Totally impressed, from the initial response time to the job completion…read more I had a couple of issues with my existing unit, found out that having sprayed on foam insulation was a big part of it, and the builders put in the cheapest unit they can. I didn't want to just put a band aid on the problem and have something else go wrong down the road, which I had read others were experiencing. I was given four options to go with, the two cheaper ones, though better than what I had, could still experience problems because of the foam insulation (who knew, and why are they still allowed to use it?). I went with option #2, which also dehumidifies. I can now have the thermostat set a couple of degrees higher, because of how efficient the unit is, and run it from my smart phone. Great that it can be paid off in 4 years interest free. A big thanks to Mike and the crew.

The response was immediate and within 24 hours the problem was fixed at a very reasonable rate. I then requested an estimate for a new system. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Matt patiently explained the options to me, including the tax credits for two of the options. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive system. Scheduling happened soon after I made my selection. The service technicians (John and Ben) were on time, very pleasant, and courteous. John took the time to provide instructions before they left. They took the old system away, and left a clean work site. I wasn't asked for payment until the job was done.
