OK, here is my review of this place. My wife and I visited this evening. She ordered a wrap which she said was really good. I ordered the black and blue burger. I ordered it medium well. As you can see from the picture it did not come out that way. I complained to the waitress. She told me medium well was that pink. She didnt just say it was pink she insisted it was pink. She made me feel like I was wrong. She offered to take the burger back and put on the grill. I said no. I don't want my burger put back on the grill. It had onions and the blue cheese on it. So I refused and just ate it. I decided to look up on the internet the definition of medium well. It said a little pink. I showed that to her. She made me feel like I was wrong again. She said I offered twice to put back the burger on grill. Never once did she offer to get me a new burger. At this point I was frustrated. So I went to the manager. I explained my story. He said the waitress should have offered a new burger. I said do you want to see it. He said no I believe you. We ended conversation with him asking where I was sitting and he would stop over. The trouble is he never stopped by. We got our check paid the bill and gave the waitress a $3 tip (10%) We will not go back. read more

What a great addition to the area! We have fallen in love with this place! The food is delicious! The key to this place (if you are not at the Nook for a tournament) is to come where there is no tournament...it is empty! The atmosphere is fantastic! We have been here the past few weekend and have get to be disappointed! The only thing is that they advertise some killer happy hour specials but they are only available if you eat at the bar (which you cannot do if you bring a kiddo). Last night, we asked about the special followed by 3 other tables and all parties pouted when the server left. It would be awesome if they extended the special on non-tournament nights and would surely draw in the locals to fill up the empty seats!! read more

Our experience started out with a 30 minute wait that left me sitting on the stairs of the hotel pondering my existence. Finally, we were able to seated not even inside the restaurant with 5 degree weather. I was so excited to order my favorite dish, but to my dismay, they no longer make it. So I was forced to take a second look at the menu, and settled for chicken and waffles. Five minutes later, I was told that they "ran out" of chicken and waffles. I cannot even comprehend how one can run out of chicken and waffles. At this point I was just about done but the waitress forced me to order something I didn't want. My husband and I were both disappointed with our meals. He got the Ginger Salad with Salmon- which was lacking in the portions of not green ingredients and the Salmon was over cooked. I ordered the Lettuce wraps- the"wraps" came out with 3 pieces of lettuce smaller than the palm of my hand- not actually large enough to make a wrap- not that there was much to wrap other than teeny tiny chunks of leftover chicken. When I asked for more lettuce because the lettuce that was presented was inadequate- it took nearly 10 minutes to come out and they charged us for the lettuce when the wraps are already WAY overpriced for what you get. If you're at Spooky Nook and you get hungry- go across the Bridge to Fuddruckers- you'll actually leave satiated. read more

I have no reason to return here any time soon. The decor is clean and nice and that's the best thing I can say. I had a bug in my drink and didn't reorder from the bar. Our food was just okay. My burger was decent but a bit undercooked for medium well. My wife's lettuce wraps underwhelmed. We wanted to pick up some dinner so we decided to place an order over the phone. Amy was very attentive, answered all our questions, and did not rush us when placing the order. We ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and the burger. Both orders came with fries. The fries were delicious. I think they are fried in peanut oil, but not sure. They are seasoned well with sea salt. Very tasty! The burger was amazing! I like my burger medium cooked. It was perfect. The fried onions and cheese just complimented the burger so well! We visited on a Sunday for breakfast. First issues, parking. You have to pay $5 just to park you car. Due to sporting events it was very busy. Second issue, they close the kitchen at 10:30. So if you intend to eat here between the hrs of 10:30-11:00 you are limited to only the breakfast buffet, which could be compared to the free hot breakfasts provided at a Marriott. We ordered takeout for after our volleyball tournament this weekend to take back to our room, and I'm not quite sure why when there is a big event held at the nook, that they close at 9pm? I ordered a crab cake dinner, and it was absolutely the worst crabcake I have ever tasted. On top of being very cold, it had no taste and not even sure it had any crabmeat in it. My fiance and I were in lancaster for the weekend and found this restaurant in one of the restaurants pamphlet. It was a short ride north and we found this restaurant within the Warehouse hotel. Parking was a little confusing but once we got inside we were greated with a homey decor and a warm atmosphere. Our server Roni was so polite. We got a bottle of complimentary water which, being from NY, tasted off. All the food was great and reasonably priced. We also got a free app from the website. I even ordered a drink that i did not like so they took it off the bill. We highly recommend this restaurant. read more

