    I absolutely loved having Suher assist me in planning my daughters birthday ! I'm a planner myself and only trust the best in the business . Suher is the most creative , positive and organized person I know . She is a breath of fresh air the day of as well - always smiling ! I highly recommend her and the FRE team

    5 stars does not give justice to forever refined events I hired Suher and her team for my son's high school graduation party & can't thank them enough for all the hard work they have put in to the night to make it spectacular and exceeded my expectations. Suher you were so Proffesional, so attentive , easy to work with , always there to answer my questions, very creative, you provided anything and everything we needed . Loved the fun atmosphere you and your team create while setting up for the big night that made it stress free from me as a host . I can't wait for my next event to work with you again and your team again .

    My only regret when planning our event, is that we didn't ask Suher to help us sooner! As two full time working people, we had 10 days until our event, a venue, and an idea for a theme. That's it. Suher rounded up her best vendors and made our dream come true. She used her creativity and style and made for a beautiful event. We received so many compliments from our guests! I was most impressed with her communication skills and efficiency. She organized people and made everyone aware of their responsibilities. Her team of assistants, Natalie and Lauren, were also so courteous and helpful during the event and behind the scenes. If there were any hiccups or speed bumps along the way, I did not feel them! They handled it and made the day seamless. If you think you can do it on your own, go for it. But if you want an elevated event experience that is stress free, unique, and beautiful - you have to get forever refined events on your side!

    AMAZING TEAM!! Suher is a dream wedding planner. We are so lucky that she planned the most important day of our lives. She had an answer for everything, and she went above and beyond. We had to completely change our wedding--and we are so grateful that she was there to support. It seemed like nothing stressed her out. She was able to switch gears and it was literally the best wedding we could have hoped for.

    Suher was our wedding planner and we had an amazing experience with her! My husband and I never considered ourselves "wedding people" and we do not enjoy planning. However, we still wanted to have a wedding that would allow our friends and family to come together for a fun and beautiful celebration, and we wanted it to be something that felt like an authentic representation of our personalities and interests. In our first call with Suher, we knew she was the one to help us achieve this! We chose her over other planners that we talked to because she asked us lots of questions to get to know our interests, got excited and came up with design ideas on the spot, and seemed genuinely interested in bringing our wedding to life. When we met Suher about six months out from our wedding, we had a venue and photographer, but no other vendors or concrete ideas as to what we wanted. Although we chose her Partial Planning Service, the amount of support and input that Suher provided felt very complete and we couldn't ask for more. Her connections and advice made finding vendors super easy (especially since we live in Northern California and weren't always able to check out options in person), and again as a non-planner, I really appreciated that she came up with decor/design ideas that I instantly loved without me having to do any of the planning work! From advice to coordinating to bringing everything together on the day, Suher was there for us. She even put together all the florals herself! The wedding itself was gorgeous, fun, went super smoothly, and we got so many compliments from guests saying it was one of the coolest they've been to and raised the bar for future weddings! We are so thankful we met Suher and we highly recommend her!

    Suher and her team are AMAZING. Highly recommend. She will become your close friend and make things so much easier for you! We can't thank Suher enough for all that she and her team did for us over a two year period. (Yes, two years!) We got engaged in February 2020 and hired Suher right away, right before the pandemic shutdown. She helped us navigate the myriad of covid restrictions so that we could get married that summer. This was no easy feat, as the restrictions at the time made everything more difficult and confusing, including venue restrictions, guest number limitations, vendor scarcity... even getting a marriage license was extremely difficult during that time. Suher handled all of this with grace and ease (at least from our perspective!)! She made it so easy for us. We didn't have to figure out the new rules and restrictions (which were ever changing and evolving at the time!), and she figured out all the options and helped us craft a beautiful 10-person garden wedding at The Mission San Diego (with remote guests over Zoom), which wound up being more perfect than we ever could have imagined. She even managed to track down and get in contact with the priest who married us when we weren't able to get in touch with him ourselves or through any of our contacts. Suher is seriously AMAZING and GETS THINGS DONE! Then, nearly 2 years later, it was finally time to plan our party. Suher and her team planned our dinner reception at Juniper & Ivy, with all the perfect touches to suit our personalities. It was fabulous and she/they really went above and beyond to make it personal and lovely for us. From the menu, to the décor, to the music, to taking care of the babysitters for our littlest guests, Suher and her team handled it all and we are so very thankful! We were truly able to relax and enjoy the event with our family and friends we hadn't seen in so long. I will always be so thankful for Suher and all she did for us, going above and beyond in so many ways! I was continuously amazed by her ability to make things happen and to do it without causing a fuss or making us worry. She is a wonderful, gifted person, friend, and wedding planner extraordinaire!! Thank you for making things so easy for us!!!

