Almost can't believe I'm writing such a positive review given that my car had the worst possible…read moreoutcome. My poor little 2014 Ford Focus couldn't outrun its famously troublesome transmission. I was quoted $9k to fix it which was more than I paid for the car 5 years ago in the first place, so decided not to move forward with the fix. That said the team here was so incredibly helpful and very kind. I especially liked that they sent me a link via text to a full written workup of everything they looked into with the car, it was even color coded to show what needed immediate attention and what I could theoretically wait to address. As someone with little to no experience with cars, they made it easy for me to understand what was wrong, and for me to share what they found with the people in my life who know more about cars than I do thanks to that digital documentation. I'm searching for a "new" used car now, and will definitely be bringing any potential cars to Ulmer's Loveland for a pre-purchase inspection. They have really earned my trust!
