This location has been around for ages and honestly, has always been a solid location for my family's auto Maintnence needs. This is a franchised location, so keep that in mind when trying to exercise their 1 year 12k mile guarantee as I've been turned away from several neighboring locations and told to return specifically to this one (I get it.. everything is for profit right? Can't blame them for wanting to protect their margins but it was frustrating and just such a pain in the behind) so I would always recommend going to your nearest location. I went in for several services. New premium brakes, premium rotors, brake fluid drain and fill, cabin filter, replaced both rear shocks, oil change, and a handful of other services. I'm not one to bash a business when they corrected their mistakes so I'll just simply leave it at this. I visited a total of 4 times within 11 months of having my services done. With each visit I grew increasingly more irritated and impatient (understandably so after spending the money that I did) Ultimately, they resolved my issue. So for that, I'm leaving a 4 star review because the entire staff should not be graded off of one technician that performed sloppy work. Let's highlight the positives! The manager Tim, really does his best to ensure the customer is happy. You can tell from the moment you start talking to him that he's dealt with his fair share of angry customers lol he's super relaxed and responds to everything with positivity Technician Vince, the one that ultimately resolved my issues, knowledgeable and confident in his work and if I do return to this location in the future, the only tech I'll allow to work on my car Anthony, he's not a technician but he is the one to process your paperwork etc. and he was by far the most empathic, genuine, and kind person to interact with. Even when I was in full Karen mode, he never faltered and ensured I felt heard Overall they're a solid shop, the staff for the most part is great, the prices are a bit steeper than other spots you can find but sometimes it comes down to location and convenience. Also they do not take appointments. I know, a bit of a weird concept but you just show up and then they tell you the expected time frame then. They have a waiting room in the back and a restroom for anyone waiting. They don't offer shuttle or ride share so keep that in mind as well! read more

Stopped by after getting a nail in my tire and the service was prompt and efficient - exactly what everyone wants from car services! I initially missed the parking lot so stopped at the next tire shop and they told me it would be several hours before they could even get to me. So I decided to go back to my original plan of Big O Tires and I have no regrets! The gentleman who helped me saw me pull in and immediately greeted me as I walked up, asked what I needed, and gave me all the info. I sat in the waiting room and it was done before I knew it! New Year....new services at Big O Tires! For a "tire place" this location is consistently busy. It's first come, first serve so I like to swing in at the early morning hours. I come here to buy tires, get rotations, and alignments. I have an electric car so I'm always worried about taking my car to the right place, some place where the mechanics have experience with electric cars. At this Big O Tires I see quite a few electric cars so I feel comfortable that they can do the job. The people here are friendly and courteous, especially the two gentlemen that mans the checkin workstations. I think their prices are reasonable. I also like that they're open all seven days because most auto shops are not. To me, a place that's open Saturdays and Sundays are always my first choice. read more

Response to establishments response. No you charged me 39.99 to take one wheel off, set one spacer and took it off and put one wheel back on. I ended up adding the same spacers onto my car myself and they fit like a glove, no issues other than your mechanic failed to wire brush the hub before attempting fitment, big dawg. read more

Avoid this shop! I purchased a 3 year alignment warranty this weekend, after installing new tires, and noticed the vehicle was still pulling to one side. I stopped by today to have it realigned and service technician Tim refused to realign it. I didn't argue and will just deal directly with headquarters. This store appears to only provide service if you're spending money, and clearly avoid honoring a service warranty. What a disappointment! read more

Not sure what the guys' names are, but they were super friendly, attentive and personable. We were so grateful that they offered to help us bc they were literally closing in 40 mins, but they finished changing his tire in under 10 mins! Not only that, the man in charge gave the tire change on-the-house. We obviously would've paid, but it was so sweet of him to do this!! Especially during these crazy times. Had my tire patched last minute (walk in no appointment) on a Sunday morning when other shops around were closed. There's a place nearby that will patch tires for free but you have to wait half a day. I didn't have that time to wait for that but if you do you can call around and find the shop. The service at this Big O Tires was excellent. I called ahead and the associate was able to quote me the cost over the phone. My car was moved into the garage shortly after I arrived and they mounted 4 new tires, TPMS sensors, and balanced the tires on the new wheels for my 4Runner. There were absolutely zero dings or scratches on the new wheels and the service was performed very quickly. All associates were extremely friendly and professional.
