I was given this shop as a referral from Hanks Tires. I have a fusion hybrid with the tail light inoperable. I brought it over at first just to diagnose the issue. They charged 25 bucks and figured out there was power to the light. I went back a few days later and they spent over 3 hours working on it. Henry was very knowledgeable as was Hector the shop owner and figured it was a ground. They did a simple bypass and I was in my way. Cost 140 which I thought was very reasonable. Please do yourself a favor if you have an electrical issue with your vehicle and take it to this shop. I have used them twice in the past few years. First time I had rats or squirrels eat through my wiring in a Hyundai Sonota. The dealer wanted a grip of money to fix the issue. This place did it for a fraction of the cost and the repair was done quickly and for a fraction of the price of the dealer. Just recently I had all three of my brake lights go out on my 2003 Toyota Tundra. I tried to fix it myself by testing the brake light switch, it was good, checking the light bulbs, they were good... Finally I decided to take it in on Monday to F.A.S. I called them Monday morning and they said bring it on in. I was there in less than an hour. They took a look at it right away and cleaned the contacts of all the brake light bulbs (Duh, for some reason I did not think of that). This fixed the issue. On top of fixing the issue in less than 30 minutes, they were only going to charge me peanuts. I gave them a bit extra because they were so quick and honest. This place could have taken in my truck, charged me hundreds and I would have never known. Fast, honest, reliable... I cannot say enough good things about this place. Thanks! read more

My car's backup lights have been non-operational for about 8 months now on my 2007 Toyota Camry. I've taken it to 2 shops since and they were unable to diagnose the problem. Recently my brake lights go on and off when I open and close the trunk lid. I took it to Hector and his crew and they were able to diagnose the problem within 30 minutes! There is a fault in the design of this vehicle's trunk and it cut a few of the wires to my rear lights. This shop fixed it fast and did a great job at a reasonable price. OK, they fixed my AC. All I needed was refrigerant. Fast and cheap, that's how I like it. And that's not all. I had a brake light problem that took them over an hour to diagnose. The problem ended up being a dealer item, so they couldn't fix it. But FAS didn't charge me a dime. They told me what the part was and referred me to the dealer. The dealer was going to charge me $150 for the same information. I ask you, "Where can you find that type of service?" I will take my car to FAS every time from here on out. This place is great for Alternator replacement. I brought my 2006 Toyota Avalon here to replace the alternator last Saturday. I came early in the morning to check them out personally to make sure the place was legit. I called prior to check on the cost of the alternator and cost of the labor. Their prices on the part and labor was cheapest anywhere around the valley. The service was great. I was scare that they were not honest since this is the first time trying them out for their service. The place is great and I would be coming back for any alternator and starter need in the future. Glad I found this place and it's a gem. There are not many places left in the Valley that deals with alternators. read more

WARNING DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!! They are sketchy! A sketchy tow truck man pressured my sister into going to this place. (He was in on a cut of the cash) After so many hours trying to diagnosed the issue, they gave her an ridiculous quote that was double the price from her original mechanic. She said she was going to pick up her car to go to her original place, and then they had the nerve to start working on her car without authorization! AAA sent us another tow, (same guy) he showed up telling us to let them finish the job. We were disguised of how we were being cornered. Long day short, we had to call the police to be able to get our car out. Northridge Towing Service was the place that sent us sketchy George. so beware of him. AAA also informed us that this place wasn't even an approved AAA place. During a long day there, we saw sketchy people dropping off dirty used parts. I'm sure they get old parts and charge you for them as if they are new so yes. DON'T DO IT!! read more
