A few month back, they advised me they couldn't properly perform an alignment because the tires on our car were too worn. Other shops might've just done the job with an "oh well"attitude. Even though the car was near needing new tires, I was not pushed to immediately buy them (that's happened with a different car at a factory dealer). Recently, I was researching new tires for my SUV and was offered a few choices. The differences and driving characteristics between Cross/SUV and LT tires was extremely helpful in my purchase decision. I highly recommend Anaheim Wheel and Tire!

I made an appointment online for 2:00pm on a Tuesday. When I got there, I learned that they were a bit backed up and it would take between 1.5 and 2 hours. I understand how things like that can happen, but I didn't want to wait that long so I asked when might be a better time, and they said at 8:00am I'd most likely be at the front of the line, so I arranged to be there the following morning. Sure enough, the alignment only took about 30 mins. Tony gave me a printout of the measurements before and after for my car so I could see exactly what had been done in terms of camber, caster, toe, etc. for each wheel. Thomas quickly went to check on my tires and Nick came out shortly to help as well, recognizing that I was the lady that called him while en route. From understanding what's happening, to scheduling drop off and pick up of car, and lest we not forget the financial hardship? I've dealt with multiple mechanics throughout the years and STRESS-FREE AUTO CARE is the ONLY place I will go from here on out! I had a flat tire on my way home and googled the nearest mechanic....which was Stress-Free Auto Care. I was hesitant to just leave my car somewhere overnight unattended, but I was in a bind. This business already thought of that - this location has an overnite dropoff to leave your keys and write out the issue, with cameras for security and a very clean storefront and lot. This is a franchised location, so keep that in mind when trying to exercise their 1 year 12k mile guarantee as I've been turned away from several neighboring locations and told to return specifically to this one (I get it.. everything is for profit right? Can't blame them for wanting to protect their margins but it was frustrating and just such a pain in the behind) so I would always recommend going to your nearest location. I went in for several services. New premium brakes, premium rotors, brake fluid drain and fill, cabin filter, replaced both rear shocks, oil change, and a handful of other services. I'm not one to bash a business when they corrected their mistakes so I'll just simply leave it at this. I visited a total of 4 times within 11 months of having my services done. With each visit I grew increasingly more irritated and impatient (understandably so after spending the money that I did) Ultimately, they resolved my issue. So for that, I'm leaving a 4 star review because the entire staff should not be graded off of one technician that performed sloppy work. Let's highlight the positives! The manager Tim, really does his best to ensure the customer is happy.
