The prices were very reasonable so we scheduled time for the installation. I arrived on a weekend and the shop was lobby/waiting room was warm (it was winter outside) and very clean. The facility also provides a clean restroom. Joon came in from the shop to greet me: he was very friendly, answered all my questions about the tint job, gave some recommendations on the film and darkness of the tint, and after care. He estimated 4.5 hours for the install so I took a Lyft home. He finished the job within 4 hours and gave me a courtesy text 30 minutes before it was ready for pickup, which was enough time for me to catch a Lyft back. The tint installation is perfect. I waited to post this review until the tint was cured enough to roll the windows down 7 days later. When I rolled the windows down, I saw that the tint was perfectly cut to the edge of the window so you cannot even see where the film ends. Perfect install. I highly recommend Polywerk for window tint.

Many places weren't offering services for rock chip mending or asked to schedule a week or so in advance. Glassworks answered the call and said they could get me in tomorrow (awesome!), pondered a bit, and asked me to come in later this afternoon and he'd try to squeeze me in (even more awesome!). Told me that it would be $65 and doesn't take insurance, which was totally fine. I really appreciated how upfront and transparent he was about the process even without me asking for a quote. Like planned, I rolled in around the expected time and was greeted immediately. He evaluated the chip from outside and in, and laid me the review: it wasn't star-shaped so there was no worry of it expanding. He said I could pay him anyway if I really wanted to patch it, but the whole conversation was relaxed and no pressure whatsoever. Very friendly and super efficient with both of our time and energy. So that was that. It's sad to see that there aren't that many reviews here! They are super lovely, honest, and professional and I would definitely recommend using them if you're in the South King County area! Despite the various cars parked around the lot, it was easy to pull in and get out. Also since it's a small lot not connected to other lots, there was no pressure in waiting to do the right turn to Pacific Highway (just in case people might feel wary about the turn!).

However, after the polishing was done, I noticed that the water spots were still clearly visible. I'm not sure if they even properly polished the car, as the entire process took only about an hour for the whole vehicle. I'm very disappointed, and I feel like I did not get the service I paid for.

I got my whole car tinted and they did such a clean, professional job that I literally kept walking around my car like "damn, she looks good." The work is flawless, no bubbles, no weird edges, just smooth and perfect. They were super friendly, explained everything, and you can tell they actually care about what they do and take pride in their work. It had a cheap cover on it that was just holding water on it. It had mold on the dashboard, doors and floor and there was a green slime on the convertible top that I could not remove. I chose the level 3 cleaning (no ozone). I am amazed at how clean my car is. It looks brand new. The convertible top is back to gleaming black and the rest of the car, inside and out, is just shining clean. The cleaning was done a couple months ago and it is still awesome.
