The banh mi was pretty average- the meat was well seasoned, but I found myself missing the much crunch and freshness of the slaw of my favorite banh mis, as there wasnt much,l on my banh mi. I recently ordered pickup from here. The food was pretty good but the staff member I dealt with was very rude. I walked in and there was a long line for in-restaurant ordering. I found a cashier and kindly asked where I could go to pick up on an online order. She was not wearing a mask and barked at me that I had to go to the other counter then walked away. I've been to Four Sisters Grill a few times, and like it. It's the fast-casual sister to their full service restaurant in Mosaic, which I also like. I've had the crispy spring rolls, chicken vermicelli bowl, and banh mi. My favorite is definitely the banh mi. The bread is perfectly toasted, and the crisp, pickled vegetables and grilled pork create a flavor explosion. Plus, it's huge. Crispy spring rolls were fine. Vermicelli bowl with lemongrass chicken was also good, and while I usually prefer pork, the chicken is a nice option. I came here today with a few friends for lunch. As you walk in, it has a fast food setting where you order, you get a number to set on your table and then they bring you food. I ordered the Lemongrass chicken vermicelli and my boyfriend ordered the pork vermicelli. I ordered a spring roll. For each of our dishes at $7.95 this place has a good cost for the amount of food that you get. The veggie spring roll, was just way too greasy for my taste I think. They might be battering them before they deep fry them.. Beware, they're super hot off the grill when they bring them to the table. They give you a orange sauce container that comes with your food, and it was a bit watery. I poured some over to give my bowl of noodles some flavor and it just wasn't doing it for me. After adding a bit or sriracha, my vermicelli bowl came back to life. However, it still was just alright. I think if I do come back to this place, I'll have to try something else. Went to Four Sisters on a cold Thursday for a quick solo lunch. I live in the area and happened to be working from home. I'm so impressed! Service was excellent, speedy and friendly. I decided to go with a Vietnamese coffee, crispy spring roll and bowl of pho tai (beef soup). The spring roll was so crispy on the outside and the sauce to go with it was delicious. I went with the veggie and there was a little bit of a weird texture on the inside, may go for the pork next time. But the flavor was really good. If you're going here for a bowl of pho, it will definitely hit the spot for the craving though I think the pho did lack a little flavor depth compared to say Pho 75. However, they had so much beef in the bowl that it was definitely worth the price, which is kinda up there for a bowl of pho. The Vietnamese coffee was good but a little on the sweet side, in my opinion. If you've never had Vietnamese coffee, beware that it is heavily caffeinated. Bottom line: For quick, fresh, clean Vietnamese food, this is your spot. They are really good with pick up orders so I suggest that in COVID era. We love all their noodle bowls. If you're vegetarian, the lemongrass chili tofu over rice (you can replace with noodles) will not disappoint! The cashier was quick to recommend my friend gluten-free options (which was not too many) but we appreciated that they at least can tailor to your needs. I ordered the Noodle - Grilled Lemongrass Beef. I had to top it off with some sriracha for a kick because the dish lacked flavor. Fast-forward an hour or two later, and my stomach started turning. So glad I tried this place! Four Sisters has been on my list of "should try" restaurants for about 2 years now, but with Pho 75 close by it hasn't happened until now. First, let me start by saying they are fully prepared to serve you in COVID times. Gloves were worn, sanitizer was available, and social distancing was practiced. Second, the pho broth was fragrant and tasty. It was pretty large and there was extra broth after pouring it in the provided bowl. The lemongrass chicken with rice was flavorful and grilled perfectly. This dish was better fresh than the leftovers reheated the next day, but it was still tasty. I will definitely be going back. I used to be a huge fan of Four Sisters (the full restaurant in Merrifield - back when it was one of the only ones in that complex, pre-Angelika and pre-Target). I haven't been in forever, and so I was excited to try out Four Sisters Grill in the hopes of reliving some of those yummy times. Unfortunately, this was a pretty big disappointment and I'm not sure if it's because their quality has gone downhill in general or if it's because the Grill is not held to the same standard as the original restaurant. I got the lemongrass chicken over rice, and my friend got the lemongrass chicken over noodles. Both dishes were mediocre; I've had far more flavorful lemongrass chicken in the past, and the chicken was pretty dry to boot. We also ordered the crispy spring rolls with pork, and while I love these crispy spring rolls for their fried goodness, the filling was not that good (in fact, I liked the vegetarian spring rolls better). In addition to the food being meh, it seemed really overpriced, especially given the very casual nature of the restaurant. The portion size for the entrees was small, and the crispy spring rolls - which used to be three some dollars - are now $5.25 for two aka over $2.50 apiece! No thank you. Based on this experience, I doubt I'll be returning here - the food was just not worth the money (and hunt for parking). I'll probably still give the restaurant in Merrifield another shot when I can though. read more

