Overall 4.5/5 rounded to a 5. Bri greeted us when we walked in and took us to our seat. She was our server and was amazing!! She helped us with menu questions and questions about how the business operated...no matter how many questions. She is 5/5! We started off the Happy Hour Menu and had the Honey Glazed Braised Short Ribs. They were caramelized to a bronze layer of deliciousness!! They may be the best thing I've ever had. I would get these again & again. 5/5 The teriyaki grilled chicken skewers had a good char but were pretty dry. Chicken on a skewer tends to be dry unless marinated to stay moist or have a dipping sauce. They were still pretty good. 3.5/5. Off the regular menu, we had the Korean Board with tons of food. It had a pan seared Korean flat iron steak with a chimichurri sauce. It was cooked medium rare was tasty with a meaty chew. 4.5/5. It also had a flat iron butterflied and skewererd. It was a bit chewier but I thought it was quite good. 4/5 We also had the Inspired Filet. It was a bit tough for a filet mignon. It wasn't something we'd order again. It was served with a root vegetable hash, though, that was delicious!! The hash was a 5/5. All the meals came with either Jasmine rice or what they called Fried Rice-a coconut lemongrass rice, which didn't seemed fried, with a mango salsa on top. 4.5/5 Most had grilled broccolini and the filet had sautéed spinach. Overall, the restaurant is very nice, seats are comfortable with fluffy pillows for behind your back and little nooks under the seats for purses or packages 4.5/5, service tonight was above and beyond excellent, and the food fun and creative. This place definitely stands apart in Roseburg. We will definitely be back to try more things. read more

We were visiting family in the Roseburg area and we stopped in here for happy hour that ended up being an early dinner with the shareables. - Food was great - Creative dishes. - The drinks were amazing. - Wait staff was courteous. It was our 54th anniversary so we hoped for something special. It was not. Food tasted good overall, but the star on the menu, for me, was the crispy pork belly. We had appetizers and wanted to order something for dinner, but no, that's on some special menu that went away 5 minutes ago. *5 minutes?* It took them 10 minutes to get back to us. FLIES were a total nuisance. I asked three times before someone came and gave our table a cursory wipe and they kept coming back to one side of the table where someone must have spilled something they wanted. They continued and it was a grossly annoying part of what might have been a nice evening. Kind of cute hodge-podge decor, some outside seating might have been a better option. Our table was so dark that we resorted to phone flashlights to read the menu. There was a candle on every table but somehow they were too busy to light ours. I am a water drinker and after multiple requests I finally got one refill. We watched as a couple came in and sat down, spent a few minutes, got tired of waiting and left. THEN a different party arrived and they were given the same water glasses that the first couple had been using, the waiter just splashed more water in and that was all. ANOTHER YUCK! I have heard such good things and I know the owner form her other venue where the food and service was generally excellent. Somehow that high price for modest portions does not make it special and I probably wouldn't go back. read more

Service was great. Food not so great. Has potential. Food ordered was not the food received. Food description left out an important detail. That garlic oil is not just a touch of garlic oil but lots of hot red Thai chiles in big chunks covering the dish and no mention of peanuts in the dish either. It stated it was served with bread but we got spicy hot jalapeño bread to go with the hot Chiles. It was suggested they update their menu so the food ordered and food served match up. So if you can eat and like hot Thai Chiles in the garlic oil in big pieces, and other ingredients that actually shouldn't be in the dish then enjoy. I prefer to know that the description of the food is accurate or at least close to what was ordered. Not going back. They acted like I should have known the garlic oil had hot Thai Chiles in it because it's Infusion Cuisine. Really? Just put an accurate description on the menu and we could have asked to have the hot Chiles left out of my dish. You get 3 stars instead of 2 because the servers were great and you clearly are new to "Restauranting". read more

