This used to be our regular go to for a massage. A couple of years ago we had a bad time, so switched to a different massage place. I was passing and thought I would give it another go assuming the staff would have turned over by now. I had a foot spa and massage. The foot spa was fine, nothing special. The chairs are slightly uncomfortable. Moved over to the massage and the lady giving me the treatment kept talking to me, trying to upsell. It was hard to understand her, because she was whispering (I assume that the desk staff don't approve of upselling) but she just kept quoting prices for an extra hour or half hour or 15 minutes, then changing the price.... it was very complicated and not relaxing in any way. Each time I said no she got annoyed. It's not good to have a massage from someone who is annoyed with you. Pls ! Do your upselling at the desk and let us settle on a price before we begin to relax. Shame I won't go back, because the venue is really convenient, clean and close by. read more

Update for April, 2018. I came here a couple times since my previous review for 30 min foot massages, which were all good. So this time I came back for what I was hoping for an hourlong foot massage. What I got was another combo massage which I did not want. The foot massage part was good but the rest was a terrible experience. First, they start you off with a face and scalp massage. The massage therapist (I'm sure he is not licensed for this) reeked of cigarettes. He rubbed his smelly fingers on my face and scalp. Absolutely gross. It's shocking how they allow this. Then came the foot massage. After 30 minutes of that, they go back to the back massage. Face down through a face hole, you smell a funky carpet and feet, along with clothes which smell like cigarettes. Again, just gross. After it was all over, I pay and leave a small tip. Then the cashier comes chasing me, and saying I need to leave a bigger tip! really?? This is the worst experience I've had - I even had to go home and take a shower immediately to get that funky smell off of me. I will never go back to this place again. read more

My first time visit. Andy performed my 1hr foot and 20 min chair massage. The experience was Amazing, and I left feeling very relieved. The foot massage included a scalp, thigh, and back massage- which was unexpected but I was greatful for. The chair massage allowed for more focused attention on my neck and shoulders. Firs time I went here, I was also 38 and a half weeks pregnant and they were amazing! I've been having leg cramps and swollen feet and they felt so good after. Even though they don't do prenatal they were able to massage my shoulders in the reclining massage chair. You're supposed to leave a massage relaxed, instead my friend and I left confused and in pain. We had the foot/back combo for $45. First off, my massage therapist was coughing non-stop and would leave/come back (6 times!) throughout the session. Another massage therapist's phone went off FOUR times while they were with their client. The foot massage was mediocre, but the back massage was horrible. I didn't feel any relief and still have knots in my back remaining. They karate chopped my back to death and I felt like a piece of meat.The workers talked among themselves and it was NOT relaxing whatsoever. Before you read anything goes further, I want to say that the massage itself wasn't so bad but the service after it was disappointing. I came here with my grandma for a foot reflexology. She chose to only get her legs and feet done but her back started hurting, probably since she was in an uncomfortable position. I added extra 30 minutes to her massage to which the receptionist suggested if the bed was ok. I said sure why not as that might be more comfy. While I was waiting I decided to go ahead and pay for it beforehand. While paying for the services, he noticed that I had cash in my wallet and asked to pay the tip in cash. I said okay, so I paid $20 for a $105 worth of services. Which is basically about 20%. He first asked me if the tip was for both of them, and i said yes. Then he asked if I had change for the $20, so I gave him in fives. Then he asked if I can give extra five for the person who was doing extra 30 minutes. I told him that tip was for both and he can split it up accordingly. He still kept on insisting to give extra $5. Why on earth would I pay 25% tip on a massage unless it was heavenly? Tip is not mandatory but I know people expect it. That doesn't mean that you become greedy about it. I might have wandered here again if I was in the area, but after the end of experience, I wouldn't recommend it. We were surprised the hour included the whole body basically which really did tie it together awesome. The hand and foot part was great but they way overstep into a whole body massage. I would have been much more specific with them about NOT touching my shoulder and back. When I go for a whole body massage there is usually a long questionnaire asking about problems, but nothing here. The worker pulled my right shoulder up to the point of pain-even one of the people I went with asked if I was okay because of my yelp. He then pushed down with force on my lower back. I should have said something but did not want to make my friend that recommended this place feel bad. The others had a great experience. The next day my husband and I joked about how sore I was-I am really active and never sore, but this massage had me hurting. Well, it has gotten worse and I am now going to doctors to deal with the reactivation of an old problem with my back. I have gone from 5 miles a day with my dogs to hobbling around the block at best. If you have ANY problems make sure to speak with them first-they do not ask. Had I know this was more than hand and foot, I would not have gone. I am usually so careful. I've been here 5-6 times and always received an amazing massage. I have done both the 1 hr chair massage as well as the half and half (half chair half table) and I enjoy the 1 hr chair foot massage (don't let them fool you- it's not just feet! It's head, arms, legs, and they have you turn over and do your back too!). I will be back! read more

They don't have individual rooms for full body massage, lack of privacy and so they don't use essential oils for body massage. To my standard not enough sophisticated. Not worth the money for full body massage. Maybe foot is good but I think I'll not come back again. read more

A friend recently introduced me to this place. What a great find! I had a combination of 1/2 hr. foot and 1/2 hour body massage and it was the best hour I've had in a while. Strong enough to know that muscles were being worked on but never painful and I left feeling completely relaxed. The cost was $45 and it was worth every penny. Definitely a 5 star massage but the set up needs a little fine tuning. There is no separation between the entry and waiting area and the massage area. Some curtains or screening as a buffer between the business area and the massage area would enhance the experience. I'm looking forward to another visit soon. read more

For $45 you can get a 1/2 hour foot massage and 1/2 hour body massage :-) It's great if you like aggressive and deep tissue...you can always tell them to lighten up on the pressure if it's too hard.