I initially posted a bad review about this place due to the Server misunderstanding my order two times and almost over charged two times butttttttt the owner was so kind enough to write me , explain and offered me a refund. Initially when I got my egg roll, I asked for the veggie one. Hey have pork and they have veggie. When I opened it up to eat at work , it did not look like a veggie egg roll. The owner shared they use tofu, some mung bean and wood ear mushroom and some other stuff which explains why my egg roll looked like it did in the pictures. She said the black particle was wood ear mushroom. I appreciate the owner witting back and explaining the egg roll shenanigans! You know that feeling you get when you're in the mood for soup at 9:30 pm on a hot summer day? Me neither. But, I was in Courthouse visiting friends, and we needed a spot for dinner. Being a fan of Ph and Vietnamese food in general, I suggested Four Sisters. Located near the main drag in Courthouse, Four Sisters occupies a rather large location with tables inside if you want to eat in, or they have convenient takeout. Note that there is no waiter service here, but the staff are friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Ph Gà to go. For under $10, the quality and amount of food was phenomenal. It also came out in about five minutes, a very reasonable amount of time. The chicken was great, and they added a generous amount of sprouts, jalapenos and other goodies to add to the soup. The noodles were just okay and tasted pre-packaged, but that is to be expected for a takeout place. My friends enjoyed their non-soup dishes as well. They also had a large selection of wine and beer, although I did not partake, seeing that I did not want to walk into work and be questioned as to why I had too much $4 wine. I'm a big fan of noodles and will eat spicy cold Chinese noodles every day if I could, but I just can't say I was blown away with this place. I got the tofu dry noodles and the tofu was pretty bland, the texture wasn't anything exciting (wish it was crunchier on the outside), and I found myself wishing for more vegetables or a stronger sauce. The large amount of peanuts was certainly appreciated, but even with two cups of the sauce on my bowl I still didn't feel like it had enough flavor. I've been a frequent of Four Sisters Grill since is opened a few years ago. It's a quick and casual spot to eat or take-out delicious quality Vietnamese food. The service is consistently great as well. This is honestly my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Although I live closer to the Four Sisters full service restaurant, and enjoy it as well; this location has slightly better quality of food in my opinion. The crispy pork spring rolls are a favorite appetizer along with the Bun (lemongrass chicken or beef with vermicelli noodles). This hits the spot every time. We got the A4, which were shrimp and pork spring rolls ($4.75). They come with a "peanut sauce" which wasn't the peanut sauce we are accustomed to- it is a black-ish sauce with some crushed peanuts on top. Kind of sweet. The spring rolls themselves were fine but they are stingy with the protein- the shrimp and pork were shaved down as thin as possible! For the entree, we ordered the N3 which is the Grilled Lemongrass Beef over vermicelli noodles ($9.45). At first glance it looks like a lot of food, but the bowl is actually like 40% veggies, which was fine. It was proportioned well enough. It comes with some fish sauve which was actually very tasty, and the beef was seasoned and grilled perfectly. Very quick and efficient service. We were in and out the door in under 30 minutes. You order at the counter and then they bring you your food and bus your table as well. Overall, this wouldn't be my first choice but I would come if I needed to dine quickly and wanted a light meal. They have only 2 types of pho (chicken and beef), and seem to specialize in banh mi and meat/noodle or meat/rice dishes. This is more a fast-casual place, where you order at the counter and then sit down, and your food is brought to you. Chicken Banh Mi - The quality of the meat in the sandwich was just okay; it was grilled dark meat but nothing to really write home about and a little bit on the dry side. I liked the vegetables and cilantro in the banh mi, and the bread was soft and warm. It was a little overpriced for a banh mi sandwich compared to other places. Shrimp Vermicelli Bowl - This had 2 shrimp skewers, with 4 pieces of shrimp per skewer. The shrimp tasted like it had been freshly grilled and was still hot. It's easy to overcook and dry out shrimp, but this was actually cooked well. The bowl was a little on the small side with the noodles and vegetables compared to other bowls I've gotten at other Vietnamese restaurants at similar prices. Overall, if you're in the area and want Vietnamese food, or want to get take-out/delivery, this is a decent bet but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here.
