The older staff doesn't seem to care about customer service anymore. During our most recent visit, I had ordered salmon over a salad. About 1/3 into it, I found a BBQ brush bristle in the salad. Our young waitress never showed up, so I flagged an older woman and told her, she took it and said she'd tell the owner. She didn't come back for a while, in the meantime our daughter found another bristle in her ribs plate. When the woman passed by our table finally, I stopped her and asked what was being done. She said she told the owner, that was all that was said. No apologies, no compensation, nothing. I could have made a stink but we were celebrating a birthday and I didn't want to ruin it for the celebrant. It's a shame that no one cares there anymore about customer service, because the food is usually pretty decent.
