I had eaten lunch in the food court at the mall and since there is not much in the way of desserts in the food court I decided to go downstairs to this place and try out the ice cream. The ice cream here comes in the form of small roll-ups and they make the ice cream to order. I watched as the guy behind the counter took some type of liquid, poured it onto a frozen tray and with some type of a spatula he crafted my ice cream roll-ups. He served the ice cream in a cup and drizzled some chocolate sauce onto it. They have several flavors available and I chose the mint chocolate chip which was very tasty.
