Pricey but worth it. This is the only place like this close to home in Fort Walton. We moved from Arizona (where you could get fresh juices and bowls on every corner) to this awful place with no fresh food! So we hit this gem up every time we are in Destin. Iv been there twice. Poor selection of pressed juice. Only about four to choose from on each visit. The first time we ordered coffee and they had no milk. Expensive coffee , when you can't enjoy it. The staff each time were forgettable, not rude but certainly not very friendly. I stumbled upon this place, & I'm so happy I did! They have a huge variety of different options for everyone! Very aggravating when you show up 45 minutes before closing, and the store is already locked up with workers just sitting and talking. One of them even mouthed "sorry." I have worked in the food industry for many years and I understand 15 mins before closing, but 45 mins is ridiculous. read more

This place is beyond wonderful if you like these bowls. They offer about 8 different ones that are all great. The preparation is fantastic with plenty of fruit and goodies on top of the bottom cold mix. They have great juices also. They even have a loyalty club that provides a freebie after 10 orders. Great to have on a hot day or when you want something refreshing yet filling. Staff are beyond nice and everyone we have had had has been perfect. This is a cute little smoothie shop. Their smoothies were delicious but customer service was horrible. We wanted to get a wrap but instead of the whole grain wrap we wanted a lettuce wrap. They just told us they don't have any lettuce and didn't even try to work with us. Also their paleo cookies were good but I don't know if you could call them paleo because the lady told me they used to have rice in them but then they switched it to a gluten free flour. Just because it's gluten free doesn't mean it's paleo, so that was unclear. This place has potential just wish they were a little nicer and smiled to their customers! read more

We arrived in Destin from Dallas and ready for cold healthy drink. Our neighbor mentioned Formula Fresh and we were sold from the first visit. We were there for 5 days and went to FF 5x's. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable with all drinks, ingredients and coffee selections. Not only were the drinks healthy (favorite~"Be Buzzed") but also delicious! Sometimes it's hard to find a healthily drink that taste yummy. Our grandchildren liked the drinks as well. We are back in Dallas and I'm going online today to purchase their Smoothie packs so we can make them at home. read more

Acai bowls are amazing and I'm so happy they opened up this place. The reason why I'm only giving this place 3 stars is because their shop hours. 5 out of the 10 times, they have been closed for various reasons such as being gone to get more fruit and milk because they ran out, lunch breaks (which should show on store hours on website), and now they closed for "the holidays." I understand closing the day of holidays but not for two whole weeks. Also, a business should not been running out of supplies. It just shows they are unprepared, poor management, or understaffed. Hopefully this place can be better informing customers about when they are open and closed. read more

I have seen smoothie bowels for a while & this is the first time I got to try one. After reading all the reviews I figured I would try it out. Service was fast and polite. Now the Beach Smoothie Bowel is $10.00 even so I was a little nervous but it was the best thing I've had in Destin. It's cold & sweet! And enough that my daughter and I shared it. Absolutely loved this place! I was in Destin for 5 days and ate there every day. The staff was extremely friendly and the environment was perfect. overall this place was very very good!! i got the cacao one which i wasn't a fan of but i think that this is simply due to personal taste. my friend got the coconut one and it was really good. i also got a carrot juice which was good. this place also has a very nice atmosphere which i enjoyed. they have games to play while you wait for your food. next time i'm in destin i'll definitely be back!! :) read more