The best happy hour - half priced apps and drinks! Plus they have 2$ beer special all day. Bartenders are fast and friendly and the facility is always very clean. For being attached to a gym/sport complex/warehouse hotel it's immaculate. The burgers are amazing. Their French fries are hand cut. I love their salads and the wings are really good. They also have heavier faire like bone in Delmonico steak and pastas. I've never tried their breakfasts. But their lunch and dinners are the best in the area. read more

Me and my girlfriend decided to have dinner here while we were staying at the hotel. I was abit curious as to how well a restaurant that's tied to a sports center would fare, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our waitress has attentive and very nice, and our food came extremely fast, but was very well made, fresh and hot. My girlfriend had the chicken quesadilla and I enjoyed a medium rare smokehouse burger, cooked exactly the way I like. We finished with a heavenly creme brulee and cocktails. Definitely check this place out when in town, whether you're staying at the hotel or not. read more

The food was amazing the service was ridiculous. Our waitress was horrible. She was nice, but she never asked how we were doing never checked on us until we were already done eating. And when she did come check on us she had half her hair done. Literally she was in the back braiding her hair. If you have time to do your hair. You can come check on your patrons. This was our third time here and have to say we won't be back. We tried to give them a few chances because they were so new and we had a decent meal the first two times but yesterday evening the food and the wait times were horrendous. We sat down around 7 and waited for an hour and a half without water, bread, no appetizers or salads, only cocktails. When the food finally started coming out, the ceaser salad had huge chunks of cheese that overwhelmed the lettuce, the Mediterranean fish was over cooked and bone dry, steak was almost raw, nowhere near medium rare and everything including the potatoes and vegetables was so heavily salted it was almost inedible. Very disappointed. We are members of the adjoining Spooky Nook Sports complex. After our Saturday morning workout we decided to get breakfast here. We were seated right away. There were 4 other tables being served. We sat waiting for someone to wait on us. We knew what we wanted we just needed someone to take our order. One waitress looked over at us three different times but never came over or acknowledged us. After waiting almost 10 mins we left. We told the 2 people at the hostess station why we were leaving they just looked speechless. Prices were high, not sure how good the food is. Don't waste your time. read more

I was disappointed I ordered Mac n cheese and Cesar salad. The mac n cheese was Kraft and they gave me fries instead. The order was a 7$ order for Kraft which is usually 2.50 at the grocery store.. Went here for a drink and then breakfast the following day on our short stay at the hotel. Cute restaurant. Love the warehouse theme. Expensive drinks- $27 for 2 Vodka Martinis. Food was really good and great portions not too huge and not too small that it filled you up but not to the point of puking or where you were still hungry. If you're eating here you're probably unable to go somewhere else so I won't simply say don't go here. We've eaten here several times while staying for sport events and every time it's been a struggle. Advice: keep the expectations low. If you order a burger, order a temp above what you want it to be. Our medium came out super rare. Our medium well came out rare. Same thing on every trip. Whoever is monitoring the kitchen is asleep at the wheel. The shrimp tacos are good. The ravioli is good. The nachos are weak. I wouldn't do them again. I'll leave you with this. Ask the server what's good and don't stray from his or her advice. Oh yeah, the smores cake and the ice cream cookies are also fails. My last time here I went for the 10 dollar cordon blue. It wasn't bad but thankfully it was only ten bucks. My 2 stars is generous. I could not have asked for a better experience planning a team dinner. Tim and his staff were excellent. Food was great and they were very accommodating for our kids. Despite not advertising a kids menu they did offer kid friendly friendly food (chicken fingers and Mac n cheese). And looking for a very attentive and personal bar tender look no further than Joe! Please eat here! It's inside the Warehouse Hotel and the entire venue is unique and hip. The food was fantastic. Probably the best cobb salad I've ever had. Complete with roasted tomatoes.