    How can I summarize nearly a years worth of work into a single review? Well to start - Francine & Danielle are the dream team. I went with the full wedding package. No regrets on that whatsoever. 1. The initial meeting went really well. I felt Francine & Danielle had a fresh & current take on what weddings are about, all the while understanding my vision (which included some traditional "stylings".) 2. Francine is extremely organized. She has so many useful spreadsheets it makes you feel safe and secure. She will build you a personalized time line, budget, invite list, etc... So you know no stone will go left unturned. She will also keep you on track throughout the whole planning process. 3. Danielle and Francine are so creative. (Francine gives Danielle this credit...) They will discuss your vision, listen closely, and execute to perfection. Trust in that they will understand what you want. And in those few moments when you may not be on the same page, just tell them what you want and no questions asked... They'll make it happen (within reason.) And even when I found little extra things for the wedding, Francine and Danielle were just as excited as I was and could not wait to see how it would all come together. That is good stuff. 4. They are fun and professional women. In those moments when I felt like I was being a bossy micro-manager, they just listened and understood. It made for a wonderful collaboration. I felt heard, understood, and I knew I could trust them in the process. Once I knew we were meshing well, I felt our personalities worked well together. (That's a bonus.) 5. They have connections to great vendors. The florists, the cake(s), the beauty stylists, the musicians, the decor rentals, photographers, hotels, etc... Everything hired and bought was executed very well. 6.Then the day arrived and everything was beautiful. The details were spot on. I just could not have been happier. I was on cloud 9 and could relax knowing this was happening and I could enjoy every moment. 7. With that said, there are always hiccups along the way. Nothing is perfect. There will always be things that aren't flawless. That's the way life goes. Just remember that in the grand scheme of things FRE is fantastic and these ladies will work hard to make it work no matter what. Just speak up and they will help make things right. That's what makes a good wedding planner. Just FYI: I was a very hands-on bride and that's the way I wanted to be. That is not to say Francine and Danielle were relaxed through the process... I felt these two women were on my level. Many times I was on top of things (again, how I wanted to be), but they also kept me on track when I was going off course (wedding planning is MAJOR!) Overall the collaboration was spectacular. Not only did I love the wedding, but I loved the process. I have great memories of everything that I will cherish for the rest of my life.

    A wedding coordinator wasn't originally in our budget, but it was honestly the BEST investment and decision we made. Francine Ribeau Events came recommended by the owners of our venue and hiring them as our Month Of Coordinator ensured that our September wedding was flawless. We just wanted to thank Danielle from FRE from the bottom of our hearts for helping to make our wedding day beyond wonderful - it was absolutely perfect! We, and all of our guests, had a truly fabulous time! From our first meeting in June with Danielle and Francine, my then-fiancé and I left thoroughly impressed by their day-of timeline alone. They put us totally at ease. And although we only met Francine once, she spoke of her team with such pride and enthusiasm and, of course, it's now easy to see why. After our first meeting, we knew we found our best match with Danielle! And we knew that no matter what happened (like our on-site coordinator forgetting to attend our rehearsal walk-through ... oopsie!) that she would make sure our wedding went smoothly. And it did. From the rehearsal on Friday until the Sunday morning after the wedding, there was absolutely nothing for us to worry about. And everything (with the tiny exception of hair and makeup running over) went smoothly and perfectly! Friends remarked on the fact that I seemed so relaxed leading up to the big day, which I told them is a testament to my fabulous coordinator. My then-fiancé and I didn't have to think about anything other than having a great time and enjoying our guests. We want to thank Danielle for being an amazing, sensible, calm, artistically creative, organized, fun and inspiring coordinator! She was always there for us during the planning process - always patient - always trying to help turn our ideas into reality. Her suggestions were spot on and her guidance was truly helpful. The quality of her ideas was inspirational and her attention to detail is stellar. Danielle turned our vision into a reality and filled in the gaps. We had so much fun working with her! And my husband is forever grateful that she introduced him to Sugru! Our ceremony went off without a hitch. Our reception was stunning. Taryn, who assisted on the day of, has such gorgeous handwriting and it was the perfect compliment. The fact that she recreated our monogram design was so special for us to see. Everything happened on time. My father even complimented the seamless the flow of the day. And we credit Danielle and Taryn, behind the scenes, making sure everything was perfect for us. We love that they helped capture our vision perfectly on the day of. We have received countless compliments about all of the details and can't tell you how many guests have mentioned our wedding was genuinely one of the best they had ever attended. Plus, they were all crazy about the venue, it's view and that sunset! The entire day had the exact vibe, look and feel that we had hoped for - it was truly magical. Danielle is amazing at what she does, and more importantly, we can tell she loves her job and it absolutely shows. We are also excited to hear that Taryn has joined the FRE team full-time and know that she will shine! We must say that one of the greatest pleasures was getting to know Danielle. She wasn't just our coordinator, but she became an ally, confidant and friend. Thank you to Danielle, we couldn't have done it without her on our team. As cheesy as it may sound, she really did help make our wedding dreams come true. Danielle rocks!!     Just wow! Suher exceeded our expectations this past weekend. I enlisted Suher help in design and execution of a dinner party on the beach in La Jolla for my husbands surprise 40th. Needless to say it was not easiest party to plan considering the location. I provided her with some direction on what we wanted and she took it from there. I just showed up! And I was beyond impressed with the execution of the event. Truly stunning taste level. It's incredible how she was able to nail the vision down AND go beyond what was expected. We are grateful for her hard work and will for sure work with her again on future dinner party events.

