Ive been here before and had great experiences with getting pedicures! Amanda and Mimi had been amazing. I thought I'd give a full set a try and was open to trying a new technician. I was shuffled between 3 people which was annoying! Then this guy that laid my acrylic and shaped was awful super slow! His cart was messy as hell! He was rude, rough and sloppy. I was so uncomfortable. Then whoever greeted me at the door came to finish the gel and she kept looking and talking about the uneven thickness. Never apologizing for this person maybe being new or inexperienced. I was very unhappy! And it was clear! I spent an hour and a half! For a terrible set no design nothing hard! I was even more upset to pay $50 for a set that looked like this. Today, I start out with a 5 star, and I genuinely hope to keep the rating! I've been to so many nail salons in the past few years that start out so strong and then lose the excellence and worthwhile experience they started out with. I was very impressed with this nail salon off the bat. When I called to make an appointment, they specifically asked what services I was going to want/need. I liked that because that meant they truly were scheduling the time it was going to take for their techs to do the job well and give me the appointment time I reserved. This made a huge difference for me when I showed up for my appointment and that's exactly the great service I received. I was worked on by Jade and Summer and they were very professional and polite and talkative. They did a great job and my massage was amazing! I really enjoyed how clean their facility was and how organized they were. They also have very nice pedicure/ massage chairs that are working and in good condition. If you're looking for GelX or powder dip they do provide these services, or you can stay on the more basic end like I did with regular Gel on my hands and regular polish on my feet. They have a large amount of colors to choose from for all options. I look forward to returning and hoping the experience is the same if not even better! read more

The service was quick, workers were friendly. However, the quality of gel used seems poor quality. One nail was chipped 2 hours after leaving salon, which they fixed. Day 4 another gel nail chipped. I was only given one book to select gel colors from, now I know why the person next to me specifically asked for the OPI options which I was not aware of or offered since it was my first time there. I spent $111 for gel pedi and manicure I would have wished it would have lasted me at least a full week without any chipping. read more

I made an appointment on a Tuesday afternoon and they didn't seem too busy. They were able to get started on me right away unlike some of the bay area salons where I had to wait 20+ minutes with an appointment! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and gave me a quote. They also recommended that I add on tips which made it look cleaner since my nails were uneven! Im sad I didn't get the name of my technician but she did an amazing job! Almost a month later and everything is still in Tact! Pricing was pretty similar to bay area pricing so not too much of a compliant there.. It might be a bit pricey for some people but with the better service, it was worth it for me! They also give you a complimentary water bottle while you get your nails done! read more

Tee did my nails (I tried dip for the first time). She was nice. She didn't say much to me, but that's okay. She chatted a lot with her coworkers; I could understand Vietnamese, and thankfully they were just talking about ordinary every day things (no trash talking haha). Service was quick and felt fine until she buffed my nails towards the end. Never have my nails and fingertip skin been buffed so roughly--eek! I've been to other nail salons, and they were gentle, meticulous, and would moisturize my hands afterwards (unlike here). I had requested for almond shaped nails, and she filed my nails round (why...?). Once I washed and dried my nails, I noticed nail product spread on my skin too!! It's dry/crispy/crunchy :( The cost to do dip on my natural nails was $50 (omg this was for a plain no design nail too unless glitter makes it pricey!?). After I paid, they asked me if I'd like to tip, and I was hesitant to, but I tipped $10 because I have poor boundaries and didn't want to seem like a meanie lol. My nails overall look nice from the top, but the dip is uneven (some parts are so thick!). My nails are buffed ok, but there's so much dip gunk buildup underneath my nails (is this normal??). I didn't feel like the service was worth $50, so I'll be doing my nails myself from now on :') read more

Called for an appointment of course, and spoke with the owner. I even mentioned that I go LA to get GelX and ingrown removal. She was very kind and answered all my questions. I have ingrown problems and, she mentioned that she has someone that could do it for me but I have to do gel pedicure. I always do a gel pedicure anyways they last longer and it's not a problem for me. When I get there they asked for my name and they gave me 2 wonderful technicians. My expectations was so high that I was really disappointed. The nail salon was small and crowded. Very overcrowded you would be scared of the omicron. The technician that did my toes didn't do a good job. They charge on Gel x designs every finger. And Gel pedicure is separated from the spa selection menu. Mainly giving this place 3 stars because they made me wait for about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and the quality was sub-par. A few nails with uneven finish, a few crooked, and all of them are super thick. Very 2000s. She seemed rushed and distracted. Tons of colors + gel, , chromes, metallics, marbling, dip acrylics (ombré), lots of NUDES, rhinestones, enough glitter to cover AODfor a month, and more I'm forgetting I'm sure. Ever since I found this nail salon two years ago. I do not go else where. Beautiful and long lasting nails every time. I always had a tendency of ending up with broken nails before but that is not at all the problem here. I should be having broken nails with catching them with doors, soft ball etc but somehow they don't ever break seriously. In which I'm not complaining :) I always go for subtle colors but they have many color options to meet your needs. Just got a mani pedi and am very disappointed.. This place has some of the top ratings in my area so I'm really upset with my outcome. First off, I called a few hours before to schedule a gel mani gel pedi. I arrived for my apt and was quickly shown to a chair. The pedicure lady (didn't catch her name, and no name tag. But blonde/light hair) asked me what pedicure and I told her the top pedicure which was $51. I was treating myself and it has the 15 min massage and paraffin wax too. For gel mani, I just told her I wanted a regular mani. Brooke did my manicure and she was awesome! So this review is not for Brooke. She convinced me to do dip on my nails and I'm glad she did! I love them. But back to the pedicure - the entire process was fine. But then it got to the massage. Usually they pull out a timer to show you the time.. but she didn't. So I started one on my phone. ... 6 min later she was done with the 15 min massage.?! I didn't say anything because I was tired anyway and just wanted to get home. I figured she thought I asked for a different pedi package. Once I get up to pay, they told me $69 for toes. I asked why it was that much and they told me I got the top package. Ummm no I didn't? I told her the massage was 6 min.. and then she asked me if I got the paraffin wax and I said no. (I didn't even realize she missed this until it was pointed out) Then the lady who did my pedicure said "sorry it's my first day" I HIGHLY doubt that... Then they said okay $53 for the toes. WHAT?! Still ridiculous for a 6 min massage and no wax. That was for the $35 package + $18 for gel. I didn't even get the $35 package because that included a 10 min massage! Anyway, my favorite part of a pedicure is the massage. So if you're like me, DONT COME HERE FOR A PEDICURE. read more
