This place is seriously a hidden gem! I happened to have a little extra time on my hands since the nail salon messed up on my appointment and decided to walk in for information. The man at the desk was very friendly, so I decided to continue with services and they took me in right away. I had no idea what I was getting myself into...I thought they would just work on my feet! Well to my surprise they touched every inch of my body and I couldn't have been any happier. They started with a wood barrel filled with hot water and soaked my feet. I was a little nervous because it was in a community room but the lights were very dimmed and everyone was very quiet. My therapists name was Joan I believe and is a male. There was a language barrier but he understood the basics. I removed my shirt, left my bra on and he covered me with a blanket. He began working on my forehead/face, massaging my neck, arms and back as I was facing upward. He then removed one foot at a time from the tub and began work on each foot. He then gestured me to turn around, once on my stomach he wrapped each foot with hot towels that were very relaxing. He massaged my legs, butt and continued to give me a full neck/back massage. I seriously felt that I was transported to another country. I felt as though I was in my own room which was very odd because I wasn't! Everyone is very quiet and they were all very respectful. What I really liked about my therapists was that every time he started on a new area of my body or tried a new technique he asked if the pressure was ok? This massage was seriously one of the best I have ever received and the best part about it was that it was only $25.00 for the hour. I cannot wait to go back and would seriously pay over $100 for this type of massage any day! Hands down best place ever. Well worth every penny. When my massage was complete, Joan brought me a cup of tea as I made my way to the front of the shop. He was completely flushed and sweaty from all the hard work put it... Perhaps, 15% of the whole thing that was worthy. The rest was hardly any effort/pressure/ or thought into rolling knots out. I laid there awkwardly as I'm basically just being touched because massage was so weak I was in a couple massage room with my friend &The 2 massage ladies would speak to each other in non English language and giggle and walked out of the room at least 4 times. To worsen the experience (I tipped poorly YES, according to the service I felt I received) In hindsight, I should've tipped $0. Regardless I left a $5 pitty tip and the front desk had the audacity to say "that's it?". I will never return, nor recommend this place. I came because of positive reviews on yelp. Cant beat it for the price! This is not a "spa experience", so don't expect anything fancy. It is a simple set up, but its organized and clean. It is very casual, and you must be comfortable being massaged in an open room where others are being massaged as well a few feet away. I wasn't so comfortable the first time they asked me to take off my top, but it has become normal now. They always cover you while you remove and put on your top, and its not mandatory, its just more comfortable to get a massage on the skin than over clothing. Ive had both females and males massage me and never have I had an issue with anyone making me feel uncomfortable or acting anything less than professional. Almost all the masseuses have "strong" hands so if you like to get those stress knots worked out then you'll love it here. I usually have to ask them for "soft" during the session, but thats just my preference. They do ask various times "OK?" during the session to confirm they are giving you the right amount of pressure for your liking. There can be a small language barrier depending on the masseuse, but with a little patience it can be easily resolved. I have been to a lot of spas and i even have a Massage Envy membership. still drop by this place when I need a quick and simple something close to home to relax me. My one pet peeve is phones! The central phone rings loud and the reception desk is not blocked off from the massage room so everyone hears overtime it rings. Also, people walk in talking on their cell phones like they they are in their own home, and some don't turn off the ringer while getting massaged. I made an appointment for two 90 minute massages, when we arrived we were told that because the appointment before us arrived late we had to wait 40 minutes more. Then we found out during the massage that they over booked and could only do a 60 minute massage. Throughout our massages all we heard were complaints about reservations being lost and appointments being pushed. First off, I WILL say that if you've had a rough day or rough week and just need a "quick fix" to help you unwind, this is the place for you. Understand that all customers are put in the same room during their massage. The reason for the one star rating is because I showed up wearing a long sleeve Nike dry fit shirt and was asked to remove it, so I thought "ok no problem, whatever" (even though all the other customers that were there kept their clothes on). So it gets to point where it's time for me to flip over on my stomach so the gentleman can massage my back and he asked me to remove my sports bra. There was no way in hell I was going to remove my bra in a room full of strangers (even if the room was dark). There was clearly a language barrier as this gentleman massaging me could not speak English and he was tugging on my sports bra strap motioning me to remove it. I told him no and that I wanted to leave it on. He kept insisting that I remove it and I had to tell him "No!" three times before he went to grab the woman that worked at the front desk for help. Gross. This place smells like feet or wet carpet (mildew). Other customers are often naked under their red draping in full view of you. I was asked to undress in front of others which I declined, pissing off the front desk lady. Only one staff walked her soiled linens to the back to be washed. The other four staff that I observed in my hour there, refolded soiled linens and used them on the next customer. I refused the linens except for the one under my head. Not once did I see any staff wash their hands, eww! They went from feet to forehead with no wash in between customers, which is cross contamination. I tried so hard to ignore the health violations and enjoy the massage but the guy was horrible at his job. He thought rubbing my ankle bones really hard was a good idea. I had to jerk my foot from his hands. I left with bruises on my metatarsals. I would not recommend this place for anyone with hypertension or diabetes, the staff pound the lower extremities with their fists. Not only is it painful, if you have poor circulation in your lower extremities, you could end up with a blood clot. I don't think the staff are licensed massage therapists which is disturbing because the advertised "foot massage" is actually a head, shoulders, back and leg massage. I am not impressed with this place. I called for an appointment and the guy on the phone told me yes come at 6pm and took my name. I showed up and he