Came here for a work party and had a great experience. Everyone who helped us was very informative and genuinely nice, which made the night even better. The service was excellent, and the meats were amazing--perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The salad bar was also very good, with so many options that you get to try a little bit of everything. I had a question about the cauliflower dish since it had seeds and other mix-ins, and one of the staff members was super helpful and let me know it was nut-free and gluten-free, which I really appreciated. Overall, this is definitely a spot I'd come back to again.

Recently came back and hosted a birthday dinner for myself and my daughter and we had a great experience! Alan was looking over our party and he was so attentive and available. Service was good and everyone was happy. We will definitely keep coming back!

We had great time , great service specially Carlos and maestro and Ervin ... and had the best lamb chops in town from maestro .. great atmosphere great hospitality and great welcoming from Ivo the general manager .. definitely we will be back ... thank you for everything

The service at this location was amazing, I have never been to a restaurant that consistently checked-in on me by multiple different staff members. They made sure to bring me any meats I specifically requested. My favorite is the beef rib that was moist and tender. The cheese puffs were hot and fresh and were refilled. However, some of my other meats were on the dry side like pork belly, chicken and garlic beef. We wish that every salad bar item had a food label too. Otherwise we had a great time and restaurant music was light enough to still chat with your friends.

This review is for a visit on 10/11/25 We visited the restaurant the day after our daughter's wedding. I wanted to find a place that was on par with the amazing wedding she just had . I believed that Fogo De Chao in Oak Brook was up to the task . I had contacted management prior to our visit in hopes of making the dinner memorable. Our party of 8 was pretty tired , but wanted to continue celebrating the wedding . We were seated at the tables directly behind the hosts , which I feel is prime seating in the restaurant. More private than many areas with less people seated by you . Also close to the market table and Churrasco grill. We were immediately welcome by the General manager Camilo and restaurant manager Luis , who I've had a pleasure to meet before . We all had the Churrasco experience , and I also ordered a steak off the menu . I asked for Luis's recommendation , and informed him of the different ways we each like our steaks cooked . A Wagyu Ribeye was brought to the table cooked at different temperatures , with a salt block to continue cooking the steak for those that preferred well done . It was my first time ordering a single steak at Fogo and it did not disappoint. It was excellent , and a definite favorite of the night . We also ordered a few drinks , our favorite being the off menu Caipirinha Tropical . Like always the Churrasco experience and market table were great . All items very fresh and savory . It was busier than normal for a Saturday ( I recommend a reservation just before 5p) but we had no lack for anything . Camilo and Luis work as hard as a staff member who is brand new , even though they are well past that position . They still found time to check on us and we thank them for that . Our daughter and her husband were given a choice of any dessert to celebrate their marriage and even given a glass of champagne . A perfect touch at the end of our evening . Special thanks to services Lianna, Alexis who checked our table often , and the Gaucho cook Alex for making sure we had everything cooked to desired temperature. We've been to many Fogo De Chaos , some out of state , but we feel Oak Brook is one of , if not the best location in the we visited . Definitely a place that needs to be on your rotation .

Luis and his gang are THE best. This Santa (and my delightful Mrs Claus) go where the most luscious proteins can be found north of the border. The cheeses and sides are excellent too! Christmas is only 111 days away and we WILL be popping in soon!

My husband & I got married on Valentine's Day & we had our reception at Fogo De Chao. We couldn't have been happier. Yes, it's one of their busiest days of the year but everything was so perfect we didn't notice anyone else in the restaurant. Working on setting up our party with Christine a year prior made all the wedding stress that much easier to deal with. She followed up continuously, answered all our questions, had a solution to any problem I thought I had, & made our night so magical. The entrance sign made it easy for our guests to locate our private area. Once in the room, it was so beautifully decorated with all the items I dropped off I couldn't have imagined a better set up. Food as always was a 10/10. Dessert 10/10. Service 100/10. Thank you so much to Christine & everyone who worked Valentine's Day of 2026. We can't wait to come back !

The ambiance in this place was extravagant. All the meats were delicious. The servers were so helpful and they continued to check on us Everytime they walked past. Definitely 5 stars and bill was under $200. I can wait to revisit .

The ambiance was the off and the service was ok up until I mentioned some of the meats were dry and the gauchos kinda avoided my table. The first batch of grilled foods were seasoned perfectly then became saltier as they sliced more on my plate.the yuca fries were overcooked and dense as burnt flakes from the oil were easily absorbed into the fries. I was charged for a Brazilian lemonade though I was told because it took so long I wouldn't be. Overall it was an experience that I hope to never have again.

    Bone marrow was amazing

I ordered the Texas Sausage and a Caesar salad that was anything but traditional. The seasoned pumpkin seeds and anchovy took it up a notch. A friend joined me last minute and ordered the Gulf Fried Shrimp with Cajun fries, and that was another 10/10. And we can't forget the Raspberry Refresher--a blend of house rosé, Hendrick's gin, lychee, and raspberry purée. Delicious and officially my drink of Summer 2026! Simple bar eats with an unexpected twist, and I loved every bite. The only thing that made it home was the rest of the sausage stack, and that was intentional! I love throwing them in the air fryer the next morning and pairing them with fried or boiled eggs. Yum!

