Sometimes the wait is longer than others but most often, the wait averages 10 minutes. And I never show up early. 2. Lobby is very clean and there is music and calming TV in each rooms. Happy to have that as listening to the sound of dental instruments is not enjoyable. 3. Technicians. All are very nice and want to hear what you need to make the appt as comfortable as possible. I require extra numbing gel for cleanings as I have very sensitive gums... they make sure I am not feeling pain. 4. Dr. Hartounian. Fun to talk with and always is honest and respectful. Plus, he is a great dentist. They never try to sell you anything. THIS IS HARD TO FIND! Very lucky to have found these guys!