Day-of Coordination: Elena stood out not only on the wedding day but also in the months leading up to it. She was incredibly helpful during the planning process--offering thoughtful insight into creating a seamless timeline and even helping with ideas for decor and place settings tailored to our outdoor, beachy (and occasionally windy!) wedding. She thought of every detail, from preparing us in advance to get those dreamy photos (like the first kiss and cake cutting) to ensuring everything ran on schedule without a hitch. On the day, Elena was a true lifesaver. From the rehearsal to the ceremony and reception, I never once had to worry about where I needed to be or what was next. She kept everything moving smoothly, pointing me in the right direction while allowing me to fully enjoy the company of our guests and the magic of the day. And she always made sure we were taken care of (never without a drink in hand!). Her leadership and attention to detail made it all so effortless for us. Florals: Melissa tackled all of our floral arrangements, and I couldn't have been happier with how they turned out! Working within my limited budget, she brought my vision to life with stunning florals that perfectly matched our style and the seaside setting. I booked her early and we initially just did a couple meetings to discuss our vision and needs regarding coordination, vendor contracts and florals since we did not need a full-planning service, only partial. She was always upfront and gave me honest opinions especially when it came to where to splurge and save, and what could look good and what wouldn't. The last 2 months is where she really shined, helping us follow up with vendors on details, setting deadlines for me to book rentals, reviewing contracts and constantly doing sanity checks when I needed it. The day of, she came extremely prepared, everything flowed smoothly (except some technical issues on part of the venue) and she was great at going with the flow and just letting the vibe and natural mood of the day go, and fixing whatever problems I threw at her. We also had her as our florist and she truly out did herself- her prices were incredibly reasonable and she handled everything like a champ when her assistant got sick the day of the reception. She also took my back and forth floral design suggestions and changes very well, as I am quite particular on details in some areas and deferred to her expertise in others. Her strong working relationship with RBI was incredibly valuable throughout the planning process and made everything feel seamless. Since I'm not local to the San Diego area and didn't always have a clear vision of exactly what I wanted, Gina's recommendations and guidance were invaluable. She made the whole planning effort so easy and she was very thorough. Her talents and expertise really began to shine the as we entered the week of the wedding. She made everything come together so well, coordinating with the vendors, making sure we are happy with the food, the layouts, and the overall plan. On the day of, my now wife and I were so amazed by the event put together by Julie. We had so much fun and did not have to worry about anything except enjoying our event with our family and friends. Also, the food was amazing. We had filet mignon, salmon, and tuscan chicken with the duchess potatoes and squash boat. Was very delicious. We added late night sliders, and we also had a grazing table with ceviche added and the guests were really happy with it. Our event was ~120 individuals and we are happy with the decision we made to go with Ranch Events and Julie. I cannot say enough about how great they are and how amazing the event turned out!

    Worked with The Wild Thyme Co for my 10/18 180 person wedding at the Darlington House! Through…read morethem, we booked our rentals with Event Party Rentals with whom they partner. We worked with Rachel and Jordan and booked about 1.5 years in advance. They were communicative and very flexible with my multitude of changes throughout the year and a half working with them. I was even able to add a cake tasting and cake later on and change certain rentals very close to wedding date. They were patient and accommodating and willing to make just about anything work! My guests were incredibly happy with the food and the service, and my husband and I absolutely loved the waiter assigned to us on wedding day! The only thing that went wrong was half of our string lights (required by DH) went out for the entirety of the seated meal due to an installation error. I'm not docking any points from rating as this was a genuine mistake and WTC reached out to their EPR contact right away to have them return to site and get it fixed. It did take about an hour+ to resolve but WTC was very apologetic and even provided a a partial refund for the lighting. One thing we were bummed about was that cake service occurred during the main dance floor time and if cake wasn't accepted from the server, it was a missed opportunity. According to my guests, about 90% of people didn't get cake as it wasn't left on tables and most people were on the dance floor. 2.5/3 sheets cakes remained at the end of the night. One big win was TWC was so organized and accommodating for the many dietary restrictions/allergies we threw at them and served our guests appropriately. We received no complaints and guests and family said it was handled seamlessly! All in all, my husband and I were so pleased with our decision to work with WTC and will forever cherish the role they played in making our day amazing!

I had many guests ask me where we got the catering from because they enjoyed the food so much. The standout dish was the short ribs and the gnocchi. I would highly recommend hiring them for catering if you want things to be easy and the food to be good.
