We ended up here and we were pretty impressed! 1st time ever that we saw a Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza so we had to get a slice. We also had a slice of Bacon & Chicken and Buffalo Chicken. The Salad Pizza was delicious - a white pizza with very creamy ranch but not over powering the other ingredients. The Bacon & Chicken was also great - packed with flavor. The Buffalo Chicken slice was my personal favorite of the three because of the blue cheese sauce complimenting the buffalo flavor. Also, the crust was not too thin and crunchy, not too bready and did not get soggy. The prices were very decent for this quality of food. Eating at the pizzeria was pretty comfortable too and there is plenty of parking out back. We recently needed catering for my father-in-laws repast. We love Forte's food and have used the restaurant 3 times before for catering parties. Tommy helped us plan the menu and pick the perfect amount of food, some was left over, but no fear of not having enough. Everyone raved about the food! It was hot and delicious. Their specialty pizza is awesome, especially the bruschetta, baked ziti and my personal favorite, grandma's special (fresh mozzarella and sauce- so good!). The grilled chicken caesar salad is another go-to one of mine - the chicken is grilled perfectly, the dressing is amazing, and it's topped with homemade croutons. They have a sitdown restaurant and a pizzeria side, and you can order from the full menu at the pizzeria. The last few times we have gone there the food has been disappointing. Today the cheese pizza was a one star, and the eggplant Parmesan, while more edible, was just a mess. The roll it was on was not even worth eating. I am giving three stars, because the cannoli was still outstanding, and because based on our history some of the other dishes may still be good. There were a lot of beautiful looking slices there, and they might have been much better than what we got. Their bruschetta pizza and their garlic knots are the two things I order most frequently. The freshness of the bruschetta and the fresh mozzarella really add a light and refreshing taste to pizza that I've never experienced before. And the GARLIC KNOTS are by far the best garlic knots I've ever tasted (and I've had my fair share of garlic knots). They are usually perfectly cooked and the amount of garlic and seasoning they put really brings out the flavor. Yum love this place! Have been here a couple of times but went again for dinner tonight. I love the fact it is fast service. We walked in, ordered at the counter and sat ourselves. Our food was brought over to our table within 10 minutes- not even. The menu selections are incredible, especially the specialty pizzas. I am dying to try more! So far I have had the chicken caesar salad pizza, grandma's pizza, eggplant parm, ziti pizza and plain, of course. All delicious and easily one of the best spots for pizza in the area. There are a lot of pizza places, this place happened to be one of the few that were open on a Monday night. We have been testing all the local places since we moved here and were happy we did! We got a cheese pizza (the ultimate test) and it was ready in about 10 minutes. The pie had a slight burn on the crust which we always appreciate and the dough itself was pretty tasty. Cheese and sauce were also good. The only downfall was the amount of cheese, we had to resort to folding because the amount of cheese was to much and the integrity is of the dough was too weak. Me and my roommate bought half a penne vodka pie and the other half was chicken parm and it was amazing. Despite being expensive for a single pie with two toppings, the price you pay is for how good you want your food. I've also been in the restaurant portion of fortes and it was just as nice. The wait staff was friendly and very caring. They always made sure me and my mom had water and wrapped up our food to go. The place and all the tables were very clean. I hate going into a pizzeria and can't sit at a table because they haven't been wiped down. I order out from here at least once a week because the pizza is the best around. Even though this place is super busy all the time, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Forte is a great place for pizza, seriously 'great'. Large, plain, thin-crust pie, well done, is all you need. I usually get the takeout as the parking lot is easy to maneuver. There is restaurant dining with a more extensive menu.
