Italian Dip sandwich

Excellent meal with an amazing view! The food was spectacular especially for being on top of the ski mountain. Not your typical mountain food.

Overall, if you're looking for a really nice and homey restaurant, at the top of Copper Mountain, this restaurant is the place to be. It's right above the cafeteria. They also serve cocktails beer, a bunch of different other alcohols. we got the hamburger as well as the Italian dip. The hamburger was really good. Service is good and quick. Don't forget to ask for a discount with your ski pass. Overall I wouldn't visit here every time I go to Copper Mountain, but it was a great time to just chill during a white out day and grab a filling late lunch.

Beautiful new sit down restaurant with 5 star views and service. Food is somewhat mixed. The tempura portabella shrooms were the best thing we got. I consider it a must get. The kids' trout plate was an incredible bargain for $12 with perfectly seasoned fish including crispy skin! Perfect portion size too. If you ask nicely, they let you order it as an adult. The pasta dish had a very rich sauce and beautiful cooked chicken thighs but the pasta was undercooked and tough. The drunken noodle bowl was lukewarm and unremarkable. The worst dish was the Three Bears Chicken Torte. It was so blah looking, I didn't bother photographing it. The chicken was shredded and somewhat dry. It seemed to be missing the aioli. Fries that came with it were decent and plentiful, but overpriced for a bland sandwich.

This place is a great addition to Copper. Grace took great care of us, the margaritas and poutine are fantastic.

The space is super cute inside -- relaxed but polished -- and the service moves seamlessly without rushing you. The food tastes clean, thoughtful, and full of flavor -- the kind of spot that makes you feel good while you're enjoying every bite. Del was amazing -- friendly, knowledgeable, and totally on point with her recommendations. Once we started listening to her, it was game over. The Colorado Lamb Burger? So flavorful and juicy. The Pure Thai Bowl with tofu was bright and satisfying. The Fish Tacos were fresh and perfectly cooked, and the Buffalo Cauliflower had just the right amount of kick. Only thing I didn't love were the spring rolls -- but we ordered those before we started trusting Del, so that one's on us. Overall: fresh, delicious, feel-good food with great service. Definitely going back.

We were immediately greeted and shown to a table. Waitstaff was wonderful and joked with us as if we were old friends. That's always the best feeling. While they stayed professional we cracked up here and there! We started off with calamari. Both the red pepper marinara and spicy aioli hit the spot. Calamari was fresh out the fryer and brought to our table so quick! I ordered a lasagna Bolognese and that also came out fast and super fresh. I could only finish half of it and that was all that was needed to make the trek home. Keeping this place on the map. By the time we left it was nearly packed! The main drag has so many good options. This is certainly one of the spots to dine!

I wasn't too hungry so I got the bruschetta and we split the calamari too. Calamari app was good but would have liked some more variety vs just the rings, it seemed too Cisco-y for me. The dipping sauces that came with it were delish though--a nice roasted red pepper sauce and marina, you can't go wrong. My husbands lasagna portion was huge and came out piping hot, his was enough for a couple meals too so added bonus. Nice place and would definitely stop here again if I was craving Italian food in Frisco.

Frisco has so many great places to visit, and Highside is located right at the corner of one of the coolest streets of shops and restaurants--starting or ending your shopping with a beer is a must.