A beautiful circular room that was glass enclosed with views of outside and the bar area. They had sheet curtains incase groups wanted a bit more privacy. The room also had a personal fan for air circulation and an independent speaker system to adjust music volume. For drinks, our group got a variety of cocktails, beer, and wine. I got the Hugo Spritz which was a great portion & tasted amazing. While some cocktails on menu were expensive, my Spritz was $14 and my friend's tito's dirty martini was only $13. Definitely consider just ordering a classic versus one of their mixology offerings if you're looking for a budget conscious option. For starters, we shared the Stuffed Mushrooms, Calamari, and Spinach & Artichoke Dip. The portions were good for sharing. The Stuffed Mushrooms had a seafood mix in them with a delicious sauce paired under. The Calamari had a hint of spicy to it but nothing crazy. The Spinach & Artichoke Dip had a good truffle note and was creamy; the dip could have used a few more chips but some individuals used the complimentary bread slices. Most individuals got a soup or salad before the mains. The Lobster Bisque Soup was rich and creamy with a good amount of lobster. Others tried the Caesar, Chop, and Field Green Pear Salads. The Pear Salad could have been shared by two people since it was a starter salad. Everyone raved about the flavors of these. For mains, most people got steaks and shared side dishes of Brussel Sprouts, Truffle Steak Fries, and Asparagus. The sides were shareable for 2-3 people I would say. I ordered the Seared Scallop Pasta and loved it! The noodles were al dente, two sauces paired nicely together, and loved the vegetables that brightened up the dish. For desserts, we shared the Rocky Road Bread Pudding, Fudgy Chocolate Cake, and Orange Vanilla Cream Cheesecake. Every option brought its own flavor and offered something for everyone. I tried the Bread Pudding and Chocolate Cake and WOW! I'd certainly order either one again. While all of the food, drinks, and atmosphere were great, I struggled some with the service. Our main server was Christine who guided us through the menu nicely, made sure the room was comfortable for us, and had a sweet demeanor. The pacing of food was a bit off where it felt like dishes were being taken off the table with a couple of bites left just to serve the next course. I'm not a fan of wasting food when out and I felt these little bites could have been saved and sent home with guests. If we paid for it, we should ALWAYS be asked. There were a couple of side requests that came to the table very delayed and one meal that came at the end of dinner. I'm sure it is difficult to manage a large group setting but I felt disappointed to see items wasted, pacing rushed, and certain people waiting to enjoy till additional items came.

After venturing out to the city and having a failed experience, we went to Gibson's in OakBrook. High five all around. The restaurant was extremely busy as it was a Saturday night, and we were greeted with a smile by their amazing hostess, who was able to see us immediately. The servers are extremely knowledgeable, but also have excellent taste in wine selections! We ordered the crab meat avocado for starter in. This was the first time we ever tried this particular appetizer. Ladies and gentlemen, it did not disappoint! My only regret is there was non-left to take home for dinner. We had the New York strip, lamb chops (Greek style),mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts and elote for sides. Zero complaints, excellent all around. The steak was cooked to perfection and the lamb chops just melt in your mouth. Even though we barely made a dent, we ordered the carrot cake to take home! Thank you to our excellent servers who contributed to a great night. As I say, that's just my palate, go try it for yourself and let me know what you think.

Lobster bisque soup did come out hot but it was just ok. Side salads were just ok too. Bone in ribeyes came to the table sizzling but they too were "just ok." Spinach and sweet potato sides were plentiful. The four of us shared a blueberry Bundt cake with ice cream. Though the service was stellar we left feeling that our entrees were mediocre at best. The outdoor patio was cute and shielded from traffic with high wall dividers. Food wasn't the highlight, but I would come back to try other dishes. White Chocolate Pistachio Martini $14 - Not too sweet, nor too strong, good flavors. Grilled Octopus $20 - Small portion, tender octopus. Chicken Wings $17 - 8 meaty wings, naked, skin was slightly crispy and caramelized. Salmon Poke Bowl $19 - Simple and straight forward salmon poke bowl. The fries were crispy and delicious. For our birthday celebration, they gave us a yummy brownie and ice cream with a little candle. Reservations can be made on Resy. .|\---/| | @_@ | ..\_^_/..2026

Another great dinner at Foxtail!…read more We had to come back to try more of the menu, and this time we ordered: * Pork belly bruschetta: 5/10. Unfortunately, this one wasn't for me. The pork belly, ciabatta, and balsamic were all good individually, but together the flavors just didn't work. It felt mismatched... * Colorado lamb kebab: 10/10. This is one of the more $$ entrées on the menu, but it's absolutely worth it. The portion was generous, the lamb was high quality, and the artichoke pesto paired really well with the rich, gamey flavor. The roasted pearl onions were a great addition too. I would definitely recommend this dish. * Foxtail paella: 8/10 flavorful orzo paella loaded with seafood. Definitely a sharing type of entree! Always a great time at Foxtail with great food and great service!

The food is very good. My wife usually gets the tenderloin rare with a few sides, while I tend to go with the Ditka's Salad -- I know, we have it backwards. The Aperol Spritz is excellent, and the vodka martini, shaken tableside, is a great touch. The service may be the high point: thoroughly attentive, professional, and polished. It is pricey, but good steaks are expensive almost everywhere these days. I'd put Ditka's somewhere between Morton's and Wildfire -- upscale and well-run, but still comfortable and approachable. Not quite a Capital Grille-level experience, but definitely a very good one.
