Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations across service, atmosphere, and food quality. Upon arrival, the host failed to direct me to my reservation table, forcing me to almost call my friends to find them. The receptionist did apologize immediately and showed me to the table . The atmosphere is very loud and high-energy, primarily because the open bar area flows directly into the dining tables. If you are looking for a quiet dinner conversation, this is not the ideal venue. The dinner menu itself felt somewhat limited. I ordered the Halibut served with French beans and roasted potatoes. The fish was underwhelming, lacking both flavor and seasoning. Furthermore, the baby potatoes did not appear to be thoroughly washed, as I unfortunately bit into grit multiple times. The other members of our party ordered the ceviche, nachos, burgers, Asian shrimp, and roasted chicken, which they reported were acceptable but unexceptional. Logistically, parking is highly convenient, and the restrooms are located in the back-left corner wall of the establishment. However, a major inconvenience arose during the payment process: they do not offer tableside QR codes or mobile card readers for digital wallets like Apple Pay or Google Pay. Instead, guests using these methods must either hand over their unlocked phone or physically walk to the counter to tap and pay next to the kitchen. Overall, while AZ88 might be a suitable stop if you are bar-hopping for drinks, I cannot recommend it as a dinner destination.
