This place didn't feel very relaxing and the full body massage they insisted I get was unnecessary. I only wanted a foot massage as I thought maybe they would know better pressure points and reflex areas. However they pressured me into getting a full body and it was very unnecessary and the massage to my upper body neck and shoulders was not done well as it Caused more pain then relief. The full body was done with all my clothes still on and only a little oil put on my neck which got on my clothes and so the whole experience was just odd. I had hoped that by the time they got to my feet I would feel like this visit was worth it, however it just felt like the type of massage I get at a normal pedicure spot. I wouldn't recommend coming here again. Some advice to the owners: It would be really nice to place some relaxing music and aromatherapy smells. Rubbing off the oils with a dry rough towel was not pleasant, maybe use a wet hot towel if you must. It would be nice to have a curtain to close off the massage table area from the rest of the foot massage spaces. read more

My usual foot massage spot in Livermore was fully booked and I so desperately needed some relaxing "me time". I found this little gem on Yelp and gave them a call. They said they could take me right away! They are located on the second floor in a lovely little Asian business plaza in Dublin by SutterHealth. I was pleased to find out it was only $35 for a one hour foot massage! I really love this place because they lay you back, and while your feet are soaking, they massage your head and shoulders. Then they place a clean towel over your eyes once they begin the foot massage. It's SO RELAXING! The last 15 minutes of the hour, they ask you to flip over (the chair doubles as a massage table!) and give you a back massage as well. The woman who did my massage was very polite and did an amazing job with my massage. She asked me if the pressure was okay and made sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated that! LADIES BEWARE. I had a rather disturbing experience here. I'm a female in my 30's and went in for a one-hour foot reflexology. They had just opened and the man at the front pressured me to do the back and foot massage combo instead of just the foot. I agreed. The foot massage was great. After that I moved to the massage bed and was face down with my hands faced up at my side. Mind you, The beds and chairs are all out in the open. As the man is massaging me he is leaning over my whole body and he is partially on the bed (like he is on my left side but massaging the right side of me). My hand was face up and all of a sudden I felt his private parts in my hand. I was horrified and swiftly moved my hand out of the way. Their masseuse was experienced, but they lack discipline. We booked 2 1 hr foot massages in advance. However when we reached there they kept asking us again and again if we had an appointment. It took them 15 mins to get us in and get their employees to attend to us. The massage in itself was 5/10 because some parts where I looked at my masseuse Lily were good but other times when I didn't look at her she just did a half-hearted job (felt like she was just rubbing in lotion). I wanted to relax and not continuously have to monitor her work. Further she was just simply too chatty with her friends and distracted. She kept going away during the massage. The manager also talked really loudly and kept walking near our massage tables to get things or something else. Even though the sign saying "quiet zone" was up, the employees were anything but quiet. They also really tried to upsell us to a different massage. This place has so much potential if only the ppl who work there actually try to deliver a great experience to customers. I called on a Monday, and they were able to take me right away for a 60 mins combo foot/body massage. Michael was my massage therapist, and overall I'd rate him 8.5 out of 10. He asked what type of pressure I wanted, and he delivered what I asked for. Beware the firm massage will sometimes feel like being punched and that he's trying to break you. What can I say, I want them to be rough and break apart that knotted tissue. Michael has good technique, especially for the body massage portion of the massage. In fact, the 8.5 rating is based on not thoroughly enjoying the foot massage portion. The technique and relief weren't on point. For example, sometimes I felt like my feet were just being stroked and he tended to massage firmly on the inside of the shin rather than the outside. Maybe it's just my preference. Anyway, great pricing, comfortable and quiet atmosphere and afterwards you can shop and/or eat in the Asian -themed shopping mall. read more

I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant so all the weight gain adds a lot of pressure to the bottom of my feet, which makes it hard to walk because of the pain.. when I left this place, I was no longer in pain! Was in so much pain that I decided to try out this place on a lark (and one that was open at 7:30 pm.) I thought I was getting the regular foot massage but was I got was practically a full body massage! Mike was the masseur and he was very thorough...from head to toe! I have to say, it was a bit of a work out...both for the masseur and the "massagee." If you have gnarly knots and pockets of pain that need to be "exorcised," this is the place to go. Don't expect a fancy day spa because that is not what this is. It's a place where you will get a good and vigorous massage for a very reasonable price. For that reason folks, don't be stingy with the tip. You can afford to leave a generous tip and still pay less than what most other places charge. The massage is definitely worth five stars but the ambiance is more utilitarian. I don't mind it because getting relief for a tortured carcass that would benefit from even an medieval rack, I consider this a win (and probably a lot less painful!) read more

