I've been coming here almost weekly since they have opened and always been pretty much satisfied with my wash and service, UNTIL TODAY :((( !!! I drove home to clean my wheels after my car wash and once in the sun I can see circular and zig zag scratches all over my hood. I went back and asked to speak to the manager. Once he (Erik) arrived from walking from across the street on Foothill Blvd, the first words out of his mouth were "what's the problem?" with a grumpy face. I explained that I come weekly but, this time there are scratches all over my hood. He took a look and said "that it looks like someone carved all over my car hood and their machines don't move in the same direction as my scratches." I told him my car was not like this before I washed it there. He proceeded to aggressively argue with me and basically said I was making it up and it wasn't from their car wash. I told him I was going to call my husband and then the Fontana PD so I can have documentation of this incident. He then told me go ahead and said it's a civil matter and walked off into the office and just left me standing there without providing me any options to talk to the actual owner or the owners contact information. I then had to walk to the office myself to obtain any of the owners information. I am absolutely in shock of how extremely rude and unhelpful Erik was to his customers and who is supposed to be a so called manager. I've never dealt with anyone in a management position that has ever treated their customers this way. And looking at other Yelp reviews, I'm obviously not the only customer who he has treated this way. Hopefully, the owner is more helpful than his staff. I guess we'll see. Ugh. read more

I've liked this place because it's fairly cheap and has vacuums plus air which helps bring up dirt from carpet. It's hard to find a car wash that has both. I decided to get a membership bc I wanted to upkeep the interior of my truck. Just to see that they are constantly closed (I go anywhere from 8am-1pm). Yes, I understand why you wouldn't have a car wash open when it's raining, but for someone who has a membership, it would be nice to still be able to vacuum my car. They even have roofs over the vacuums so there's no reason for them to be closed when it's sprinkling or there's light rain. At least for those with memberships, they should be open. The last time I went(during the day), it wasn't even raining, it was just cold, and it was closed. I decided to stay parked by the vacuums and wipe down my interior (I bring my own products). The owner came out yelling then had his employee tell us to leave. I get it, there's no reason for us to be there if it's closed, but there was no reason to be yelling and be rude. I decided to want to cancel my membership because of the fact that they're always closed. I asked to cancel it and they said I couldn't until they're open. Their website and online says they're open and the owner and an employee were there, they could have easily helped with canceling my membership. It's been about a month since I've gotten my membership and I haven't been able to go bc they're always closed. It's frustrating. read more

Great express wash for busy parents! Roll up to the ATM, pay for the wash, in and out in less than 5min. The dryers in the actual car wash machine work well. There was very little water trapped in the cracks of the car. That's definitely a plus for me! You can leave after the wash or pull around and park to manually vacuum and/or use the air compressor. Can I rate zero stars? I've been coming here since they opened. I came by this week and had the basic wash. My car came out of there looking like the sprinklers at home had washed it. Asked to run the car again so it can be done correct and I was told by the employee not sure his, or her name but the one with the arm tattoos that I should not expect a clean car at the $6 wash. Said my car came in there dirty. May be I should have washed my car before I go wash it there. Idiot employee. Never coming here again. read more

I had a chain in the back of my truck (pickup) that weighs over 50 lbs, I was told that the machine goes into the bed (BS), then Eric (wise a*s who works there) took the chain out while resting it on the side of my bed scratches the paint. He was very rude and knew it all said he did do it even though I watched him. The people working with him laughed. I tried E-mailing the owners on the site but I guess they just delete those because I got no response. Unprofessional and very disgusting that they get away with this. read more

You can't expect a hand wash job with a speed wash but for the highest price of $11-13 it gets the job done. That includes dashboard wipe, towel and air freshener. Can't go wrong. read more

It's a good car wash... but only if you don't really know about washing cars. I just want to point out that when I have gone for a wash my windows don't end up that clean and I get this really nasty gunky black stuff all along the bottom sides of my car. It almost looks like tar and it's not just this place, any automatic car wash does this! So yes it makes you car "clean" and it's really not bad but that gunky stuff is so hard to get off I personally don't think it's worth it... they do give you and air freshener, microfiber towel and dash wipe with the better washes. The guy who leads you into the car wash SHOULD PAY ATTENTION and not be distracted!!! I visited this place for the first time this past weekend and the guy leading me inside motions me to go in a little to the right which I do and motions for me to put it in Neutral. After my car is in neutral and being led in I hear a scratching sound and I see him immediately look towards my rim. It kept scratching against the chain as it was moving my car causing damage!!!! Honestly this car wash is subpar. The only pros are their powerful vacuums and their air pressure hose to get all the water out of your car's nooks and crannies. This is a nice drive through car wash. This car wash sprays the car full of soap which was great to see and the wash was good. The drying part was a bit confusing, think we pulled out to soon so some water was left behind. The vacuum area was good, keep in mind you have to do it yourself but it is FREE with a wash. I hope they keep this place up and clean, it is worth the drive from North Fontana to this place, especially if you get the monthly wash. read more

