We normally go to a place off of university because of the great pedicures for $16. My mom and I came here because of the convenience as we were headed to a bridal shower. We both came in and was asked to pick a color then the gentleman told was to walk back then the smaller woman came around telling us to sit down and wait. He told us again to come on back and have a seat. I just kind of felt like there was some lack of communication. They started on my toes right away however my mom waited for about 20 mins before they even touched her toes. Which didn't make any sense as the gentleman who sat us was just running around not really helping, all he did was sit us then walk away. The woman who did my toes was extremely nice and talkative, which is nice but sometimes I just want to relax and not force a conversation. When she was "done" she had me wait to apply the top coat so the nails could dry a little. No big deal, then she proceeded to walk to a station in the corner to give another client a full on facial wax out in the open, a little taken back by that. Then he tried to move me because two friends came in and wanted to sit next to each other, then I told him that the top coat had not yet been applied. He then turned and I don't think he meant to but kinda yelled at the lady to do them. (side note: I only say I don't think he meant to because during my entire visit he was hollering) she came rushed to finish my top coat and he came back around and booted me out of my seat. He ordered another woman to put my sandals on. Why he could aid and help out? No idea. I just grabbed my sandals and just said i would do it myself because at this point I was over this place. Wasn't worth the $18 or convenience because I didn't feel at all relaxed because they wouldn't give me the control of my massage chair. Some may have a better experience. read more

I have been to Forever Nails a few times now and they AIM TO PLEASE!! Kim and Don always take such good care of me. They take their time and don't just rush me out, even when I'm their last client of the day. I will definitely come back. I have been to a lot of different nail salons and at Forever Nails they take time to do exactly what you want them to do. Not what i expected based on reviews. Had my daughter nails done for wedding in 2 days and it looks like a teenager did them Don started then Kim finished. To much gel and poor quality of workmanship. He seemed more concern on seeing who had a SIM card so he could make sure his hacked phone would work for his vacation to Vietnam in a year then on his client in front of him. Will nit go again. I always go in about every two weeks and get my eyebrows waxed and get my nails done. Ive gotten a pedicure my husband has also. I have had my nails done and plenty of pedicures and my eyebrows down. Kim and Don are amazing! My first time having my nails done at the salon was for my middle school winter ball. I never returned until my high school prom, but that was only because I didn't do my nails at salon's frequently as a kid, instead I did them on my own at home. Since my high school prom I have been getting my nails done here on a monthly basis (on and off ). Not only are Don and Kim such sweet and funny individuals, but they always make sure to make me walk out the door a happy customer. I have been to very few other salons & I have always felt like the nail stylists are only trying to make money off me, instead of caring about what I want. Don and Kim are the complete opposite. Of course they're trying to make a living just as all of us are, but they are all about YOU in the process. As Don says, "You are the boss, baby!" Make sure you tell them what you want beforehand if there's a specific shape you want (show a picture if you have one, they don't mind!) Check out my cute manicure he did for a wedding. read more

I really love how they do my nails. They take their time and do a good job. I've been there a couple of times and I never make an appointment and they take me right away The staff is also very friendly However, the reason why I gave it 3 stars is because of what I noticed on my last two visits there. I am really picky on nail salons because of how sanitary I want them to be. When I went, the lady soaked my nails in acetone for about 10 mins to take off my gel nails. When I was done soaking, she poured the acetone I used back inside the bottle where she got it from!!!! I was really grossed out! I decided to forget it and went back again in a month. When I went in, 2 ladies were working on a pedicure. One of them stopped and helped me. When she got her tools I noticed that she got them out of a packet that was not sealed! I was hoping they were clean and that those were not the same tools she was using for the other ladies pedicure. However, when I was done with my manicure, the lady just RINSED the tools she used on me and put them back inside the same unsealed packet!!!! I was so disappointed! Because the least they should do is soak it for 24 hours in the blue sterilizing liquid! I'm so bummed because they do a great job on nails and for a very reasonable price. But I rather find a place where it's clean, and I don't run the risk of getting an infection. read more

Horrible experience today I called in on Thursday to make an appointment with Kim and Don sch my appt With Kim at 945am. I got there at 940 am and Kim was not there so another lady started to help me and I sad I had an appt with Kim at 945 she said that Kim was on her way running late so I said ok so she starts my pedicure so I was thinking once Kim gets there she will continue my pedicure instead she got there and helped another person that her husband was already helping. I told her Kim I made an appt with you at 945 she reply but I have her the other lady sch at 930. That's when I got upset and told her that it wasn't right for them to sch two people for Kim one at 930 and me at 945 doesn't make sense. They stared talking to themselves in their language which I thought was very very rude. So I paid and left and was not satisfied with the lady that was doing my pedicure she did a horrible job painting my nails. She didn't even put the top coat even on my Nials only half way. I was really disappointed and therefore will not go back again! Horrible experience!! If you can don't go there. Bad service and they move from person to person which it shouldn't be like that I made an appt with Kim I expected her to do my full pedicure not jump around from client to client. I would not go anywhere else if I were you. I have been coming here for over 20 years. I am extremely happy Don and Kim are back. They were MIA for 2 years, took a little break and my poor toes suffered without them. I have ingrown toe nails so they have to be maintained- Kim is my specialist. Without her I would have to spend $100.00 a visit at the doctors to fix. They do excellent work and take great pride in their work. I did read some not so good reviews from some people.To bad. Can't please everyone. For me I would not go anywhere else. There is a reason so many of us travel far for Don and Kim and why we continue to come back! Look forward to 20 more years. read more

I went here for pedicure several times in the past months. I went here again last week for a pedicure and it was the worst pedicure ever. It seemed that she pretended to trim the dead skin around my toes and really did not remove any dead skin. I politely asked but she did not reply. I felt uncomfortable but thought that she might not hear or understand me. The paint job was sloppy and horrible. If i desperately need a pedicure, i just dip my feet in the warm bathtub, scrub, then paint them myself. It will be just as good and save money. I will never come back to this salon. read more

kim, don, and amy you are so good at what you do. i called to see if i could get in today and don said "come in at 4:30. today was the day , yay! i saw kim, and she did a beautiful job, and quickly i might add.she had just arrived home from vacation to vietnam last night! kim did a waxing procedure and then a manicure. very pleased!! i then saw don for a gel polish and it was done beautifully. amy was next and didn't disapoint. what she did came out so beautiful!!
