No one has followed up, and there has been no attempt to take responsibility or resolve the issue. My shoes have either been misplaced or stolen, and the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

He was super knowledgeable and helped me pick the support and stability I needed. He showed me about ten shoes and was as quick about it as I wanted to be while still evaluating each fit carefully.
