Tried pandas for the first time today. Called in a order and was rushed but everything came out correct. It was all fresh and the facility was clean and empty. After getting home I started on my won ton soup. It had 2 larger than most dumpling. From what I'm used to they could have been cooked longer for a softer texture. The broth was tasty. Next the fried rice that came with my sweet and sour chicken was very bland and dry almost hard. The chicken was a tad bit over cooked. The sweet and sour sauce was the worst I EVER tasted! It was very bland and taste like bell pepper and pineapples. It was very thin like water. Awe it was awful. My fiance combo fried rice was okay. And that's all. It had very little rice in It. And too much everything else. Overall I would probably give the soups a chance again in the winter but, not a fan of this place. First of all, shout out to David who delivered my food fast and hot. He is a great delivery guy. David greeted me with a smile and showed up at the exact place I left on my delivery instructions. As far as my food, it was DISGUSTING!!! Even the rice was gross. How do you mess up RICE? I ordered the Orange Beef with Sweet and Sour soup (gross). I was so turned off by the appearance and the smell of the food. There was a very generous helping of the Orange Beef but it smelled rotten or fermented. It made me question the type of meat. 0_o The sweet and sour soup looked like burnt, old, fried-fish grease and had the consistency of watery jello. It too smelled spoiled and old. I threw the whole darn thing out. This is my first and last experience with this place. This was very disappointing, a waste of money and time. I imagine everything in their kitchen is touching. Food is ok sub par. I got the chicken fried rice. It is extremely oily. Also if you get a complete dinner they charge you extra for a spring roll instead of the egg roll which is made of beef. Spring roll only costs 25 cent more on the menu than an egg roll but they want to charge 50 cents extra to switch it. The spring roll is smaller than the egg roll. The lady who is the owner is not friendly but rude. They don't even give you the complete dinner but charge you for it. Will not recommend this place. Food maybe cheap but the quality is not there. Go elsewhere!!! People who don't know taste in good Chinese food will go here. I will not come back again after the horrible service and medium par taste in food. I ordered the happy family, combo fried rice, and steamed dumplings for dinner delivery. The brown sauce was more of a bbq sauce consistency and the chicken was over cooked as well as the beef both were chewy. I counted 3 shrimp total in a dinner sized order of the happy family. The fried rice my toddler would not touch even though it is his favorite dish. I enjoyed the dumplings they were just stuck together like wet noodles. I paid $25 for just those three things which was redonk to me considering I didn't even really eat it based on quality. So $30 total including a tip for the delivery dude. Wow, what a big NOPE. The star is for the fast delivery. The sesame chicken was really tough, the sweet and sour chicken wasn't fresh and was soft and mushy, crab rangoons had a teaspoon's worth of filling, and everything was just so damn greasy. My husband is upset he paid over $30 for bad food, and maaaan I am too because I picked this place out. I have never been so letdown by high Yelp reviews. When I walked in no one looked up or spoke. But the owner was somehow able to communicate when it was time to take the payment for my order. When I got home, they gave me chicken broccoli instead of beef. I called her back to explain and she told me the order was written down as chicken and there was nothing that could be done. REALLY???? So, because my order was heard wrong over the phone there was nothing that could be done?? NO apology, no we will replace your meal on your next visit, NOTHING!! I thought the customer was always right?? I guess after they have your money, it doesnt matter who is right or wrong. This incident really changed my perspective of this establishment. I work in customer service and deal with disgruntal, uneducated, needy people ALL day. But, i was none of that. To be honest the last few times I have gone in there, the service or their response to me has been the same. STALE. I sometimes sit and watch how they treat other people and it seems like regulars, familiar faces, and APD get the royal treatment. MESSAGE: All of our money is the same color....and I work hard for mine. So that will be the last time I allow Panda Delite to take advantage of me as a customer.... Poor customer service!!! I ordered carry out and arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes afterwards. I was told my food would be done in three minutes. 15 minutes passed. 20 minutes passed. I still had not received my order. Customers behind me even received their food before me. The restaurant had closed and they started mopping by the time my food came (full of grease by the way). We've been coming here for a while and it's a really great place. I thought I'd finally give them a review. The prices are about as cheap as it gets without veering into Dollar Menu territory. I got a small serving of the chicken and shrimp combo with white rice for $6.50. My sister got chicken and broccoli for the same price. The chicken and shrimp was perfect. It's shrimp and chicken chunks in a brown sauce with a mix of crunchy and soft vegetables. It's spicy, but they will adjust the heat level or just take the heat out altogether since everything is made on request. My rice was perfectly cooked and my sister's fried rice was amazing. The portions were perfect for a quick lunch, a small is pretty much average sized, and, with two drinks each, the price was just around $16. I've been living in the metroplex most of my life and have yet to find a better Chinese food place. It's very clean, the service is good, and the staff are friendly. It's amazing whether you get takeout, delivery, or dine in the small, but well-kept, restaurant. In my opinion, it's the best Chinese food in the DFW area. read more

I am a huge fan of Chinese food. The entrees here are very good to excellent. The sauce for the sweet&sour chicken is unbeatable (evidently a special,in-house recipe.) The spicy dishes are not over-the-top hot but you can request a boost/reduction to the 'heat'. The service is very friendly. The dining area is immaculately clean and my wife reports the restroom is as well. Parking is a little odd due th the rest. having all the handicapped parking on it's end of the strip. Just moved here and had a craving for sweet and sour chicken, after reading the reviews I thought I'd give it a try. I order the sweet/sour chicken and the broccoli in the hot garlic sauce. The sweet/sour chicken was good, the sauce was hood, tasted well made and was definitely not just the plain red goo you find in most Chinese places. The chicken was battered well also, perfect batter to chicken ratio, lol, my only issue was that it was a little burnt on the bottom but did not affect the taste to me. The Garlic broccoli was very good, I'm a sucker for broccoli/garlic mixtures do maybe I'm biased. It had a nice spicy kick to it but was not overpowering, all flavors in the sauces I had were well balanced. The fried rice wasn't anything too special, it was good but nothing special about it. The stars of the restraint are obviously the main dishes. Although I will say the rice pairs well with the meal I got and I'm sure the others. I'll give this 4 stars due to the burnt underside of the chicken. I will definitely be going back to try the other dishes. read more

The rudest and most unprofessional place I have ever been to in my life. Horrible service! I ordered the combination fried rice and they wanted to charge me a $1 for a small cup of sweet sauce. I had ordered the fried rice a few times before and would always use the bottles of sauce sitting on the tables but this time when I came in they removed all of the bottles and when I asked if I could use a bottle to pour some sauce over my rice the Asian lady replied "you use too much sauce, you want to buy some for a dollar." So we go into this place and see this little line at the bottom of the menu that says items NOT on the menu may be available upon request. Intrigued, and somewhat amused, I asked about Springfield Style Cashew chicken. That wonderful woman NOT ONLY whipped up a rather delicious attempt at the dish, she actually brought me a 2nd batch of sauce that she'd modified from her first batch! She checked with me multiple times as she was working on it to get my preferences and then checked back afterwards to make sure I was enjoying it! And for all the extra work and effort, she charged me no more for the dish than what my roommate paid for her dish, which came right off the menu! Definitely an awesome experience!
