Came here for brunch the morning after a long day of being on airplane early morning & a close friend's wedding in Vegas. Their Dad lives in Vegas & recommended we come here. It was the perfect spot for brunch, especially after extremely loud music and lots of partying the night before. Perfect hang over food! We were seated upstairs, which is also a buffet area. Their salad bar was very overwhelming with all sorts of veggie salads, vegetables pickled items. My favorite item of the salad bar was the ginger tangerine shots. They tasted like immunity shots, which was exactly what I needed from a very long day of wedding activities. They also had a Dutch oven pot of a potatoes and steak casserole. That was my favorite part of the brunch. They also had this corn bread cake that came with banana cream icing and it was absolutely delicious. I also put that on my waffle. My favorite meat item was the lamb lollipops. They were absolutely cooked to perfection. I got them medium well. The only other Fogo I've been to was in Minneapolis and I like the Minneapolis one better because their meat selections had more options such as the beef brisket off the bone, ribs, pork belly, ribeye off the bone. The place was not too loud and we were seated very close to the buffet area. There is elevator service to the second floor since we were just not in that mood to take the stairs. Fogo offers all day happy hour in the bar area and this includes getting burgers for only $10 along with other bites and drinks with happy hour discounts! I haven't been to a Brazilian steakhouse in a very long time. We thought we would try one in Vegas- mainly because we had a tough time getting into a restaurant before a show. We stopped by Fogo de Chão at The Venetian for the all-day Happy Hour and had an amazing experience from start to finish! We sat at the bar and ordered several appetizers: the Filet Mignon, Picanha Steak, Grilled Cheese, Tomato with Burrata, and finished with the Crème Brûlée Cheesecake. Every single dish was delicious, but my absolute favorites were the steaks--they were perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. The grilled cheese was surprisingly one of the best bites of the meal, and the crème brûlée cheesecake with the fresh berry sauce was the perfect way to end everything. A special thank you to Diogo, the manager, for providing such outstanding hospitality. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even surprised us with a complimentary dessert, which made our visit even more memorable. The food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional. I went to Fogo de Chao before heading to my flight. I was a party of one so I was seated pretty quickly without a reservation in addition it was earlier in the day. I just ordered an entree. Did not do the full churrasco. I was not that hungry, and it think that's only fun with other people. I ordered the salmon and it was so delicious. Perfect serving. For being open only a short time, our meal was flawless. My mom had never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse so of course her eyes were bigger than her stomach but still wanted to try everything. It was her first time having lamb. Some of her favorites were the cheese and grilled pineapple. My sister has celiac and has to eat gluten free. The majority of the items on the bar and the meats served table side were gluten free. They even had pao de caju (cheese bread) that was gluten free. It was a late lunch so it wasn't very crowded. There is also all day happy hour. Although the serve desert, I sure it is common that we were too full to even think about it I don't eat beef or lamb so I opted for the MARKET TABLE & FEIJOADA BAR and LOBSTER MAC & CHEESE shareable side. One guest doesn't eat seafood and the other has celiac (no gluten) so there was no sharing. The black pepper candied bacon was a favorite of everyone at the table. My only feedback would be to set out soufflé cups to do a smaller sampler of the soups. The lobster Mac n Cheese was plated nicely with the tail as a garnish. Arrived at 8, and were seated quickly while we waited for 2 to show up. Waiter was pushy from the start, asked if we wanted to order food as we sat down. As our party arrived and we were reconnecting, he came through multiple times to take our order. Just a lack of awareness on the groups attention. My family of four recently visited this restaurant after hearing so many great reviews. We frequently dine at Texas de Brazil and were genuinely excited to try somewhere different that offered a similar dining experience. Unfortunately, the food simply wasn't to our liking. While that was disappointing, we completely understood that food is subjective and not every restaurant will be for everyone. We were prepared to pay for our meal and leave without making an issue of it. Our concern is with how the situation was handled afterward. Our server, Odalis, according to the name listed on our receipt, was not very attentive throughout the meal, including not returning to refill our waters. Even then, we did not complain. When she eventually returned, I asked for our check. She then asked how everything was, and I answered honestly and simply told her that I did not enjoy it. I did not ask for a manager, request a refund, ask for anything to be removed from our bill, or make a scene. I simply answered a question I was asked. Shortly afterward, a manager approached our table and immediately came across as aggressive, asking me, "You had a question?" I explained that I had not asked a question and simply repeated what I had told our server--that I did not enjoy the food. Rather than accepting that feedback and allowing us to finish paying and leave, his demeanor continued to feel unnecessarily confrontational and aggressive. The interaction became uncomfortable enough that I ultimately left the table with my two children while my husband remained behind to pay our bill. We paid for our meal and left. Again, my reason for writing this review is not because we didn't enjoy the food. Restaurants receive different opinions every day, and personal taste is exactly that--personal. What was unacceptable to me was feeling confronted by a manager