Women beware. I hate giving so few stars. Front desk was kind but there were quite a few things that are big red flags here. I had the last message of the day so maybe my therapist was just over it but all of his movements felt abrupt and hurried. I did the 1/2 body message upgrade. Most places do your full body anyways. I'm not really sure why you need to change tables midway through. The pressure was so hard and I told him several times and even tensed up many times when he was grinding my feet over and over. It didn't change anything. To give you some perspective I typically like a firm hand and am totally ok with it hurting sometimes but this time it was not in a good way. The head and face message is usually my favorite part but it was more of a rushed head scratch. It just wasn't relaxing at any time during the hour. Really disappointing. Also, why would he barely work the head neck and shoulders area but message my butt several times at both tables!?? Also he put his junk way too close to my head several times. I truly think he was copping a feel and don't know how he could not be aware of where his own body parts were and what he was touching. It was mad uncomfortable. There wasn't any rhyme or reason to which body parts were messaged in what order either. I get foot messages semi regularly and this was just not good. I hurt after I left. I've had the women here before and have left very happy. I will not accept a man again if I ever come back. (Very unlikely) 2 stars because they are open for 12 hours and I can always get an appointment. read more

My masseuse was below average. He was the older man with white balding head. I got the 1 hour foot massage. The beginning facial part was ok. When he started working on the foot and legs, he went very lazy on me. Instead of working the pressure points on the bottom of my foot, he worked mostly on my calves and sides of foot too gently, and barely touched the bottom of feet, which is the main pressure points- thus foot reflexology! When I mentioned nicely that he wasn't working the bottoms of my feet, he worked only the left foot bottom, then only for about 20 seconds, and with so much pressure that I thought foot bones were breaking. Then he didnt even bother with the right foot bottom. Then he had me lay on my stomach, and the rest was average, although I didnt come out of it feeling relieved at all. My 1st time to try this reflexology place based on higher yelp reviews. After a long and stressful day at work, I ventured here at 8 pm without an appointment, but the place willingly took me in. I waited a few minutes for a one hour 1/2 full body and 1/2 foot massage. My one hour combination massage was definitely from a skilled reflexologist. His methods were methodical, intentional, and possessed the right amount of pressure. His techniques surely melted my tensions away. I came out of the one hour massage de stressed and unwound from the pressures of life. Will ask for him again. I will return knowing that this reflexology place is skilled and sure of their results. The staff were calm, quiet, accommodating, comforting, and very patient. Thank you so much. I observed the place was small, quiet and open for anyone who walked in to view your massage-----a bit unnerving and distracting. Although there were "Quiet Zone" signs, two waiting ladies ahead if me kept speaking in Cantonese without regard to other customers. There needs to be even a slight or see through barrier for boundary purposes. And, enforcement of a "Quiet Zone" if it'll stay wide open for the public to see. Prices are good but you get what you pay for. Came here with the hubby so we got our massages side by side. The whole time I could hear his masseuse coughing and the floor squeaking. My masseuse burped 9 times. NINE times!?! I guess I will take that over coughing. Ok, so coughing, burping and squeaky floors are a bit outside of ones control. So we compared detailed notes after the massage... 1. A masseuse should NEVER wear shorts. NEVER. My husband didn't appreciate that during his arm massage his hands were flopping and brushing against the guy's naked thigh. Sure they were hairless and his skin was baby soft....Perhaps the inner thigh. Let's just say my husband didn't enjoy that. 2. It's never okay to brush your man junk on a customer even if you're giving the massage. It's just gross. My husband didn't enjoy that either. 3. The water for my feet needed to be a lot warmer. 4. Use more lotion. I wanted a massage, not an Indian burn. That was rather painful. 5. Be a bit more gentle with use of your sandpaper towels. I like exfoliation, but not like that. But I watched 3 other customers who finished their massages before me leave, and the people working there simply straightened the towels they laid on and ready for the next customer. Even the hand towel the previous customers laid over their faces were reused. No sanitation, no change to new towels, nothing. I wonder how often those things are washed... Even in a time without Covid I'd feel uncomfortable putting my face into a towel many others have used before me without washing. With the current Omicron spread it's simply unacceptable! read more

