The service here is really bad. The waiting lounge has no AC. There is unusually high wait times. Always stuck waiting and the mechanic is on break or whatever. The appointment queue system doesn't work. They push waiters to be stuck longer than usual. The prices aren't cheap either. Only go here if you're in a jam as a last resort. read more

I've had a few vehicles here for tires usually good service. Needed my battery changed so I called and made an APPOINTMENT. The guy said come at 3. I came at 3 for a 10 minute job. I was very honest and said I can't leave but I can come today or tomorrow but I can't leave my vehicle because I don't have another and I don't have all day to wait. They picked the time 3pm, not me. I sat for well over an hour before they even touched my car. They stood around talking, turned the music on, changed the station, turned music off. I'm stuck with no water in a gross waiting room and CNN on the tv, no remote in site and listening to random men come in to pee. I guess only 1 guy knows how to change a battery here, Yikes! It was after 6, so I found Just Tires in Yorba Linda, being open to 7pm. Called Anthony, found they had my tire size and he committed to do it that evening if I got there in time, or first thing in the morning. Things took longer than I hoped, my AAA Tower worked quickly, but we were not going to make it by 7. Anthony called to ask my status, I told him we were going to be 20 minutes late. He committed to stay and get it done. We arrived at 7:15, I decided to change all four and I was driving home at 7:45. Truly sensational service! read more

A guy here tried to rip me off (I'm a woman) and charge me $40 to patch a tire leak. I needed two tires patched, so he said $80 total. Boo. Thumbs down. I left. Even I knew that was high way robbery. Walmart charges $15 per patch. Other smaller places charge $25 per patch. read more

I went in for a nail in the center of the tire on the tread. They found another nail on the side, but not the corner. It was close, but could've been repaired. They told me I needed a new tire. This business tried to upsell me when I said I wanted a matching continental tire. They quoted me $400 because they did not have it in stock, and would have to order it. The price for the same tire is no more than $175 after researching tire. They pushed and pushed for me to buy a good year tire that they had in their inventory for $250, I told him it would be a mismatch and they said I should do it for the price and the quality of Goodyear. My vehicle is a 2022 with 11K mikes. I took my vehicle to another shop. They patched the nail in the center of the tread, and the second nail was only a tack. It did not even penetrate the rubber. It cost me $10 to fix. The person that helped me was a large white male, just be cognesent and beware. Although may not be illegal...if you're willing to pay that much money for one tire, then I guess everyone's happy at the end but, this is not me I told him to put my tire on and left. In summary, I think this was unethical, and I think in their field, they should've recognized that the alleged unrepairable tack did not penetrate the rubber. Overall they were good, on this visit, it was a free tire rotation and a road hazard repair, they were quick and efficient. The demerit is because I discovered when we bought the tires last year, they did not calibrate the Tire Pressure Monitor again, so when we had the road hazard leak, it kept telling us the wrong tire, which is kind of the point of the monitoring system. My wife kept putting air into the tire it said was low, and it never went up, so she gave up and was just driving around with 60PSI in a good tire and 20PSI in the one with a leak, and the TPS light on. read more

Ian was the only associate in the office. He is really very rude and feels the need to show some kind of authority over people on his power trip. Very poor customer service. I was verbally assaulted when he thought it was ok to yell at me for being upset. I was treated very poorly and will never recommend this location to anyone. Went to Just Tires to have a nail removed. Not sure who the employee was, but he came out to simply repeat, "can't do it". Wasn't sure who he was speaking to, come to find out it was about my tire. He proceeded say there was two nails, one was about an inch and half from the corner of the tire. Wanted to sell me a different brand tire in stock. I said no and how much for the special order. Was quoted $400! Yeah, thank you...NO THANK YOU! So took my care elsewhere. Well come to find out it was A TACK and found the same tire I was quoted at $400 for only $175 at Walmart. Nice try, but thank you , No! Not this shop. Called in for a inspection and the reception gentleman was nice and good. I was doing inspection on a 20k SUV which was rarely driven. Then inspection guy was very bizarre, I can hear a loud noise of my SUV throttle and also it took a long time to do simple inspections such as tire tread. The inspection was no good and the report has crossed out writings and the actual invoice and reports had different tread depth numbers which exaggerated the condition - remember it only has 20k miles. I rarely added any miles since my last inspection from dealer which showed no issues at all , obviously the guy tried to attempted me to replace tires from them. The appointment making process was easy! They had something relatively quickly. After checking in, they brought my car back right away. Brought my wife's car here for rear tires. Came in before hand and ordered the tires. Came in on the scheduled appt and they had me in and out in about an hour. Decent experience. Brought my truck in to have a rear tire replaced through Goodyear warranty. I scheduled and ordered the tire online. Brought the truck in and was told they have the tire but I would have to come back because Goodyear closes (East coast) and they would need provide them the warranty info the same day. Hmmm, bummer but ok. Took off work and came back in the next Monday at 7:30am and someone else told me they don't have the tire now and didn't know what I was talking about. I was told that I would have to come back again and would call me as soon as the tire came in. Never heard back.... plenty of other tire shops around. read more

I've had after work tire emergencies and they were here for me!
