From the moment I stepped through the doors, the service set the tone for the evening. Stephan, our server, was impeccable--attentive, knowledgeable, and engaging without being overbearing. One of the standout features of the dining experience was the atmosphere. With no piped-in music, conversation flowed effortlessly. The lighting struck a pleasant balance--bright enough to appreciate the beautifully plated dishes yet soft enough to create a cozy ambiance. The seating was equally inviting, with comfortable chairs and a warm, welcoming setting that encouraged lingering over a meal. The meal began with an appetizer of calamari, and it was an excellent choice. The calamari was fried to perfection, maintaining a light, crispy exterior while staying tender inside. The addition of peppers brought a flavorful kick that elevated the dish. I'd eagerly order it again. For my main course, I opted for the filet. While it fell just short of spectacular, it was still a very satisfying dish. The steak itself was the star: seasoned expertly, cooked to the requested doneness, and finished with a tender, flavorful crust. However, the extra garlic I requested proved to be overpowering--sharp, not tender, almost raw in texture/flavor, and thus seemingly un-or way undercooked, which detracted from the overall balance. The accompanying crab topping, though a tempting addition, was sparse and haphazardly applied, leaving it feeling like an afterthought. The side dishes shone brightly. The creamed spinach was a standout--a velvety, indulgent mix of cream, cheese, garlic, and fresh spinach. It was a delightful complement to the richness of the steak. The fries, while generously portioned, were a mixed bag. Some were perfectly crisp, while others leaned soggy. A touch of additional salt was needed to bring out their full flavor. The salad, on the other hand, was a triumph. Served cool and fresh, it was generously sized and balanced with just the right amount of bacon, blue cheese crumbles, and dressing. A simple yet well-executed addition to the meal. Overall, this dining experience delivered in many key areas--warm hospitality, a welcoming ambiance, and several standout dishes. While there were a few minor missteps with execution, the quality of the steak and sides, paired with the stellar service, ensured a satisfying evening. I'd gladly return for another round of calamari and creamed spinach, and a steak...but ask the waiter to request the chef perhaps cook extra-requested garlic a bit longer next time.

My well done steak absent my lobster tail because I devoured it!

Went here on Sunday after church. Although I don't care for steak I actually order steak and lobster tail from the pre-fix menu and it was delicious!!!! The steak was tender even though it was well done and the lobster tail was well seasoned and delicious. I also had the Caesar salad, au gratin potatoes, and crème brûlée as part of the pre-fix menu for $69.00. However, they added an up charge of $5 to substitute the garlic potatoes for the au gratin potatoes, and a $4 up charge to substitute the cheesecake for the crème brûlée but I didn't care because I wanted what I wanted. If I go back I would not order the au gratin potatoes because I didn't care for the taste of them. They tasted like they were cooked in sour cream or something which didn't set well with my palate. Hubby ordered steak, garlic potatoes, and creamed spinach and loved every bit of it.

A friend and I went to celebrate some business deals. We started off with a Caesar salad salad, and the Aji tuna. Both were very good. We ordered the porterhouse for two and the New York strip. Both medium rare. They were basically served black and blue. Well done about an eighth of the way through and basically very rare to raw in the middle. It wasn't awful, but certainly not medium rare. For side dishes, we had the lobster mac & cheese, and the creamed spinach. The lobster was so dry we couldn't eat it. They ended up taking it off the bill. The creamed spinach was very good!. For the prices we paid, I don't think I would go back.

Absolutely delicious meal!! I decided to have dinner here since I was staying at the Marriott attached to the restaurant. I've never been to a Ruth's Chris before so I was very curious to try it. I was sat in the bar area, which I would've preferred to sit in the dining room section, but that's on me because I was given the option and said a booth in the bar was fine. The French onion soup, filet mignon and lobster tail, and garlic mashed potatoes were so good! I left full and happy, I would definitely dine here again in the future if I'm in the area.

My husband and I have been patronizing this restaurant since we met five years ago. We fell in love with the food, ambiance, and service. We loved the restaurant so much, that my husband decided to propose to me at this restaurant in November 2022. So, this is a restaurant that we hold near and dear to our hearts. However, after my experience yesterday, we will never step foot in there again. I made reservations for 8:15pm. We arrived on time and were promptly seated. Our waiter was a middle-aged, White male. I immediately recognized him as our waiter from the last time we were here. He greeted us and gave us a quick rundown of the menu. He was personable and professional. This is the only good thing that I can say about the service. We were seated in the middle section that is somewhat enclosed. There was a total of six occupied tables in this area. I understand that he was the only waiter for the area, but after we received water and bread, we were ignored. I witnessed his attentiveness to ALL of the tables around us. He literally took a drink order and returned with their drink. Closed out two bills, checked on another couple...all while we waited. He eventually came and took our drink orders. We waited as he continued to service other customers' requests. After 25mins of waiting, my husband and I decided to leave. I go out to eat at least once a week. I have never experienced this type of treatment. This is particularly disappointing because our connection to this restaurant. They definitely lost a valuable customer