Went to wash my car in the morning, vacuumed my car then washed it. Later on did the same thing with another car and was told to "leave if we don't like it" from who seemed to be the supervisor. I was dissatisfied with the manager there. He was rude and disrespectful. I requested a pre wash on my vehicle and he denied it. I saw other vehicles being pre washed and I had brought my other vehicle earlier that day for a wash and a pre wash was done with no hesitation. The manager's name is Erik or Aaron. They are new and you can tell but it seems that the owner is really invested in this so good for her, I love that they have two options for vacuum cleaning : one for the whole car then one just for the cracks and I loooove how skinny the one for cracks is. It's clean and did a good job for just the basic wash, which was $5 and $6 normally with free unlimited vacuum. This is why I chose this place even though it is nearly 15 minutes from me until I find something similar closer this is where I'll go, it always takes me nearly 45 minutes to get my car cleaned the way I like and I love the unlimited time. read more

Had the most horrible experience at this car wash today! What is more sad is that i have always like coming here cuz of the friendly service ! I asked the guy Eduardo that is taking payments if he could rinse my car before going in the wash he said ok, when i pull up the car in front of me gets a rinse and when it was my turn they both go inside and my car doesn't get rinsed, after the wash was done i asked the same guy If they are not doing rinses anymore? Or why didn't my car get rinsed something that will take them less than 20 seconds! He got very defensive towards me and gave me major attitude and said i should've asked the other guy! And even told me that the was already comes with a rinse ! So why did the car In front of me get a rinse and i didn't ?!i am a customer and i am paying them ! After their grand opening I tried this place and was hesitant about the way it cleaned my front bumper. I decided to go back because the owner had messaged me and asked to come back and give it another shot. First time came here to wash two cars, one with basic and the other with extreme wash. Both came out clean and shine thanks to generous soap output. The second time came here with a basic wash and expected the same quality, but I was wrong. The amount of soap was ridiculously little, so I had to wipe out the dirts myself. On Oct 10, I visited foothill express to get my Jeep washed and my Side mirror was broken by one of the machines inside the facility. As I parked by the vacuums I went over and spoke to Benjamin and he created a report and said that the manager VICENTE would get back to me on Monday 10/12. Here we are 10/16 and Vicente has not reached out to me. I have called several times every day and somehow he is never there. During one of my calls I asked if they had a corporate number and the worker said this car wash is independently owned. He said the owners name is JOHN. I hope John gets to read this so I can inform him that he has a poor manager running his establishment. I am currently on hold with the Fontana Superior Court to see what the next steps are to sue them. I called Foothill express this morning and an older gentlemen answered. It didnt sound like the young workers there and as soon as I asked for VICENTE he got nervous and said he was off today but would be back at 2pm. As I asked which one was it, was he off or will be back later today he hung up. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU VISIT THIS CAR WASH. YOU DONT WANT YOUR VEHICLE TO BE DAMAGED LIKE MINE. Yesterday I went to wash my car like I do every week, I went to the vacuums first like I usually do every week and this man with grey hair comes up to me and asked if I washed my car, I replied with "no I usually vacuum my car before washing it and been doing since u have opened" instead of him telling me thanks for my business he told me next time I need to put down a deposit to vacuum first and continued telling me what I need to do in the future. He ended up leaving and went back to where they were washing cars and kept looking at me like I wasn't going to get my car washed. after I vacuumed, The nice guy I am I did what I do every week and went up to the car wash after I vacuumed and paid five dollars (New Years special)to get my car washed and with my luck the car wash was shit I got black stuff, dirt I don't know what it is it comes off easily though on my car after I did the wash. I was there at 11:20 this morning to get my car washed that I don't even have tags on yet as I was drying it I notice huge damage to my rim which is extremely noticeable I immediately reported it to the attendant he said let me go look at the video he came back and said he can't tell let me talk to the owner . I was thinking to myself well trained employee on what to say but I'm not really worried about it I just took pictures of my car for insurance purposes and my car was at the shop / dealer right before I came there and they have documentation of the condition of my car prior to arriving and leaving the reason why there's so much documentation on this car is because it's high-end. And I'm confident that the owner runs a reputable business and will address this issue in a timely manner stay tuned to see if the the star rating changes just got a call from the manager Eric already stating it's not their fault and said it was impossible for my car to be damaged there and I told him I have pictures of my car before coming there and then he said oh that might be a different story and I said you just told me it was impossible for my car to be damaged and after him telling me that he doesn't want the pictures of my car on my phone that I sent to my insurance company because he said I can change the timestamp of the pictures you can't change a Time stamps of the original pictures that are in your photo gallery i have a little detail bar on my phone that shows the original picture time and date so I'm not going to waste my time going around around with these people I'm going to get all my evidence and file small claims for $547 that's what it cost to replace my rim and the tire tire pressure sensor this guy is not very smart all Mercedes-Benz have kind of a black box in it that registers all your malfunctions with a message indicator I'll be more than happy to pull that from Mercedes to showing that time tire sensor was not on and what time it came on thank God for Mercedes they got your back read more

No My overall rating of the business includes that I have tried to get ahold of the manager I suppose that being you. When I say I paid for the extras I mean the tire shine and the shine coat which it offers on the machine to give the money to. As well as the mats later as well as the tip. What I was referring to also initially was the dirt on the back of the car and the failure of the standing supervisor to even look at the problem when I tried to bring you his attention to the problem all you wanted to do was be upset at how I was talking instead of looking at the problem then he lied to me and said it would cost him $13 to run it through the machine again. Then when I stood between him and another customer about how he put his hands on my chest and push me out of the way saying don't harass my customers.