I have eaten here three times for dinner as well as drinks and the excellent service has been consistent. The cocktails are amazing, especially the lychee Martini, and the food is by far the best ive had in a long time. The braised short rib with the grilled carrots were absolutely amazing, the whole fried fish, the pork belly dishes the fried rice dishes are excellent! I had a client dinner tonight and was honestly a tad intimidated by the menu when I looked online.. I am so glad we went! We ended up purchasing one of each of their happy hour plates, it was a great way to "sample" their dinner menu, and have a nice family style dinner.. when I say everything was perfect, I mean EVERYTHING... the food, the environment, the service, the chef, even the water! Food and ambiance were great as was service. They were out of pork belly bites so they subbed pork ribs which I don't think is a normal menu item but should be, it was delicious. Korean BBQ platter was equally great, as was desert. No complaints about food. It is a shareplate family style concept, we got a salad to share, and 2 larger plates and it was plenty to eat. Only thing lowering it to a 4 instead of 5 was the drinks, which were just meh for both of us, but that could have been down to the choices (rose from abacela and a new old fashioned which was too sweet for my husband). We will definitely be back. It is nice to have a place besides out typical (True Kitchen) for a nicer date night. read more

The best I could describe this dinner was just alright. There was no hostess at the stand when we walked in, but it took less than 5 minutes for us to seat us. I would say the place was about 60% full on a Friday night based on the number of seats filled. Water was brought to the table immediately. Our drink and food order were placed at the same time. Drinks took less than 10 minutes to get to us and were more sugary than expected. The real issue was the wait and quality of the food. It took our food a little more than 45 minutes to get to the table. The appetizer of scallops was undercooked. The chopped mango on top was under-ripe and hard. Our main meal was a braised short rib that was tough and dry, about an ounce of it was pure fat that we didn't finish. The "fried rice" under was very chewy. The carrots on the side were so hard that it hardly felt like they were cooked at all. Their sauce on the carrots was so good, though. I'm sure if they were cooked well, this would have been tasty. The service was lackluster. After our drinks were ordered, no one came to the table until they brought our food. At the end of the meal, the waitress was asked for the check, we saw her taking others' orders. We had to ask another employee walking by for our check, probably 7 minutes later. All in all, this place leaves much to be desired and I will not personally be back anytime soon. read more

The decor and ambience was nice. The waitress cleaned the table when we sat down. We thought the plates were there for us to use, but realized they were dirty plates from the last group of people that were there. At first the waiter was good, but then he disappeared for a long time. We eventually got our meal ordered. The food was good, but didn't come with any sauces or salad dressing. When we asked if they had any, they asked us what we were thinking. Eventually we got a vinaigrette and some teriyaki sauce and the food was not so dry. For semi-fine dining food this place was a disappointment. Seems like the place is made to serve cocktails and basic happy hour edibles for a high price. read more

Great ambiance, lounge style. Been there for small bites and drinks, which were good. Unfortunately, their online reservations are horrible! I went to their website, made reservations for 4, then party grew to 6. Tried modifying the reservation, but no way to do that. So I got on yelp, made a request, and was "told" someone would email me, which never happened. So I called the restaurant a couple days before and left a VM to modify the reservation, asking that someone call me to be sure it could be modified. Never got a call, so went back to their website and made a new reservation for 6. When we all showed up, the person who "greeted" us, who was the bartender, didn't even look at us as she told us it was going to be at least an hour wait (it was a Thursday), and when we told her we had reservations she said there wasn't one. Looking around, there were several empty tables. She was very abrupt and unpleasant, no apologies, nothing. It's unfortunate, but because of this, we won't go back. We had a great meal down the street at Brix instead. read more

Girls night out with a friend for Friday Happy Hour and dinner at F&B. First time for both of us. Everything was "perfection". The staff was exceptional, the modern decor was comfortable and the food...o.m.g. the food! We had a couple of skewers from the happy hour menu along with a specialty cocktail (Rum Runner, yummm). Dinner was dirty rice with these amazing cubes of pork belly. We ooh'd and ahh'd the whole time. The menu selections are made for sharing. It's so great to have another great restaurant in town as there are so few. We will definitely be going back...soon! read more

After two visits to FnB, I sit now to write this review. While food options have been attractive and tasty thus far, there are few options for vegetarians, let alone vegans. Unfortunately, service is mediocre at best with today's server. The affect of the bartender was flat, if not bordering on rude. Add to that, there were literally dozens of houseflies near our seating in the greater bar area. Even though the restaurant had only been open for about 30 minutes during our most recent visit, the trash in the restroom was nearly overflowing. Much like our experiences at locations under the same management/ownership, service and attention to detail are far less than desirable during most visits. I hate writing bad reviews about small businesses, but at some point there are opportunities for improvement that just need to be shared. read more