simply because I honestly answered a server who asked about our experience. A guest should be able to respectfully say that they did not enjoy their meal without being made to feel uncomfortable or intimidated for saying so. If I can steer one person away from this place, I'd be happy. Came in at 8:45ish on a Wednesday and got sat immediately. We were told to help ourselves to the sides and we did. I immediately had a few bites of the rice and realized it was cold. I notified my server and he told me he would get me a new batch of it when I proceeded to watch him scoop the same rice out of the pot I just had and put it onto a plate, and go into the back where that same dish came back steaming hot. Which I believe is fair to assume he microwaved it. Cold rice should not be microwaved improperly because cold cooked rice can grow Bacillus cereus bacteria when left at unsafe temperatures for too long. It's not like rice is expensive. And the heating plate was not on which is unbelievable. I also watched a couple of the line cooks grab sides off that same line and make plates and go into the back. Training/soft opening weekend... of all places I received an invitation through my work email which I thought was strange but great all the same since churascarrias are one of my favorite dining experiences.. so the deal was going in they would have the full all you can eat menu comped to give the staff training, but any drinks would cost extra, which was completely fine by me. So for the special training session, they were just serving in the upstairs, which will let you know that this restaurant is two levels. The restaurant floor plan seems a little tight, but it seemed to work out. Now, maybe because we were upstairs, but the salad bar definitely was much smaller than most including the one on flamingo. Let's be honest for being the second day in the soft opening there were a couple wrinkles that needed to be smoothed out but nothing worth talking about because as far as I was concerned, everything went off pretty well for being just day two. They had plenty of trainers to help the staff out throughout the whole restaurant to make sure things went smooth and you would expect nothing less from this level of restaurant. All in all, we were very pleased and if you are a fan of this style of dining, please come here your next time in Las Vegas. They are located in between the Venetian and Palazzo just off the Saint Marks Square area. I will be back good stuff. read more

My experience here as a local in Las Vegas. I will tell you to stay away from this venture and go to the fogo de chão on flamingo. They marked up the price to $77.00 for a full churrascaria experience, but you don't get nearly as much as you would pay for $49.00 at the flamingo location. The salad bar also lacks quantity. My overall service was pretty awful. Took 45 minutes to get drinks to the table, water refills took way longer than usual. Friends of ours ordered a la carte and got the $10.00 pichana burger they are known for... that was also very depressing to see how it came out. Like I said if you are in Las Vegas for a convention or local and want a true churrascaria experience I would highly suggest either to go to fogo de chão on flamingo or pivot to a churrascaria at fashion show mall. Everyone here was so very nice from the moment you walk in to the door to the moment that you leave. The food was amazing! The top sirloin the bottom sirloin, the grilled cheese with honey and the pork belly were my husband and I's favorites! Omg it was delicious! From the market table our favorites were rice and beans with that crispy pork topping, the brown sugar bacon , grilled eggplant, tabouli salad, grilled zucchini , roasted cauliflower, and asparagus . They also give this cheese roll in the beginning, and it was so good! Don't forget to ask your waiter for the chimichurri and they will gladly make some for you! You have to ask though because it is not out at the market table. In all we got one full Churrasco, one indulgent churrasco which included an enhancement and dessert. (which we got the crabcake and the molten chocolate cake.) I got a Coke and my husband got a beer. We spent about $160 and there was no service fee or charge included like some other restaurants do so that was really nice! We tipped accordingly and we did leave a great tip as everyone was wonderful! We made reservations, but when we went in around 1pm it wasn't that busy however it did start filling up quickly when we were getting ready to leave around 3 PM. we came here on a Wednesday during lunch for reference. The service is really impressive, and the waiters are friendly, have lots of personality, and really make the dining experience fun. Depending on what you order, you can have waiters coming to your table with as many servings of different meats that you want. They are on a long skewer, and they cut it off at your direction. All of the sides are served buffet style, and again, as much as you want. Depending on what you order, drinks are made right in front of you. It was a very enjoyable dinner. read more

The Market Table was fresh, colorful, and had so many great options. Even though they're known for the full all-you-can-eat experience, I decided to go with the Market Table only and upgrade with only one cut of meat, and I'm so glad I did. Me and my husband with our two kids were there on Monday evening around 430pm. There was minimal crowd and I love the ambiance which was dark and cozy. This is by far the best Fogo de Chao branch I have been to so far. Their service was so attentive and everyone was so friendly. The meats were cooked perfectly to my liking medium rare and very flavorful. The most important thing is that they don't let you wait forever for the meats. If you request a special cut, it will come right a way hot and fresh. I barely used my chimichuri sauce because the meats are already flavorful. I then dabbled in some queso assado. To die for but be careful these bites are filling and generous in portion. Finished off with an espresso and a secret dessert that if you play your cards right you might be able to get from the "bars favorites people" menu. Not a real menu but the way.