doesn't have my name written down anywhere and told me no I did not call for an appointment. Then said I had to wait an hour if I wanted to be seen. Ridiculous. The only reason I am giving a single star is because from what I could see, it looked like a decent place. I go to this place almost every two weeks. Best massage in Moreno Valley, hands down. Some technicians are not as rough as I would like them to. It's $25 for one full hour. You can pay $10, more for 1 1/2 hour, it's a great bargain. They soak your feet into warm water and gave you lay down and massage your forehead and neck area. Once they finish your upper neck and back then they remove your feet from water and lay them flat on the bed. They do make you take off your shirt, and cover you with a small blanket. Eventually when your turned around, they will massage your bare back with lots of lotion. The massage your upper extremities, neck, back and legs and feet. They do massage your butt too. Love getting away to get a massage to relax. At the end, they give you a tea. I suggest you to reserve an appointment and call ahead in case they are running behind schedule. I was really sick for like 11 days and once I felt better I realized I had terrible back pain! I went in and got a 30min back massage for $25. The guy did a really good job! My back is sore but all the kinks are out! This is the place to go if you need to get the knots and kinks out. I didn't get the foot massage but I think I'll go back and try it. Lotions are used, towels are used, and hot towels are used. Warm water for your feet to soak. First you'll begin lying on your back as they massage your head and various parts, and then request to lay on your stomach to continue massage. They will notify you when they are done. I absolutely love this place. I have to ask for a specific masseuse . but if Tom is not avalible then I ask for the next most recommended masseuse. I always go in for the hour and a half special for 35$ its always so relaxing and I always feel completely pampered. I seriously go like every other week. I always am working and on my feet, so this is always where I can rely on to go and relax. The only thing I wish they would do is have fresh lavender sent or ecypltus. Sometimes some of the workers smoke ciggerrts and you can smell it. Also, they should put a wall or curtains in the front because you can hear walk ins or the phone ringing or the front desk person clicking on the computer. This place opened after the pandemic today and I regret going there. Also. Just to mention that this place is racist. They were charging black and brown people upfront and white people last. First, my appointment was at 4pm and I got the foot massage (30 mins) and body massage combo (1hr). I was laying there's getting my feet soaked for 15 mins before someone came to do the foot massage. 5 minutes into the massage the guy runs off to answer his phone and comes back 5 mins later. Towards the end, two other workers who are not licensed sit on the chair next to me to observe the guys doing my massage so they can learn how and were talking the whole time. I was so uncomfortable like I was being observed like it was a training school. Then they start trying to learn the massage on eachother right next to me not even six feet away. Then I go into the private room for the body massage. The owner keeps going in and out and the guy also leaves for another 5 mins to answer his phone. Then I notice that my face is laying on an airline neck pillow that is completely unsanitary instead of the usual massage built in pillow that can be sanitized because of the material. Towards the end when I had about 20 mins left. They owner comes in again and says someone is waiting so the guy cut my massage short and ended it like 18 mins early. When I go to pay, the total was 55. I gave her four 20s and said the guy could have a tip of $10 (he's lucky to get that) so my change is 15 and she hands me a 5 and tries to give the massage guy the $20 I'm like NO and she said yes it's $10 I'm giving him and clearly it's a 20. Then she gives me $10 and didn't give the guy anything. I hope I don't get COVID after going to this. I left there with my feet and my neck still hurting. Don't waste your money here read more

This is the second time i visit, i came about a year ago although i wish i could come more often. I have really bad posture a bit of scoliosis, stress and all these other things. Well this place is perfect for me. They touch all pressure points and massage from head to toe. It is in an open room but very peaceful and quiet. Lights are off and you can see a bit of sunlight coming in. everyone there is either face down or they put a towel over your eyes so you can relax. Everything is done very professionally, even though some of the people may not know the language, as long as you know how to read body language and have common sense, you know exactly what to do when they tell you or start your massage. For example, they'll cover you while sitting and ask you to take off your shirt, then they cover you right away as you lay down, and they also ask you to lay face down but they cover you. If you can't handle a bit of pressure on your body as they massage pressure points, then this place is not for you. These people are healers and work with their hands,arms and body. I have had many massages in my life for my bad back and none of them compare to my weekly massages I get from "Tom" (he is my favorite). I tried a few other people who work there and everyone is excellent. You can specify the pressure you want - good for those who aren't sure what they need until they try it. The place is an open room with many massage tables, but the ambiance is great. It is very dark with soothing music playing, and everyone is very quiet. You are unaware of who is next to you so you do not feel self-conscious. You can also specify whether you prefer a male or female masseuse. I bought the special - five for $100. It's an unbelievable deal. Be sure to tip your masseuse! And remember their name if you want to book your appointment. I have done both - just walked in or planned in advance. The place seems to always be open which is convenient. FYI - wear a shirt that is easy to pull up (at one point you will lift the back of your shirt - ladies: it's easier just to wear a camisole) and loose pants, as you will have your feet soaking in a tub of warm water. I used to be a regular customer (once a week) for several months, and purchased the packet of 5 massages for $100. It's a great deal, but I stopped going because I found a better masseuse elsewhere. They massage your entire body for $25. Every part of the massage was great, except for the back. Their back massage consists of "rubbing" you with their forearm. A pressure-point type massage relieves common knots and tightness of the back muscles than a rub down. Yes, I've had MANY different masseuses (I was a weekly customer) and they all used pretty much the same technique (back rub). I currently drive farther for a better back massage, but if Foot Reflexology changes their back massage technique, then I would be a returning customer. read more
