He put his finger up, smirked and started talking to the person in the drive thru. Clearly something he thinks is funny. The main reason I can never go back is the guy making the food (wears ear gauges), was not only cooking without gloves on, he was touching the food and wiping his fingers on his pants!! The novelty of this place is what makes it fun. I like the old time feel to the restaurant and there are a ton of ice cream options to choose from. The fry choices are also awesome. With that being said the price is just as expensive as a sit down full service restaurant. The burger/meal quality for the price is also a little disappointing. The meal was just ok. This place is run by teens and college students. No authority figure, that I've seen so far. Customer service is horrible here. There's like 7 or 8 employees, yet it seems like only one actually does the work. Whenever I go here, the same person takes my order. On my Last visit a blonde just stood there and made us stand there for 10 minutes waiting for her to call us up. If you have etiquette, you wait until you are called, so we did. Get your employees properly trained in customer service skills, please. Anyways, this place always has sticky tables. A staff of 8 employees and no one can properly wipe down a table? Went to foster freeze for two milk shakes and a banana split. When I received the banana split the ice cream was extremely melted to the point where there wasnt very much ice cream to eat. Usually I wouldn't complain, but if I'm paying that much I gotta to say something. The person at the window named Marbella was quick to try and help me (she was extremely nice for the record) and got her manager Thalia who flat out said " well what do you want me to do we "weigh" it out there's nothing I can do for you!" I was in total disbelief and I immediately asked for a refund. Instead of offering to make me a new one she totally shut it down! I asked for my money back and she gave me the wrong amount I asked her to give me my money back which included taxes and she couldn't figure it out unless I returned my milkshakes. I couldn't believe it.Today was my elderly mom bday all she wanted was a banana split for her bday and they ruined that for her. People like Thalia shouldn't be given jobs as managers. While my wife is ordering, I go to use the restroom to wash my hands. Bathrooms were locked so I went to the counter to ask for a key and they said, restrooms were closed.
