That soup was so delish. Grilled cheese was good but I mean it's just cheese and bread so not much to say there lol. I sat at the bar and was served immediately. The place seems to be extremely popular for the after work crowd since they are right below Wells Fargo. Only thing I wasn't a fan of with their menu is that their sandwiches don't come with a side, In this expensive day and age, selling a sandwich and fries separately is kinda ridiculous to me.

We came in at a time when it wasn't really busy, but it took forever for our server to come around. Ordered two glasses of red and the cheese plate only to be told after we received the wine that there was no charcuterie -- at all. Not a "need to substitute" or "we're missing one of the items" just completely 86ed. Despite being prominently featured at the top of the menu! Since we already had our wine, we had to order something else. I went with the cheese sticks, and my mom ordered a hamburger based on what the table next to us had. When she got her burger though, despite us ordering the same as the table next to us, it was a completely different burger. She ate it anyway and my cheese sticks were okay for pub food. But overall, a really disappointing experience based on what we expected. And we had to hunt down the server to pay so we could get back to the conference on time.

Kudos to the chef. Only negative is they offer a whipped spread instead of real butter. Delicious pancakes deserve good butter. I asked for real butter and all they had was honey butter. Do not sleep on asking for it. While it still spread, the honey makes it much better.

When we pulled up, there was a police outside, which didn't bother us. If anything, it made things feel more secure. They also use a metal detector when you walk in before being seated. Don't let that scare you off though -- this place is a well-oiled machine and everything felt organized and under control. Our server was fantastic: calm, attentive, and never pushy. I ordered the country fried steak with collards and mashed potatoes with gravy, and my husband got a burger. My meal was excellent, and it came with a perfectly flaky biscuit. The tea was Southern SWEET tea, too. My husband said his burger was good for a diner, fresh vegetables and the fries were seasoned well. The diner itself is adorable, full of character and charm. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely come back.

I left my name and number in case they found it but I wasn't hopeful and was leaving town the next day. Eric found it and gave me a call a couple hours later. He even offered to run it out to me if I called and let them know I was near so we wouldn't have to deal with parking. I've never had a server go above and beyond like this. I would highly recommend this place on service alone but the food was great too! Thank you again Eric! You are the best!

I don't want to see belly button or back piercings. We had to ask for everything - Splenda, water, nothing came w/o asking. Server spilled creamer all over the floor and a bit on the table. Instead of wiping down the cup or providing another, server left the cup and dripping of cream throughout the meal onto the person. The menu was promising and hard time selecting. Chose the fish and chips. Was told it was a scratch kitchen and was looking forward to homemade fries - unfortunately, they seemed like they were out of a bag and served cold. The fish had so much grease my dining companions watched me squish the grease out before eating. The tartar sauce seemed like mayonnaise with a couple pieces of pickle thrown in. The coleslaw seemed like it came from a bag as well. There was nothing good about this meal except the ketchup. Sadly, we won't be trying the Bowl location.

The staff stood out, both our waitress and the other waiters were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. We ordered a mix of food for the table: tacos, fried pickles, steak and fries, cauliflower, and a burger. The highlights for us were definitely the fried pickles and the cauliflower--both were good and something I'd come back for. Everything else was just alright, hence the reason I deducted a star. We also loved that there was a pool table it added a lot to the experience but I do wish it was free instead of $2 a game. Still, not a dealbreaker. Overall, it's a great spot with a fun atmosphere, good food, and attentive service. Definitely worth checking out, especially for trivia night.

The food was classic bar fare, but made with noticeably fresh ingredients. I had the chicken tenders with buffalo sauce. They were perfectly crispy, flavorful, and clearly just made. The waffle fries were piping hot and delicious, easily some of the best I've had. My husband ordered the waffle chicken sandwich and loved it!! Super filling and packed with flavor. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for the quality. There were TVs throughout the space showing live soccer games, which added a nice vibe without being too loud or distracting. Even during lunch hours, it wasn't crowded or overly noisy, just a great place to relax and enjoy a tasty meal. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
