Awesome side stage/venue to the Fox theatre! Great atmosphere and balcony. Staff was excellent as well!

First time here bought 2 tickets to see shoreline waited in line for 2 hours got inside till like 1 am and no one performed straight fucking robbery.... the place was so small too and they made me leave my hat by the security guards and when I got back someone stole it.. worst night need my money back read more

The reason I'm giving this place a 1 star is because the security guards and supervisors are very disrespectful and mean other and are kicking out multiple people for unnecessary reason. Don't carry no vape batteries although they don't have no pods or juice, no electronics. Or they'll ban you for having it in your pocket read more

I rented the space in 2015 NYE night for my birthday event. They are incredibly unprofessional. It was the worst experience I've ever had and I was still dealing with it into the end of March of 2016. they are hard to communicate with and very unclear about everything. Me, my best friend and my sister emailed them starting in August 2015 to inquire about renting the venue. NYE is a big night, so I wanted to get the ball rolling on planning my birthday event. We got zero response until the second week of December. Red flag #1. After finally having a walk-through of the venue, I was definitely interested in using this super cute rooftop bar for my birthday. I really wanted it. I got to talking with the "sales manager" afterward. I was quoted about $2550 for the night for 100 people from 9pm-2am at the Flyway. The "sales manager" told me that I could have more than 100 guests because the place can hold over 300-400 people or so without having to pay more. So I invited about 150 and gave her that head count for my champagne toast the day of my party. After receiving my headcount, she told me that they have to redo my contract with them. She said that now that I have 150 people going it's going to come out to $6,000. WOW. I was told by the same person that I could have more than 100 people no problem and suddenly hours before my event I have to pay over $2,000 more. It was about 4-6pm when this happened. When I arrived to the venue she had me sign the new contract. It was 8:45pm. What choice did I have? I guess I could have fought it, but really? 15 minutes before my event begins, I am stressed out and barely have the headspace to process this bs, so I felt that I HAD to sign it. Or else what? Cancel my party? In the end we got a head count of only 112 and met the bar fee well over the goal. I still had to pay the entire $6,000. This was a private event with a specific dress code for a white party. I gave security my guestlist as well as a password for the part to keep it under control. I saw at least 5+ people that I didn't know who were not associated with anyone at my party and not dressed to the dress code. My friends also saw people that were not wearing white and instead in jeans, hoodies, etc. Going back and carefully reading the new contract again, it said the event would cost $6,000 for 12/31/15-1/2/16 from 9pm-3am. Wait what? The bouncers kicked everyone out like a lightening bolt right at 2am that night. After my event, I emailed them trying to work things out and to see if I still had to pay the extra $2,000+ since I met the bar fee. The employee of the venue that I planned this with "tried" to help me get everything straight, but nothing happened. The emailing back and forth with the sales manger went a cold no where. Which at that time (beginning of January) I thought was okay because they never charged my credit card on file. So here's the thing... 3 months later during the third week of March I suddenly got all of the charges: two separate charges of $2,400 each, one charge of about $106, and possibly one other charge. I was furious and confused. Tried to communicate with them again, and nothing changed. I was so disappointed. I got the bank to take of one of those $2,400 charges because it was only suppose to be one of those charges. (Note: I paid a deposit and cost in increments in case you're wondering why the numbers aren't adding up in the end here.) It sucks because I thought it was a cute venue and I liked the ambiance and style of it all, but business wise? These people are shady. There are so many things that went wrong with this entire thing. It was a nightmare. I truly wish I had a better experience, but here it is. A fair warning to anyone that would consider using this venue for any future events. I advise you, do not do it. It isn't worth the stress, frustration, confusion and loss of money. P.S. The employee I was working with to plan my event had the audacity of offering me a job there to promote because he liked how I threw my party. No thanks. read more

