This place is pretty good and pretty close. I am an absolute oriental food snob. I won't eat everywhere, there are certain places I will eat, and I will drive to certain places to skip over others that are terrible. I agree with the four-star review on this place. It's on the same level as panda express, which is really saying something as most oriental food places have low quality food, tons of MSG and charge an arm and a leg. This place is pretty good. Ramen delivered to my Broomfield door? Yes please! The tonkatsu ramen was very flavorful with lots of yummy pork. Wonton soup (yes we do like soup) was some of the best we have had. Unfortunately, drunken noodles were merely decent... the chicken was tasty and plentiful, but not enough spice for my taste.... and I even requested extra spicy. Panang and Charm Thai have them beat on the drunken noodles, but free egg rolls, super fast delivery and hot food at my door= a huge win! They will get lots of business from us! read more

For fast, delicious Chinese food, especially during COVID, we highly recommend Foo Yung Express.

We had no idea this place was even here as we are in the area all the time. We decided to try it tonight as our favorire Chinese restaurant is 30 min away. We were pleasantly surprised. The place is small but very clean and nice. The staff seemed happy and were all working hard and having fun. The food was very yummy and reasonably priced. We got the jalapeño beef and beef lo mein....both fresh and delicious! The crab cheese wontons didn't have enough crab/cheese in them but they tasted good. If you live in the area, you should definitely give this place a try. I believe they deliver as well! Way to go Foo Yung!! We will be back!! read more

I ordered for delivery vegetable egg foo young and fried rice (since you need an order larger than $16.00 to have delivery). The patty's were flat and very greasy and the vegetables and rice were undercooked. read more

I was quite hesitant to try this place, as it seems like a little hole in the wall. I'm very happy we did! I ordered delivery, was told it wwould take an hour, it took 20-25 min We ordered a sampling of soups (small orders of egg drop, hot and sour, and wonton soups), I'm glad I ordered small sizes. They were quite plentiful. We also ordered honey walnut shrimp, combo fried rice, orange chIcken and lo mein noodles. The food is abundant and filling, and mostly VERY tasty. It was much better than another delivery place we tried. The orange chicken is delicious. The lo mein noodles were yummy, my son LOVED his combo fried rice. The shrimp was a little chewy, but was alright. Overall, very good value, good food, and the family was pleased. :) read more

So pleasantly surprised! Normally I fee super bloated and thirsty after having Chinese takeout but this place far exceeded my expectations!! We had the honey walnut shrimp, jalapeño beef, and sesame chicken all of which was beautifully cooked and delivered still very warm. The egg drop soup tasted authentic and the dumplings were delicious. I'm so happy this place is in Erie and will definitely be back! read more

Meh... I wouldn't say this place is terrible but it isn't great either. Tried the dumplings, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken and nothing was extraordinary. Will I order from them again? This was my second visit to foo young express. The first time at their opening night I totally enjoyed my dinner to include kung pao chicken and jalapeño chicken. A bit under spiced but good. I returned last Thursday night and ordered Orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. The chicken was dark in color. The teriyaki chicken tasted like boiled chicken, absolutely no flavor. The orange chicken tasted ok but as I mentioned the meat was very dark. To make a long story short I was so sick after eating eat. I really believe the chicken was bad. I guess I will just wait for panda express to open across the street. So disappointed as I really thought we had a new gem in erie. read more

Quick delivery but not much else to recommend for this place. We tried Chicken Egg Foo Yung for old times' sake and it was good. The Crispy Duck must have come from a very skinny duck, mostly bone, little meat. Walnut shrimps are on the small side and few visible walnuts. Panang Curry is not bad but really has no curry flavor. Generally food is just really bland, forgettable , portions are ok for the price but not what I'd call generous. read more

We'd been looking for close Asian food so were excited to hear about this place. Ordered takeout- Pad Thai, Panang curry, peanut curry, and cashew chicken. It was ready on time (early, actually) and portions were reasonable but food was all very bland and flavorless. Even the curries which, by definition, should have a lot of flavor thanks to the curry paste, were flavorless. The peanut curry didn't even resemble curry. The sauce was oddly thick with no hint of curry taste. Bummer. The search continues. read more

This is the most horrible Chinese Restaurant to eat at. Thank God Panda Express is opening up because the city should pay this place to close shop. Got the teriyaki chicken and the sauce was like hot brown piss that had an order like it was spoiled. Also got shrimp lo mein and the shrimp look like they cut them in half . Definitely do not recommend. Not authentic NY Chinese food. Plus they don't offer a small size only a lunch size during 11a-3pm after that they only have dinner size that's a disadvantage because someone might not want that much food especially when the food is awful. Eat at your own risk and take some Pepto Bismol first to coat your stomach or you will have to get your stomach pumped at ER so hopefully you have good insurance. read more

Can you give a place negative stars? Poor quality ingredients fried to beyond life itself & no sauce to cover it all up. Three employees standing around talking, instead of giving the place a sorely needed wipe down. There is no other place out on Hwy 7 for takeout Chinese. I was excited to try this place out. It was disappointing! United Chinese blows this place out of the water! The sesame tofu was tasteless, the sesame chicken was bland. The egg rolls were definitely lacking. The only good thing was the fast delivery. I'd never eat here again. There's too many other restaurants that serve much better food for less money. read more