The first time I went here I had a lady giving me the foot massage, and it was very nice - no complaints. Today I went for the same treatment and had a man. His touch was too rough and he was sniffling and coughing the entire time. They had a full house so the receptionist was also doing the lady next to me, all the while answering the phone and taking appointments. I was quite disappointed in my experience this time. This is not The Claremont, nor Bodylines Day Spa. I did not go there expecting the full "spa experience". At half the price, the combo foot/massage was great. You can chose foot reflexology, or a combination of foot/body, or body massage. It's all out in the open which is okay, except for some chatter by the employees. Some customers also did not respect the "quiet zone". I explained to the technician that I do not like very hard, and no elbows or knuckles. They obliged and provided a very relaxing treatment. Overall, they are rushed and trying to satisfy a lot of customers. It is not easy to provide the same feeling as an expensive spa where you can get private rooms. It is an inexpensive, very nice treat and I will return. As far as tipping: they work very hard and obviously do not make a lot of money at those rates - they rely on their tips as income. read more

Unfortunately I had a less than stellar massage. There was no pressure, no English or understanding. The therapist kept leaving and coming back after 5 minutes. This happened 5 times. For an hour massage I got almost half an hour of actual massage. I have had a lot of good and some bad foot massages. Unfortunately this was one of the bad ones. To make matters even worse because the massage was so bad I decided not to tip. Then I was confronted by the cashier that I didn't tip. I explained the massage wasn't good. And he kept on it insisting I leave a tip. It made for a very uncomfortable exchange and he wouldn't accept me not tipping. I will never come to this place again. read more

At $35, this place charges $5 more than average for a 1-hr foot massage. My massage also ended about 5 minutes early. BUT. I still really liked this place. They were friendly on the phone and got me in right away. The door was propped open and it was light and breezy inside. Unlike most places, they didn't just leave me to sit while my feet soaked at the beginning - I was treated to relaxing acupressure on my scalp and temples. At the end, I was told to turn on my stomach and I got a quick back rub and some much needed attention on my shoulders. I will definitely be back. Next time I will request a little more pressure during the foot portion, but this place was otherwise a gem. read more

I've recently revisted this place and I'm not happy at all. First it extremely annoying having them aggressively upsell the $35 foot massage to the $45 when they technically do the same thing. Second and more importantly the person who was giving me the massage was trying to do three things at the same time which were answering the phone in one hand and massaging me in the other and talking to the person next to me all at the same time. I'm there to relax lady not deal with your multitasking to make an extra buck. CHARGED MY CARD FOR AN UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNT! Our massage experience was great. However, they charged my card for an unauthorized amount, which is not cool. My husband and I went in for massages for 90 minutes. At the end of our massage, the lady charged our card for $90 total. We looked at each other and said, "$90? Is that for one of us?" and she said, "no $90 total for both." So we paid, tipped $18 and left very happy. Then we went to dinner and left the area (as we are not from Dublin). My phone was on silent but when I got home late at night (past 11:30pm), I saw I had 8 missed calls and 4 voicemails from Foot Logic! Apparently they had charged us an incorrect amount. The error was on their side. But the voicemails were like "you came in for 2 massages. You only pay for one. You owe for one more."...as if it was our fault. Then I look at my credit card statement this morning, and they changed the authorized amount from $108 to $178 WITHOUT gaining permission from me. I don't mind paying the correct amount for the services--but we clarified before we left that $108 was the correct amount and were told yes. Then we get call after call and voicemail after voicemail late at night and then they charge our card without asking. Not even sure how they can do that unless they store the credit card information? Either way, we won't be going back. Too bad, massage was great, but the way the employees handled the situation and charged our card without authorization was wrong. read more

My husband and I walked in a little before closing hoping they would take us. I wanted a female masseuse, so the kind man who was going to massage my husband quickly made a call and requested a female to come in and massage me. They were extremely accommodating and kind, they didn't make it seem like they were doing us a favor even though they were! The lady showed up a few mins later; it was literally one of the best massages my husband and I had, and we've gotten a lot of massages!
