Upon further inspection myself the injectors control pressure module on the fuel bowl was cracked/leaking as well as fuel leaking from the send/return lines and near the fuel selector valve. On top of that, my truck got broken into on his lot breaking the vent window and stealing tools/radar detector. Matt said it was the "cost of doing business these days". Bottom line: I took my truck in knowing I had fuel issues and he didn't check the whole fuel system-- went straight to the injectors to do the most expensive job he could while my main fuel issues persisted.
