars for this experience instead of 2 or 1 because maybe they were short staffed? I would only hope for their sake. I will give another try and do it a little different this time and maybe an update will follow

Fly bye pizza hits the comfort food feels for me in an indulgent, tasty way. I prefer the hand stretched pizza but the Detroit is also delicious if that's your preference! You can't go wrong! I like to order the family meal if you're feeding a group, take a chicken tender, cut it into pieces and mix into the Caesar salad. It's a winner!

It was our first time and it was early in the day so we were able to chat with the folks behind the counter and they took great care of us, checking how we liked everything, commenting how it was our first time and they wanted us to taste more sauces ,bringing us extra sauce, etc. We shared a Caesar salad with roasted chicken breast and 12 wings with Nashville Hot buffalo sauce with a side of ranch. What was really nice was that the roasted chicken breast was pulled and not cut, and it was very moist. The Caesar salad dressing was a standard flavor and tasty. The wings have an extremely light coating, which is great when you're trying to do low-carb. The Nashville hot sauce seems to have cumin in it which at first seems strange, but the more you ate it, then it kind of grows on you. The buffalo sauce had honey and butter in it, so it was much tamer than normal. You could eat a lot of these, they taste very good! They have some other interesting salads and a pretty good lunch special pizza and (a half?) a Caesar I think it was for $10 as of today anyway! The ambience is very cute and hip. The staff was super nice and we will definitely be back.

Over the last year, I've gone to Fly Bye twice, and both times, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was and how great the service was. Unlike most other Fly Bye locations, there is actually indoor and outdoor seating available, and the outdoor seating has heaters available. As my more recent visit was my wife's first visit, we tried several sides to figure out what we'd like and split two dishes (recognizing that they'll would make wonderful leftovers). From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, the staff of Fly Bye were so helpful and a pleasure to engage with. The Fly Bye menu includes a Game Day Duo, snacks (appetizers), hoagies, chopped salads, the roasted buffalo cauliflower bowl, famous pizza, crispy chicken, dessert, and drinks. We started with Mac & Cheese (monterey jack, American cheese, parmesan) and cheesy garlic bread (loads of melted cheese, garlic butter, and a side of marinara) followed by the Brussels salad (arugula, apple, date, parmesan, lemon vinaigrette). We got the dates on the side though I enjoyed them! We then ordered both a hand stretched round pizza with pineapple along with a cheese Detroit-style square pizza. Each and every dish we ordered was delicious! We learned that the food was quite filling and lasted for several meals. We wish we had room for dessert (but we clearly didn't). As a Fox Restaurant Concept, there are always great promos available. Go to the Fly Bye website (https://flybyetogo.com) and join their e-bites club for a $10 off $20 promo code on your first online order. They also do promos throughout the year. For instance for the Super Bowl, scratchers will be given to all orders on 2/9 to win Fly Bye prizes. Then on Sunday through Thursday, you can get a $35 pizza & wings bundle. There is also a $48 and Fly to-go special consisting of a Caesar salad, choice of a large pizza, choice of 10 piece chicken tenders or 16 piece wings, and a choice of two sauces. The only negative is when there is a large group that included children. When we were there, the kids were restless while the parents were nearby talking and eating. The kids made signs that said "HONK" and got nearby cars to honk when driving by. They did this for about half of our meal while we were eating outside. They eventually left. While I do not fault the restaurant for this, I was surprised that the parents ignored this behavior while others like my wife and I were trying to enjoy an outdoor meal. Either way, I look forward to going back again soon!

Their chicken Tenders actually melt in your mouth! So crispy, yet tender...nicely seasoned. We had never tried this place before, so we only ordered 3 piece meals. Big mistake! Next time we'll order more! The fries were really good as well. It's a cute spot, perfect for a quick lunch, nice big patio. Everyone was so nice, food came out fast. Now we're curious about their pizza! If it's as good as their chicken, this will surely be a regular spot for us in the future.

