I enjoyed my visit. I love the concept. The food was good. I had a burger and onion rings. The ORs were too crunchy but good. The burger was average, but nevertheless there was none left . Quit possibly the best burger I've had in a restaurant!! I forget the name but it had mushrooms onion straws and beer cheese on it. Sooo good!! Burger was seasoned perfectly as well which a lot of places don't do. This is definitely added to my once a week meals for sure!! Staff was friendly and the manager asked if everything was ok. It's a chain, which I didn't know before I got there. It's still decent, taste was good, but seemed kind of contrived. Maybe 60% focus on decor and 40% on food taste/quality. We were greeted by one wait person, she got our drinks, but she was cut so we were picked up by another wait staff. She was okay at best. Would I go back? Stopped in here because it was close to our hotel for our flight tomorrow. First time going in. This place is hopping and it's only a Wednesday night. Sat at the bar and we were served by MJ and Melanie. Both were great. The portions are huge. I recommend splitting an appetizer and dinner out your choice with your significant other. Tonight we tried the Ahi Tuna for an appetizer. The sesame ginger sauce it was served was amazing. For dinner we split the Wings with all sauces on the side and a bowl of French Onion. The wings by themselves with no sauce are fantastic. Almost have a dry rub on them before they are fried. They may come frozen that way. I don't know and I don't care. They are that good. Our friends , my fiancé and I went to Ford's Garage in Florence, KY and the food was delicious and the experience was wonderful. Dined for the first time on Friday with a party of 8. Our server Erica was top notch! Happy Hour is M-F 2-6, the well bourbon is Jim Beam for $4, and drafts are $2.50. ALL the food was delicious, and served quickly on a super busy Friday night. Kudos to their kitchen on getting food out so fast! My family tried and enjoyed the new location in Florence today! We went right when it opened at 11 and were able to get seated right away. Our waitress was great, very personable and she checked on our table multiple times. I got the estate burger, which was cooked just the way I like, with tater tots that were well seasoned and crispy. I really like the decor inside and all the little touches that are on theme for Ford/cars. They can make a horn honk and make smoke come from the car above the bar and my niece got a kick out of that (she's 3). A nice place to grab lunch. read more

While visiting Kentucky from Los Angeles we saw Fords garage and decided to grab brunch. We noticed the sign said brunch until 3pm. It was 2:40. We were immediately seated and looked over the menu. We all decided to get brunch items. We told the waitress our order and asked her to put the order in right away before 3pm. She agreed and rushed back to put in our order. It was 2:55pm (took her a min to get our water). She came back out at 2;57 and told us the kitchen refused to accept our brunch order because it was close to 3. I explained that although not her fault I wasn't happy because it is advertised as brunch until 3 and we were clearly on time placing our order. Unfortunately she could do nothing and apologized. I'm still upset because we all really wanted brunch and the order made it to the kitchen Before 3pm. Ooh well. Keep that in mind when going. The food we got was delicious and generously portioned. My daughter got the Monte Cristo. It was great. Better than most. I had the Jiffy burger and it didn't disappoint. Really was delicious. None of us could finish our food. The ambiance really was fun. It was odd that in the middle of a crowded restaurant the manager decided to have a "team leader" meeting so for 10 minutes we got to hear what I would Consider private business while we ate. It was odd as it was directly next to us. All in all I would highly recommend this restaurant the food taste and portions along with the ambiance made up for the other Blatant short comings. Our waitress was very nice and very apologetic. They're lucky their food is so good haha. They need to talk with their kitchen and decide if in fact brunch is served until 3pm. We have been to this location several times and this was by far the best service we have received. Chriss (Christina) was GREAT! I had the Monte Cristo Sandwich and my wife had the Cobb Salad and they were both well prepared and delicious. The "manager" T.J. is quite possibly the laziest restaurant manager in the area. He seems to try to manage the chaos he creates and doesn't seem to move much further in to restaurant past the host station. If you change the leadership you change the culture. I'm a sucker for a great themed restaurant and this place delivers. They also serve great burgers and are able to make dietary modifications as needed. The waitress was not too helpful, but it could have been due to "lunch rush", it was about 20-30 cars outside when we pulled up. Anyway, our hostess asked how many in our party & I explained that I was placing a To-Go order. She informed me that another employee would be with me shortly to take my order. After gazing at the menu (a lot of options, there's difficulty in settling on just one thing, lol), I decided to go with the "Estate Burger Combo w/ Truffle Fries.
