    Oreo twister

We wanted something to match an Oreo McFlurry without having to go to McDonald's. Decided to try Fosters Freeze and we were not disappointed!!! Went with the Oreo twister, and oh my goodness it was perfect!! Great place to grab a burger and a shake when you're in Glendora.

I love this place so much their deserts are so bomb. The Oreo milkshake is my favorite. Today I tried out the cheesecake twister. I like to bring my dad here sometimes. I need to come more often it's a nice spot to relax at after a long day of work. The workers here are so sweet.

First time ever coming here, and it was pretty good. The large milk shake did not disappoint at all; it definitely hit the spot. Service was quick and friendly. The ambience though, is something I'm not used to, different, but I didn't mind the night vibes. My only gripe is parking, ugh! But I'm sure the locals are used to it; but for a first timer, it was stressful. Other than that, the vanilla here was soooooo good!!!

There's nothing new or exciting added to the ice cream. It's the same vanilla soft serve, medium dip cone, but the price is gone up to $6.75. McDonald's has a vanilla soft serve cone for $1.75 and IKEA has vanilla and I believe some sort of berry soft serve cone for $1.00. That being said it wasn't that enjoyable and it gave me a stomach ache. And the chocolate dip was a little waxy.

So yummy! Live coming here for a sweet treat. They're always super kind and super quick. Love the vintage vibe and outdoor seating. Perfect stop for warm weather days!

Nothing says summer like a trip to Fosters on a warm evening. The best soft serve around.

Came back because was craving it. This place was popping even 30 mins before closing. So good! Service is quick too.

Our family all had cold deserts and were very pleased with the ice cream selection and quality. The service was excellent with a very courteous and friendly cashier. We enjoyed our snacks outside while enjoying the calm ambiance. It's an older location (40+ years) but the ice cream is the same it's always been, YUMMY!

Fosters Freeze in Glendora is a great little spot when you are craving something classic. I ordered a vanilla cone and it was way bigger than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The soft serve was creamy, cold, and exactly what I wanted on a warm day. The place has a nostalgic feel and the service was quick and friendly. Sometimes simple is all you need, and this cone definitely delivered.

Local fave. Next to the drive up dairy and across from our local Vons and Starbucks sits a Glendora classic, Fosters Freeze. We mostly stick to ice cream but you can get a burger and other items and they do have a small inside area. Nothing fancy at all. It's what you'd expect but solid. The reason we come to Fosters is that it's a treat for the family or a place to meet up with friends. The chocolate dipped vanilla cone is always my go to and I don't get anything other than that. It reminds me of a small place in NC where I spent a few years of my youth that our soccer coach would take us to after practice - back when the team would hop in the back of the truck for a ride to grab ice cream (different times). That place was called Rooneys Ive cream and they had soft serve and chocolate dipped just like Fosters. Sometimes the best places are the ones where memories are made. For me, it's taking the kids out for ice cream after a school concert or game. It's enjoying a late night treat for no reason. That's what Fosters is for us. Yes, the ice cream is great. The place is nostalgic. And, the service is always friendly and fast.

Chocolate ice cream cone and banana split

My friend got a chocolate ice cream cone and I ordered a banana split -- both were delicious! She said her cone tasted just like Hershey's Kisses, which was fun. My banana split was fresh, sweet, and topped just right. Service was okay, nothing over the top but friendly enough. I liked all the colorful posters on the windows -- it gives the place a nostalgic, old-school vibe. The only downside was the floor outside; it looked pretty dirty and could definitely use a good pressure wash. Overall, I had a good experience here with the sweets. I didn't try their food this time, but maybe next time I will!

We visited on an early Wednesday afternoon with a group of 5 people. The young girl working, took our order right away and it was ready within 5-6 minutes. I got the oreo cheesecake twister which was delicious and had a generous amount of mix-ins. My husband got the cookie dough twister. We definitely enjoyed our desserts and would come back!

I really took to the lechon tots - incredibly seasoned pork with pico de gallo topped with a tasty green sauce. I really wish they had a salad version of it. My burger was incredible. I wasn't a big fan of the bread (it had structural integrity but lacked the softness needed to complement the patty) but I liked the cook on the meat - as well as the crispy onion rings that crunch with each bite. Service is warm and homey and the place is spotless. Loved our time there. It was well-ventilated and had lots of space between tables. The pricing is reasonable and won't break the bank. But lately, over the past ten days I've been consuming pastrami like, well, Joey Chestnut demolishes hot dogs every July 4th. Last night's pastrami sando from Legends marks my fourth similar order in the past eight night's. I paired it with a small fries, which are enough to share. Not gonna bother littering this review w/ extraneous pics of Legends '50s style Americana design- Everyone else snaps plenty of those... So was Legends up to their emulatable name? Mehhhh, quite solid...but not necessarily Hall of Fame caliber. The meat is plentiful, piled 2.5" high on the bread smeared w/ yellow mustard. But the flavor profile of the 'Strami is rather spartan- No palette fireworks that you experience w/ famous pastrami sandos churned out by Brent's Deli (Northridge), Katz (NYC), etc. In the vast ranking of Glendora-adjacent Pastrami Sando sellers, I'd rank em: 1.) EAT Fantastic, Arcadia- Lean, well seasoned, bread pairs perfectly. A flavorful home run! 2.) The Hat, Glendora. This IS their moneymaker, after all... 3.) Legends, Glendora. Looks like I must've ordered the WDT (Wrong Damn Thing)... 4.) Route 66 Subs, Glendora.
