I went to Fossil nails today to get a pedicure and am beyond disappointed. I paid extra for the polish that is supposed to last longer and she basically put the top coat partially on each nail so you could see where it started and ended like a big blob. They look terrible and now I'm redoing them the same day I got them done. Oh and I got them done because I am 37 weeks pregnant and can hardly reach my toes. Glad I wasted my money so I could come home and fix them. And I paid $15 extra dollars for a longer massage which was a big waste of money as she basically rubbed lotion on my feet and legs for 20 minutes. And she didn't get any of the dry skin off when she buffed them. Had to do that tonight as well. read more

Compared to many other nail salons, this is one of the best! The salon itself is very clean and welcoming. I loved the fact that there were no overwhelming fumes like you find in some other nail salons. They use an autoclave for their instruments and their pedicure tubs have UV light, that provides a higher level of sanitization, which is very important to me. I got the UV shellac polish on my nails and just love it! My manicure lasted a little over 3 weeks! Their pedicures are very nice as well! It's not the place to go if you want stimulating conversation with your manicurist since english is not their first language, but all-in-all I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend this salon! They also offer lash extensions, waxing and facials which I have yet to try. read more

Most of the staff is very friendly and the place is clean and could be relaxing. That being said, I left unhappy. I paid $45 for a full set and expect to have what I asked for. The older lady who did my nails kept arguing with me when I told her my nails were all different lengths. I gave up! 3 of my nails are wider and thicker than the rest. Also she couldn't understand me enough to have casual conversation during the 1.5 hours I was there. She spoke to the other employees off and on the whole time. I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Fossil Spa today. The gal that did my nails offered me Shellac UV Nails. I must say she did a fantastic job! Great alternative to regular polish or acrylics. She performed a great manicure and the UV polish that will last me 2-3 weeks all for a great price. The spa itself was VERY clean, serene and honest. I'd definitely recommend Fossil! read more

I used to really love this place, until recently when a tech used a dremel to remove my shellac manicure. My nails are now trashed! Peeling, breaking & I'll have to grow them out completely to get them back to normal. Pedicures are good, salon is clean & the people are nice. Just stay away from the gel/shellac or if they try and use the dremel tool....just say no. read more

Best natural nail care and mani/pedi massage in the entire area. Where are 6 stars to award when you need it! The chairs are perfect, and the staff is outstanding. Pricing is perfect for the service, which includes an effective massage and a variety of lotions for any of the services selected. I went there this past Saturday and got a French pedicure and French gel nails. My nails started chipping on Sunday. The salon is closed this day so I went Monday to have them fixed. She filled the chipped parts of my French and touched them up which totally showed with lumps and all, she tried not to fix all the chipped ones but eventually did. When she was finished she said your done and walked away. Not once was I asked how I thought they looked, if I was happy or an apology for the horrible work they did. Needless to say they are chipping once again 3 days after having them done and then fixed. Horrible!! I'm new to the area and thought I'd give them a try... So sorry I did. read more

Had the long lasting or shillac manicure done Friday March 26. It would not adhere. They claimed it was a new cleaner that didn't work. I then had to return Saturday to redo them. They appeared to work but iafter getting into sunlight they looked very choppy and not correct. I had to live with them due to leaving town for two weeks. I tried to tell the lady she was not drying each layer long enough but she brushes me off. I have had this done 5 times now so I do know the process, however I am afraid they do not! Also never an offer to return my money. Altogether very dissatisfied. read more

The best nail salon in Colorado ever!!! I came to this place after another shop butchered my nails right before Christmas. I came here the day after Christmas and they we're able to fix it up and make it look brand new!!! Jessie and her team are amazing! Her daughter fixed my nails and it looks very professional. I went here go get pedicure and left with thinking that I got cute pink toes, but really left with a toe infection on my big toe. Not only did I just spend $25 on a pedicure that made me get a toe infection, but I also had $50 in doctor bills including $15 in medication by the end of this. When I was getting my pedicure done they used dirty tools that I knew were used on people before me without being cleaned. Overall the place was clean, but the tools were not al all (obviously they weren't because I got an infection!) I tried to wait it out and not go to the doctor and just try some home remedies, but couldn't handle the pain anymore. My toe over 4 days got swollen, red, and hurt like crazy every time I stepped. Overall I would say do not go to this place. Even though they were nice and everything my $25 pedicure became a $90 experience, and not a good one. They were friendly and pretty quick, only took 1.5 hours for shellac mani and regular pedi. I would go back! They have a lot of staff to consistently move customers which is nice and I walked in without a wait. Affordable! read more

Moved back to CO after being gonve for several years. It took me awhile to find a good pedicure place and glad I tried Fossil Creek. Very friendly they always fit you in and make you feel welcome. Super clean compared to others I visited in Longmont. Great colors and fantastic selection of services. This is my go to place! read more

I did not know what time this nail salon closed but thought I would try to do a walk in appointment anyways. I showed up at three till 7 PM. After I walked in, I noticed a sign that said they closed at seven; however, that did not stop the very nice nail technician who approached me and asked what I was there for. I told her I wanted a manicure and a pedicure, but understood if I was too late. She said no problem - got me in! They did my nails and my toes (the full treatment) for an hour after closing. They were so nice and so wonderful, the store was so clean and I am absolutely pleased with the job they did!!! They even changed my nail color because I wasn't fully satisfied with the first color I had picked. I had never been to this place but I am a satisfied customer who will be returning!!! read more

Been going here for years, but not anymore. Have had too many problems with the owner who did my nails. The last time I was in, she was huffy because I needed a whole new set. The new set was done very sloppy. I picked out a "cat eye" color. When she put it on it was brown, I had picked out pink. When I pointed out the big difference, she said "YOU picked it out" (what?) when I asked her to change it... she asked if brown was ok. I said no, I wanted the pink. So because it was shelack she had to grind it off, which made my nails look even worse. I picked out a reg polish that was a shade of pink I thought would work. She didn't have that one, and suggested another, which turned out to look like peptobismol. Well, by that time, I had sat that an hour and half. Decided never to go back. Her loss is about $140 a month (as I got pedicures there too), as well as my recommendation to everyone I know never to go there. I NEVER heard her say "I am sorry" read more

Meh. Pedicure was good, they look nice enough but when I said I wanted a design she just grabbed colors she wanted and did her own thing, rather than show me options. I *hate* yellow and she started on them before I realized that's what she was using (I only saw white). Then she added all these random dots that I asked her to remove. Overall decent but I would have liked to have an opinion on what was going on my nails. read more

I brought my bridal party there to get nails done and they only had like 3 people working when I had 7 or 8 come in, plus they had other people and apts. The chair for one of my girls didn't work yet still got charged for full price, and had to wait the longest of any of us. I was supposed to get a mani with shellac but only got shellac with no mani! Halfway through the shellac I asked if they were going to at least make my nails even and she did, but had to take off the shellac that was already on and redo. The place itself was ok, it was clean and their prices aren't bad, as long as you get what you are paying for! The shellac is amazing stuff. It's still as shiny as the day they put it on. Overall, it certainly wasn't the worst I've ever had, but I was really disappointed that I didn't get a mani and I had to ask them to even the nails out. They were really nice though, and def. have a clean place. read more
