My friend and I have been trying out Chinese restaurants all over Oregon and we both agree that this unpretentious little gem is by far our favorite to date. We ordered the combo #7 which came with deep fried shrimp, king pao chicken, sweet and sour pork and the usual fried rice. Everything came out piping hot, the veggies in the Kung pao dish were fresh and flavorful, the shrimp were large and succulent, the fried food was not greasy and tasted fresh (like the oil hadn't been used very long- it had no flavor of other food). I highly recommend this place for the food alone though our server was prompt and attentive as well. The only negative would be the strip mall decor and the stained ceiling tiles. read more

We had to order a very large amount of food last-minute for a family funeral. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating with short notice and a quick turnaround. They produced a car full of delicious food and were so patient and sweet. The food was very tasty. The walnut shrimp and broccoli beef were big favorites. The potstickers were excellent with a nice touch of ginger to them. The orange chicken and sesame tofu were excellent. Everyone was fed and happy and any leftovers were quickly claimed. My husband and I have been dining here regularly for the past five years, and our experience has consistently been excellent. There is ample parking, which makes visiting easy and convenient and from the moment we walk in, we are warmly greeted and promptly offered seating options which is nice. Water and menus are brought to us almost immediately, and our orders are typically taken within 5 minutes of being seated. The meals arrive quickly, are hot, always prepared exactly as requested and extra condiments are provided without having to ask. Over the course of over 5 years of being in Grants Pass, we came to learn from some of the locals that this was one the "local's spots" here in GP. Having come from the greater SF Bay Area, we've had our share of excellent Chinese food before. Today, we met a beloved friend here for lunch. My wife and I have never been disappointed with Four Seasons. Today I had the Beef Moo Goo Gai Pan, and it was delicious. The rice was perfect, the egg drop soup tasty and the main course just wonderful and we had a side of pot stickers which were (and always are) delicious with their sauce they serve. Lee (or Li, is it?) always serves us as she did again today, and is attentive and a great server. Thing only thing I have to complain about is my lacking a bigger appetite!!! The ambiance isn't bad but is't over the top- it's just right for this place. I can't wait to go back again. The only thing missing here is I wish they would bring back their (delicious!) hot and sour soup, which I think they dropped as there are many retirees here that may not like it, or are able to eat it anymore. Picked up food to go. About 8 dishes to try them out. All of it was edible. None of it was very tasty, and frankly, some of it was just weird. Not anything like the dishes we are used to. The mongolian beef and broccoli beef were virtually the same except for some small amount of spice. Never had mongolian beef that didn't have green onions, red chiles, or crispy rice noodles, or that had broccoli and a flavorless gloppy sauce. The one key ingredient that all the dishes lacked was flavor, and the appearance of most dishes just wasn't fresh looking or appealing. Sad. read more

i normally love this place but when i finally got a chance the go after a while i bought the family style dinner which comes with soup as a complementary i mean the least they could do for how expensive the food is but they did not have egg drop soup which is the whole reason i came i would've just left but i had 14 other people with me so i asked if i could get another soup then and the waitress said no we don't do that which doesnt make sense they then told me and my husband that they didn't have fried rice so they gave us double noodles but then brought fried rice to two different people at our table. i am so sad i brought them so much business that day and i will never be going back hong kong it is now! read more

We live outside the area and when we visited Grants Pass, we were hoping that four seasons Chinese restaurant was still open. We were so happy when we found out they were still there. We ordered chicken chicken chow mein with crispy noodles and broccoli and beef, crab, puffs, and pork fried rice. Amazing so good and tasted so fresh. My Son ordered this to go. He paid over $ 100.00 for this . Which not a big deal if it was good. yuk , the chicken tasted old, like reheated chicken. We heard about this place from a nice asian lady my wife met looking at antiques. It's kind of unassuming, you have to walk past the pervasive video gambling machines you see too much of; and then you are in a spotless restaurant! The food is a lot of the usual Chinese American fare, but there are gems of authentic Chinese food too. Check out the pictures over the register, the sho-mei was fantastic and chow fun was perfect. Before Covid - the appetizers that came with family meals were fresh & warm. The spring rolls crispy, crab rangoons filling especially satisfying & the char siu pork nice & warm; it came with the usual sweet n' tangy sauce, spicy mustard & sweet chili sauce.