I went here with some friends expecting to have a fun night out and it just was not that . I think I enjoyed the drive there more than the actual event . The pictures on Yelp make it seem like it's this amazing dance club but it is not . It's just a building with a lot of stairs and a couple crappy dance floors. The clientele there was rude and so were some of the workers. The music was extremely low and the Dj played the same songs over and over . Flyaway was so lame and promised a shoreline mafia performance overcharged everybody and no performers came on. They pocket the money you give them and say the "promoters" tell them what prices to charge. Charged me 40$ when i've been here 5+ times and it's only been 20$. tried to charge another guy 60$ and when i was walking outside they told a group of guys it was 20$ for all of them. They're all unprofessional disorganized and the asian lady in the front was nothing but a straight BITCH. she tried to fight me twice because I was speaking nothing but the truth and the security guard was screaming in my face threatening to call the cops for being "annoying". This is the worst club and worst experience ever. They'll all get what's coming to them. Wish I could give 0 stars. If I could input negative stars, I would! We ordered 4 bottles for my boyfriend & his cousin's birthday tonight. After my boyfriend had been intoxicated enough- I asked the attendant Josie to no longer serve him. I mentioned the state laws that would penalize the establishment if they continued to do so; & of course she was ignorant, trashy & said 'I'm going to cover the bottle'. Being ignorant as she was I said "if you do so expect a lawsuit!"- because even with covering the bottle liquor still dripped out of it. Being as polite as possible, I said "If I said 'No' then I mean 'No'." She was very embarrassed & became defensive & continued to argue with me over the bottle being covered and it being fine to still attempt to pour more liquor to him. I then went to the bartender & asked for a water bottle, being petty as he was he said "You need to bring whoever is drunk here or pay $3". Prior to my asking I mentioned, we purchased 4 bottles & the previous time I asked for water it was not a problem until now. That being said, he turned to that girl Josie & said something under his breath. The bar tender then said "It's either $3 or the intoxicated person" & then had the audacity to accuse me of being intoxicated while holding a cranberry drink in my hand. I clearly mentioned it was NOT for me but for my boyfriend who was drunk. This was literally and a few hours ago! I mean who does such a thing!? Pretty nice, place is two stories available with only stairs between so watch it while walking in those heels! Both levels have outdoor area with the highest having an indoor bar/medium dance floor and small outdoor roof area. read more

Do not come here. You are better off at Rock It. I spent $10 to get it and it was most definitely not worth it. A security guard that was working there put his hands on me to drag me out and kicked me out because he claimed I was drunk. Wtf?! I was completely sober and I had my wristband too. He did not even let me explain myself or get the rest of my friends that were still inside. I have no idea what his problem was but I am furious. I was so upset because I expected so much more from Saturday Night Rocks. More like Saturday Night harasses their customers. Literally the worst. The security guard kicked me out for giving him an attitude. He asked me to either go outside or upstairs. I had to take a phone call for personal reasons and it was too loud upstairs and I could not re enter if I went outside so I decided to take it my call in the stairwell. I told him I was on a phone call but that was not good enough for him. He decided to go on the biggest power trip and follow me upstairs and tell the female bouncer I was kicked out. I think his name was Leo or whatever he was a tall ugly guy with a beard. I have never been treated that way. He proceeded to follow me outside when I got my Uber and whine until I got in. Completely unprofessional I would like to be contacted by the manager to file a report. F this guy. This was my first time coming here from out of town I will tell everyone not to come here. This was the first club that I've ever been to and it was okay. The inside area seemed to be more on the smaller side but there were two patio areas that were a nice alternative when more people showed up. There were a total of three areas that you could be in and all of them were playing different types of music. The club is eighteen and over and does have two bars as well as bottle service. Anyone under twenty one had stars put on their hands in permanent marker and I think twenty one and over had to have a wrist band if they wanted to order any drinks. The had security working throughout the night and more seemed to show up as the night went on. Security was respectful and funny. I went on a Friday when you had to have your name on a list which I thought was kind of odd. It was also free if you went in before 10:30. After 10:30 it was a $10 cover charge and it went up to $20 after midnight. There was no specific attire, some girls were in dresses and heals while others were in everyday clothes. Some guys were dressed on the nicer side of casual but everyone was mostly in everyday clothing. Whatever shoes you do wear just make sure you can walk up four flights of stairs and to the club itself, the parking is not that close. I suggest going with a small group of friends, some of the guys there can be creepy and too touchy. The bathrooms were small and not really clean. The woman's bathroom had a door but the men's did not and if you took a few steps past the woman's restroom you could see into the men's room which didn't appear to be any cleaner than the woman's. read more

I had a blast here for Halloween weekend. The place was clean, good dj's, fun layout and design, staff were nice. I loved having multiple dance floors and bars to go to for variety. Very cool. I will say the one negative here is the drinks get pricey. Getting a drink before 10:30 was affordable and delicious. the drink I got after 10:30 cost me $18! Needless to say, stopped drinking after that. read more
