I tried the smoked tri-tip sandwich called "The Diablo" and it was amazing. The tri-tip was thinly sliced, super flavorful, and you could really taste the smoky flavor throughout the meat. It came loaded with onions, jalapeños, tomatoes, lettuce, melted cheese, and a fiery sauce that gave it the perfect kick. Everything worked really well together and made for a great sandwich.
