Took my C43 to get appraised & Jozeph the sales rep along with the manager gave me a whopping offer of $21k. Made no sense to sell for 21k when the car is worth 34k+. Then, very arrogantly continued to tell me that my car had an "accident" on the Carfax report that significantly lowered the value. Which I later found out it was all BS after I paid for the CarFax report there was no accidents reported. He also continued to talk about me only having 1 key and making any excuse to lowball. I then presented him with my Carmax offer of $26.6k and he said they would not pay that and if I got lucky to get $23k I should take it. Not only did Carmax grant their 26.6k offer, they also paid my loan off and cut me a check for the additional 5.6k the same day. No questions asked and hassle free. Stay away from this dealership because I can't imagine what else they do to their buying customers.

Upon picking it up, the check engine light was on. I then embarked on an extended RV trip towing the jeep and once it had approx 100 miles on it I started smelling a pungent odor. The. Shortly thereafter, my check engine light came on while in Napa. I took it to the jeep dealer and they found that the part used was not an oem part. It leaked oil all over my entire vehicle causing a 3 day delay in my trip. Autowits said there was a warranty but it only covered the part and labor. Their shoddy workmanship was discovered by the dealer as a missing clamp, a pinched and cut hose, another hose connected by the wrong clamp and a missing bracket. I produced pictures of the poor workmanship and spoke to Sonny and he denied responsibility saying the pictures showed him nothing. This shoddy workmanship has caused a 3 day delay waiting on parts and almost $2000 out of pocket in addition to their "warranty was willing to pay. When I asked why and for them to pay the difference, he hung up on me. GOOD LUCK AND CHECK THE PARTS THEY USE AS THEY ARE SUBSTANDARD.

As to be expected they had the car done and ready for pick up by the end of the day. Then even wash it and clean it up for upon return which is what I call service. You don't see the any Mercedes dealership doing that for you. They'll over charge you and ask for more. This place is a great value and you always know what you're getting and exactly how much it will cost. No underhanded dealings.