Wow! What a wonderful dinner! We went after a show at Lyndhurst Mansion. We were 30 minutes early for our reservation but, we were seated right away. We all had some version of a steak and all of them were delicious. We also added sides of creamed spinach, garlic mashed potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts. While I thought the sprouts were a bit overdone, they were still very good. Our server was attentive and stopped 2-3 times to ask how we were and to replenish drinks. We all had a lovely time and thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

We were a party of 10 in for dinner. This evening the service was slow and most of the parties were steaks were over cooked. The sides were delicious but the steak were not up to standard. I've had bebetter steak at Outback Steakhouse ‍

Absolutely delicious. I got this medium rare and would not be disappointed. Crab cakes was delicious. Very succulent and juicy. Mac & cheese was juicy, tender, and seasoned

Staying at the hotel on a business trip, decided to eat here for dinner. PSA... make a reservation, thankfully we had one. People we were with didn't and they waited over an hour. We noticed some tables didn't have people seated so I assume that they are short staffed. Our waiter was very nice, orders our drinks first someone orders a certain beer, all out (Guinness I believe). I ordered a coconut martini, out of part of the mixture. Ok... once we finally got our drinks. We ordered artichoke and goat cheese appetizer, It was delicious and the bread puffs omg yummy. Next we ordered dinner ( and by this time it's 45 min). Two people ordered rib eyes, sold out ...seriously?? It's this a steak restaurant? Apparently they are supposed to bring your steak to see it first and they don't do that here. I ordered petite fillets with shrimp and the others had to get NY strips since that's what they had. We ordered asparagus, mushrooms, mashed and we talked about Brussel sprouts but never ordered them yet they showed up too. All the apps were very good. During the waiting for dinner we received a basket of warm bread and the waiter never came back to ask if we wanted more drinks. We had to find and ask him. After over an hour of waiting dinner finally arrived. The apps are much smaller that they used to be and all of our food seems to be cooked as we each wanted it. My fillets with truffle crust was delicious and I had plenty for another meal. Again, The waiter seemed too busy to stop over and ask if we wanted anything else. He did come back eventually. I know their short staffed and over worked; then serve less people. We're on a business trip and to only ask twice for drinks , he could have had a much bigger tip. Would I try Ruth Chris again, maybe. This location, No.

The centerpiece of this restaurant in my opinion is the beautiful horse shoe shaped bar in the middle of the restaurant. I typically enjoy a nice clean and clear bar so you can fall into the feeling of the restaurant and see what is happening all around. This bar had bottles of wines lining the bar, in my opinion I would remove the bottles and allow for a more open feel. Personally I felt that the bottles created a barrier between me and the bar tender. The outside tables are tables typically for 2 or 4 people with banquet seating and then chairs. Oh, my God How's this boy treating you? Very good wonderful started The service was attentive but not over bearing which created a relaxed feeling.. I was looking for a wine and cheese bar for a night our for myself. I wanted a place that I have not been to before and yelp directed me here Wines on Aug range from 15 and up for a glass which is not outrageous in price. They had a nice selection of wines and I stepped out of ny own comfort zone of a cab and tried the house Pinot Noir accompanied by the B6 board. Overall I was satisfied with the meat and cheese selection and baguette that was served with it had a nice oil on it. Presentation was well done with one exception in my mind, the breads ticks came in a package. Presentation factor went down with that. Take one of the small wife carafe used to serve the wine and present it in that. Overall I felt something was missing but could not put my finger on it. Overall this place has a great date night vibe.

He said it was the best he's French toast he's ever had. Served with real maple syrup, which made it even better. The Bloody Marys were fantastic--perfectly spicy, with a noticeable kick of horseradish. The Bellini was just as delicious, and the coffee was served hot and full of flavor. I opted for the prix fixe menu . It was difficult to choose as there were many options to choose from. I decided on the mushroom risotto as a first course which was outstanding--perfectly creamy risotto topped either mushrooms and a delicate touch of annato oil that brought everything together beautifully. The eggs were poached perfectly, and the hollandaise sauce was rich and flavorful. I also loved that there were several protein options you could've chose from to go on top of the English muffin beneath the poached eggs. We were too full to enjoy dessert there, but we took it home--an apple cheesecake dress with caramel sauce, and that same homemade whipped cream . Since we were taking it home, we forgo'd the vanilla ice cream which also came with this dessert . The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive--water glasses were refilled without asking, and plates were cleared promptly.