Sorry I ate all the chicken tenders and fries before I reviewed

I think 5 star ratings are WAY overused. Most places should have 4 or less and only 5 stars for the true standouts. So yes I rated it 5 starts because this is the best fast casual place I've tasted. We live in Vegas and anytime I am in north PHX this is a must stop! I usually prefer proper sit down restaurants but the fact is the food here can't be beat! I've been here a dozen or more times and it is always consistently great! I usually do the chicken tenders, they are so crunch on the outside while the inside remains moist. Too many places the chicken dries out, you won't have that here! Today was the first time I got the pizza. I'm not a "pizza guy" but I wanted to try it as it is what they are known for and I've heard others talk about how good it is. I agree it was a VERY good pizza (Detroit style) crust was crunchy with a great proportion of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. This probably sounds like a paid review... to that I can only say I wish it was! I'd request payment by them opening a location in Henderson NV so I could eat here more than just a couple times a year!!!! But until then I'll just brag about them to anyone I know that will be in this area. Sorry about the photo. I eat the food before I review it. :-)

Fly Bye is the kind of place that you fly bye once a week if you want great food! The inside of Fly Bye is pretty small, but there is always open tables. The decorations are super fun too. The wall art can keep you busy while waiting for the food. The staff is amazing. Everyone I have interacted with is super friendly and kind. 10 points for whichever house Fly Bye belongs too! The food... the only bad thing about the food is a lot of it isnt the healthiest. So when I order a bunch of food, its so good I end up eating it all! The Detroit pizza, chicken tenders, salads! all amazing. I reccomend trying the BBQ Chicken salad, its next level good! OH! Dont forget to try a cookie, they have a super unique(to me at least) cookie that's really good.

Stopped in for the first time today. I didn't feel like pizza so I ordered the chicken tenders and fries. I had water as sodas were $3.75. More than a bit too expensive. But the tenders were delicious. Crunchy crust and moist on the inside. And the fries were excellent as well. Even the blue cheese sauce was really good. The service was helpful too. But one star off for the price of a soda.

Starving after a late gym session and not wanting to cook, I hit Yelp (per usual!) up for an idea! Within minutes my order was placed, I pulled into my drive-up spot, and BAM! Dinner! Yes, I'm a weirdo - I ordered it with no corn or jalapeños, plus easy cheese, but dang this hit the spot.

While Pita Jungle at Desert Ridge doesn't officially take reservations, I called in advance to see if I could get a group of 8 in for an outdoor reservation about a week ago. They took my name and contact information and asked me if I could call them to remind them the day of. I called this morning after they opened and they had the note right by the phone and remembered my name. They saved a table for us outdoors, and my group was able to sit on time. It was great having four couples coming from different places, and Pita Jungle offered healthy and tasty food options where everyone could order what they wanted to. The outdoor patio remained busy, and though some of us sat in the sun, we were able to be comfortable with good serving staff who continued to refill beverages and come back to take orders whether it was an order of starters or our entrees a bit later. He even came back to take a group photo before we left. The food itself was great! I got a gyro pita consisting of broiled beef and lamb gyro, tzatziki, seasonal mixed greens, tomatoes, red onions, and pickles, with greek pita. I could have also ordered it as a bowl with turmeric brown rice, cabbage-kale super greens, lemon juice, evoo, sumac, parsley, sprouts. My wife ordered a small dish of tzatziki, consisting of yogurt, cucumber, fresh garlic, mint, za'atar, and pita. Both were delicious and a good portion size. Others in our group ordered salads, sandwiches, pitas, or starters. Pita Jungle is considered the "Healthy Mediterranean Restaurant in Arizona." It has been around since 1994. The pizza leaned too long in the oven, Forno bread punched hard with salt, and the caprese felt a bit "overproduced," like it was trying to impress instead of just being. Service was excellent! Best moment of the night came after dinner. I asked for a standard Italian digestif, no dice. Swung to a go-to dessert liqueur, also a no. First off, the outside of this building looks so welcoming, and you walk in and it practically…read morescreams, "Hey you, come eat a plant and feel better about your life choices." Inside, the vibe is excellent and cleaner than my search history. Contrary to some of the other reviews I've read, my service was incredibly fast and efficient. To be fair, we walked in well after the lunch rush, but the staff was still totally on top of it. As for the food, my friends ordered The Club and The Grinder, and both absolutely loved them. I went with the Moroccan Turkey, and oh my god, I loved everything about it. The standout players were definitely the Greek yogurt sauce and that red wine vinaigrette. Absolutely incredible flavor combo. That said... unless my friends and I have suddenly hit a massive growth spurt, the portions could definitely be a bit larger for what you're paying. We're in Scottsdale, not a micro-portion tasting menu in Paris. Feed us, ChopShop! The real plot twist of the meal was the BBQ potato chips. I thought they were absolute perfection. However, they caused a full-on culinary debate in our group. They lean pretty sweet and have this distinct Indian-spice vibe going on. If you're expecting standard backyard-barbecue Lays, you're going to be confused. Half the table was questioning their entire existence, while I was busy hoarding the bag. Come for the great food and healthy atmosphere, just maybe grab a snack beforehand if you're starving--and prepare your palate for the chip controversy.
